Never had any problems. Great service great quality and prices. However after the area manager Mitch reached out to me. He absolutely went out of his way to help me, and put the problem right. BEWARE!!! I came here because it was the only tire shop open on a Sunday when my kid's car got a flat. They did have the tire size I needed (225/40/18) in stock -- and that was the only positive part of this experience. From the start, the customer service was lacking. The cashier was monotone and not service-oriented at all. I elected to Uber home and come back later as they said it'd take 3 hours before they could get to our car. Upon return, things only got worse. When I picked up the car, I noticed that both wheels they worked on were scratched during the tire installation. But the worst part -- while I was inside finishing up, one of their employees backed another customer's car into my wife's car in their tiny parking lot. He clearly saw her (he even honked), yet kept reversing until he hit her. Afterward, he admitted it happened but brushed it off by saying, "it doesn't look like there's any damage." No apology. No accountability. Nothing. Overall, this was a frustrating and unacceptable experience. I would strongly recommend going somewhere else. Picked up a nail in one of my tires with a slow leak. Had time to make an appointment the next day and didn't wait long, even though it was busy. Parking is very tight at this location. Ray was working the counter, and was quick to identify the leak, and explain that the nail was too close to the shoulder to be repaired. So got a new tire with the warranty for $216. Note: usually we buy tires in a full set of four. Not so if you're in the Rideshare business. Rideshare cars drive a lot more and most likely will run over something to puncture one (and need a new tire) before the set of tires wear out. Well recommended, will return. read more

Came here to get an alignment after installing aftermarket wheel and bigger tires. I love coming and supporting American Tire Depot bc they offer free flat fix for everyone and I love that motto. Rina, the manager at this location helped me and was very helpful and friendly. After all said and done Rina didn't charge me for the alignment bc my car was so new and the alignment was fine other than the toe being off a little which they fixed. Made appointment online with tire replacement (all 4) showing tires are in stock at the location. Appointment set for 1:15pm; arrived at 12:55, as they request me to arrive 15 minutes early. Checked in at the office and was told 2 hours wait because there were cars ahead of me. Agent asked if I was ok with that, and I said "no" and he said "ok" and I left. Came in last minute in the morning in a Sunday and they were able to accommodate my car with my boyfriends existing appointment! Have been having issues with my rear tire's pressure, despite taking it to Toyota in December for service with the same issue. They accept reservations and work through the queue pretty efficiently with a TV screen showing where you are in the queue and what is in progress. I had a flat tire on my Tesla. The flat did have at least half of it's life left. Looked at their website and found out they repair flats for free. When my tow truck took my car there, somebody came out and started inspecting the flat tire. I went and had a quick chat with him and explained, this is a moderately newer tire as there are more than half threads left. He nodded, walked away and talked to his manager. He then came back and said this can't be repaired as there are signs of cracks on the side. I thoroughly noticed but all I could see was the folds due to a flat tire. I explained that these are not cracks, if inflated, they will be fine. No one cared to hear me out. I was practically left without any choice but to buy one of their tires. They did not have a single stock of anything reasonably good tires, hence I has to install a Korean tire with 25k warranty and ended up spending ~$300. This was such a rip off. They lure the customers with a promise to repair flat tires for free and then force you to buy one of their tires. Beware of this scam and the store. read more

Went in because I was concerned about a slow leak in one of my tires. I thought it was just the weather but a week after I put air in it was low again. Took it in the same day and waited. They found a nail and checked all the tires. They noticed my car was reading the tire pressure wrong and reset it. I feel safer now driving my car and not seeing the low tire pressure light on. I had my vehicle aligned at this shop twice, and unfortunately both times the service was not performed correctly. After the alignments, I began noticing abnormal tire wear, and within a short period both of my rear tires became completely worn on the inner edges. This issue forced me to replace both tires much earlier than expected. What was especially disappointing is that after both alignment visits, I was not provided with an alignment printout showing the measurements or confirming that the vehicle was actually set within proper specifications. When I later took the car to a certified dealership for inspection, they found that the rear alignment was significantly out of specification, which clearly indicated the previous alignments had not been done properly. As a result, I ended up spending approximately $1,100 on new tires and a proper alignment that could have been avoided if the work had been performed correctly in the first place. I understand mistakes can happen, but having the same service done twice without properly correcting the issue -- and without even providing documentation of the alignment results -- is extremely disappointing. Alignment directly affects tire life, safety, and vehicle handling, and customers rely on shops to perform this work accurately. I strongly recommend future customers request a full alignment printout before leaving to ensure the job has actually been completed to specification. read more
