I was there last night 12/13/2025 and RF (not sure of his name) was an outstanding employee. Have came here often the past few years due to quick oil change times. Lately though the prices continue to get higher while competition is lower. On July 3rd this location had a 50% off deal and in the end came out to 10% in the end. This is the last time I will come here for normal business and hope they learn to be more consistent with pricing and customer expectations. read more

Quick and easy service. Everything went as smoothly as it could have and no complaints

Went in for a visit today and specifically came to this location due to the great first experience I had . However this time they had me wait behind two trucks , which was okay they updated me and I waited about 30 -40 mins , I'm already there I might as well wait . I get up to the front and they told me they did not have a filter . Why not try and check my information while i'm waiting , the trucks aren't blocking the computers . Anyways they tried to tell me to wait another 20 mins on top of what I already waited .RIDICULOUS, but they were very quick to assist a white couple. This was completely ridiculous and unprofessional on their part . I don't recommend this spot all they'll do is waste your time . So unapologetic about the racism too, how come they weren't quick to assist me the way they assisted the white couple . I WOULD GIVE 0 STARS IF I COULD !!! read more

Haven't had a bad experience here yet. Twice I've gone now and been welcomed by Marco who was very nice and personable. Explained everything easily to me and even worked on getting me a deal. Used to dread oil changes because of waiting in the tiny little waiting room, which was hella boring. I enjoy staying in my vehicle while getting an oil change. At this location, they are consistent with customer service and conduct a thorough check of my car. The services offered are affordable as well. On Jan. 20th I shouldn't have ever came to this place when I wanted these services done in the first place the Assistant Manager Ray didn't even call me back I should of known this would of been a bad experience form the start. I came in for front brakes, rotors and break fluid changed. That day they broke my right caliber and didn't call me with any updates for the entire day until I called repeatedly. After I heard noise coming from the front end and they had to keep my car the next day until Monday at 3PM that goodness it was a holiday if not I'd be missing a day at work. After Monday I noticed more noise coming from the front end again the District Manger Diana said to come in and schedule a day to review everything they had done to my car. They didn't call for an appointment and she never called back after multiple times calling The Store Manager Matt said maybe the noise was from the other things wrong with my car that had nothing to do with me braking and they were problems I already knew I had and they didn't cause my bread from making noise. After talking to Matt he admitted to me that none of the people there are certified to do brakes except Josh and he wasn't the person that worked on my car at all until the caliber was broken off and they called me at 5pm Jan 20th to say he would be coming in to help after they stated they were short staffed when they knew two weeks in advance I'd be coming in for this service. After this ordeal I got my car checked by a certified mechanic and my back brakes and rotors were touching metal and he stated I was two days away from total brake failure and I could have been seriously injured and my family because it is our family car . Come to find out from the assistant manager stay they never did a full brake inspection. That is standard protocol for any brake service done in California it's state law if you are going to be working on any car for brake and rotors it is safe to say there is no care in this businesss they don't care if someone can be injured my there negligence I will be contacting the BBB and BAR for these issues. If you want your family safe and not in harms way do not come in for any service if any kind! When they offered me a free oil change for my inconvenience I gladly took it and during the service they almost had me start my car with the engine oil cap off that could have put air in my engine and damaged it! DO NOT COME HERE EVER!!! You will regret it and you will have to pay for it with you time money and maybe your life! I don't take the time to write bad reviews or any review at all I go by word of mouth and the respect of any business that takes care of there customers I hate having to be the one that does this but after seeing the reviews I'm not the only one I truly want everyone to be safe and be able to take care of there family. Please be safe and go to the valley for any Valvaline Care make a day of it and enjoy yourself and your family because the people will put them in jeopardy thank you for reading God Bless you all! read more

I want to just start off by saying, I waited for my oil changed for almost an hour. I don't understand how you are going to say 15 min oil change and I've been sitting here for 40 minutes and you barely began to pour my oil. Not only that, you are training people on the job with my vehicle. I do not appreciate that without you asking me. I had no other issues with my vehicle so I don't understand why it is taking so long. ALSO, when you walk past my car you continue to hit my side mirror every-time and not even acknowledge it. read more
