I honestly made the appointment by mistake, tho king it was the "Other Place" with a similar name...but I am glad that I decided to continue with my appointment. I stopped in at American tire depot because I had low pressure in my rear tire and I was not sure if it just needed air or if it had a nail, which would require tire repair I was immediately greeted by a service technician who checked my tire and found the nail puncture within a half hour they had repaired my tire and I was on my way. Very pleased that they were open on a Sunday. Everywhere else I went to was closed. Great customer service and fast.

These people charge 100 for a Diagnostic and will try to get you to do as much service work as possible. I mentioned that I heard a noise coming from my belts and was advised to change the belt when the belt was practically new. Not the most honest place to visit or have work done on your car. This was my first visit here and definitely my last!! Went in for a dead battery issue on our 2016 Subaru WRX. Larry was the persin that helped me. After about 2 minutes he comes back and says we also need a new battery and on top of that a new alternator. Total cost would be $1400 for both. Said the alternator would come from Subaru in Lancaster. I have a place called Subie Dreams that does most of the work on our Subie but I figured this was just a battery issue. Call me Subie Dreams to see what his cost would be to do both. Obviously he gave me a much cheaper price after he called subaru to get the cost of the alternator. They did not have it in stock after Larry told me it was. That was a lie. They never called subaru lol. Left and went to O'Reilly and had them test it all. Came back it was just the battery that was bad. Bought a new one and they put it in. Done and not for $1400 lol. Stay away from this place!! They will rip you off!!! read more

Customer service was poor. I was told the car inspection would take 45 minutes, but it ended up taking over two hours. There was little to no communication, and as the shop approached closing time at 6 PM, my car still wasn't ready. I would not recommend this place. It was $50 and I should've gone somewhere else. Best shop in the AV. i had a screw puncture my tire and needed to get on the road this am for a 5 hour drive and they quickly replaced the tire and did high speed wheel balancing on my car and it's driving better than ever. Came in on a Sunday, at 0900, to get a new tire for my car. Attendant Chris took another customer that just drove up, and another that was after me, when I was next in line. He had time to check his phone several times before getting my car ready and seemed in no hurry to do his job. He never said a word, just unfriendly in general. The girl behind the desk was nice and apologized for the delay. It took over 2 hrs to get a tire change. It was not a busy day, just had an employee that did not want to be at work and that did not care about customer service. Will never come back here again. read more

Thank you to American Tire Depot, John and Larry. I was in a pinch and barely made it to the shop with a flat tire. John was so helpful from the beginning as I called first to see if they could help and check their hours, thankfully they are open until 6pm, he stated to come in and they would find a way to help and they did. Pricing was fair and they made it a point to offer comparable options and explain the difference in price. Originally O was only going to replace 2 but the customer service to me was worth buying all 4, so I did and now I feel safe driving and my vehicle has new shoes....oh and I also discovered they are also one stop shop and offer mire than just tires, oil changes, brakes, tire rotations, who knew, I will be scheduling some of my services there the next time around, thanks again to all the staff.
