I recently reviewed this business after I had a few minor problems with the service, which was not like this place as I have used this business for tires on all of my previous cars and current cars. Never had any problems. Great service great quality and prices. However after the area manager Mitch reached out to me. He absolutely went out of his way to help me, and put the problem right. And he did just that. What a guy, he's so nice and very understanding. He contacted the store manger Reina, she then contacted me and was also a very nice person, absolutely amazing, and sorted the problem out instantly. I just want to say thank you to both of them. And the workers at the tire shop. I'm looking forward to doing business again. Thank you so much. read more

I bought tires, they started degrading on the edges less than 2 years later. I was told that they sold me "old tires" but that they would not replace them or fix them. They stated that legally they are allowed to sell old tires and that they are not responsible for the accelerated degradation. I was told that possibly my alignment was off but they checked and it was good. The issue is the tires they sold me are old read more

Not the type of service I have come to expect from this brand. The cashier was not helpful or welcoming and she was not accommodating at all. The store was only open for a half hour and she said 3 hour wait time. Parking here is horrendous. I am really really disappointed and I'm SO GLAD that they are not our home tire shop ughhh the absolute worst service ever! I wouldn't give any stars if I had the option read more

BEWARE!!! I came here because it was the only tire shop open on a Sunday when my kid's car got a flat. They did have the tire size I needed (225/40/18) in stock -- and that was the only positive part of this experience. From the start, the customer service was lacking. The cashier was monotone and not service-oriented at all. I elected to Uber home and come back later as they said it'd take 3 hours before they could get to our car. Upon return, things only got worse. When I picked up the car, I noticed that both wheels they worked on were scratched during the tire installation. But the worst part -- while I was inside finishing up, one of their employees backed another customer's car into my wife's car in their tiny parking lot. He clearly saw her (he even honked), yet kept reversing until he hit her. Afterward, he admitted it happened but brushed it off by saying, "it doesn't look like there's any damage." No apology. No accountability. Nothing. Overall, this was a frustrating and unacceptable experience. I would strongly recommend going somewhere else. Based on this experience, I wouldn't trust them with any additional mechanical work. read more

Picked up a nail in one of my tires with a slow leak. Had time to make an appointment the next day and didn't wait long, even though it was busy. Parking is very tight at this location. Ray was working the counter, and was quick to identify the leak, and explain that the nail was too close to the shoulder to be repaired. So got a new tire with the warranty for $216. Note: usually we buy tires in a full set of four. Not so if you're in the Rideshare business. Rideshare cars drive a lot more and most likely will run over something to puncture one (and need a new tire) before the set of tires wear out. Well recommended, will return. read more

Very good service, reasonable pricing and quality tires. I've been coming here for years and always do my tire work here

Reina was very helpful and friendly! Would definitely recommend this place for new tires!

Easy to work with and good prices. I recommend booking an appointment so you get your car fixed quickly. They are pretty busy.

American Tire Depot offers great prices for tires and brakes and great customer service. Reyna is outstanding and a wonderful A+ quality person. We got a new used car and she offered to do a complete inspection for free to make sure the car was safe to drive my family around. American Tire Depot goes the extra mile to take care of customers. You can't find better than this. Love these guys. read more

Top notch customer service + great price = repeat customer! Shout out to Sylvia and Reina for amazing customer service. Recently purchased 4x Falken WildPeak tires + had to get my other car tire's mounted and balanced and everything was just perfect. Don't forget to ask for Sylvia or Reina!! read more

Had an appointment at 12:15 p.m. Came in around 11:45 a.m. Was told that it would be a little more than an hour to service (as expected). Checked out at 2:15 p.m. Took longer than indicated. Even after the car was finished and parked, the team didn't check me out. They attended to customers checking in before getting to me. Unacceptable! However, was offered a discount for the wait...much appreciated. read more

Came here to get an alignment after installing aftermarket wheel and bigger tires. I love coming and supporting American Tire Depot bc they offer free flat fix for everyone and I love that motto. Rina, the manager at this location helped me and was very helpful and friendly. After all said and done Rina didn't charge me for the alignment bc my car was so new and the alignment was fine other than the toe being off a little which they fixed. Great company, great location and great manager! read more

Reina and Alex were incredibly helpful today, as always. Their professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail made for a great experience from start to finish. The quality of their work speaks for itself, which is why this place stays busy-so a little patience is well worth it. They took great care of me, offered a very fair price, and provided outstanding customer service and hospitality. I highly recommend them and will definitely be coming back! read more

I will come back for my future tire needs! I stopped by for investigation on why back tire was so flat (the inside wall had a nail). The mechanic asked of I had gotten the tires with him, but when I told him I got 'em up the street a year ago, he encouraged me to go back to the other shop just to check if they may still be under warranty. That's the kind of trustworthy character I need in my car mechanics! Thank you for your quick assessment, and recommendation! read more

The service was fast. I will be there for an hour and a half. I was just there for about 30 minutes. But most importantly, they were so friendly in the place was pretty clean. read more

The customer service was amazing. Reina the store manager goes above and beyond. I was there for over 6hrs while they worked on my car (my car needed a lot of work) I watched her with all the customers, listened to her answer questions with phone calls. She makes sure every customer or potential customer gets all their questions answered and feels comfortable. The mechanic Solomon who was working on my car was so kind. He was the only mechanic on duty that day due to sick calls he always had a smile on his face, never complained and so professional. I'm so glad I found this place and will definitely be going back for all of my services. They are top-notch and so friendly and always go above and beyond.. read more

Noticed on paid invoice that I'd been charged for an extended warranty that I did not ask for. The Store Manager, Reina T., reached out after I'd left and refunded me considerably more than the extra charge. I've gone from no longer a repeat customer to a continuing repeat customer. Good job! read more

Came in last minute in the morning in a Sunday and they were able to accommodate my car with my boyfriends existing appointment! Have been having issues with my rear tire's pressure, despite taking it to Toyota in December for service with the same issue. Came in here and 40 minutes after (they had one person working on tires for the day) I found out the problem was a nail in the tire. 0$ to pay for the check and patch. Thankful for the detailed look into the issue compared to Toyota! I'd definitely come back! Value and speed was definitely a plus! read more

Friendly helpful staff, reasonable prices, and a 3 month warranty on wheel alignment. They accept reservations and work through the queue pretty efficiently with a TV screen showing where you are in the queue and what is in progress. Lots of people came in during both of my visits, so I get the sense that they are reputable and solid. read more

I had a flat tire on my Tesla. The flat did have at least half of it's life left. Looked at their website and found out they repair flats for free. When my tow truck took my car there, somebody came out and started inspecting the flat tire. I went and had a quick chat with him and explained, this is a moderately newer tire as there are more than half threads left. He nodded, walked away and talked to his manager. He then came back and said this can't be repaired as there are signs of cracks on the side. I thoroughly noticed but all I could see was the folds due to a flat tire. I explained that these are not cracks, if inflated, they will be fine. No one cared to hear me out. I was practically left without any choice but to buy one of their tires. They did not have a single stock of anything reasonably good tires, hence I has to install a Korean tire with 25k warranty and ended up spending ~$300. This was such a rip off. They lure the customers with a promise to repair flat tires for free and then force you to buy one of their tires. Beware of this scam and the store. read more

Made appointment online with tire replacement (all 4) showing tires are in stock at the location. Appointment set for 1:15pm; arrived at 12:55, as they request me to arrive 15 minutes early. Checked in at the office and was told 2 hours wait because there were cars ahead of me. Agent asked if I was ok with that, and I said "no" and he said "ok" and I left. Why allow appointments that will not be honored in place of walk-in customers. read more

American Tire Depot - Auto Repair Near Me - Torrance, California

Service at the desk was okay. All I needed was a tire rotation. But if you have a torque and a jack do it yourself at home.... Hellen Keller could rotate the tires in less time than they did.. seems to me lack of experience played a part here. definitely not a wax on , wax off experience I hoped for. If you got time to waste this is your place! read more

Went in because I was concerned about a slow leak in one of my tires. I thought it was just the weather but a week after I put air in it was low again. Took it in the same day and waited. They found a nail and checked all the tires. They noticed my car was reading the tire pressure wrong and reset it. I feel safer now driving my car and not seeing the low tire pressure light on. They did not charge me for anything. I tipped the person who worked on ny car. read more

The best and Good service, Reyna was helpful , my car just needed air thank you ATD! It only took a few minutes

I had my vehicle aligned at this shop twice, and unfortunately both times the service was not performed correctly. After the alignments, I began noticing abnormal tire wear, and within a short period both of my rear tires became completely worn on the inner edges. This issue forced me to replace both tires much earlier than expected. What was especially disappointing is that after both alignment visits, I was not provided with an alignment printout showing the measurements or confirming that the vehicle was actually set within proper specifications. When I later took the car to a certified dealership for inspection, they found that the rear alignment was significantly out of specification, which clearly indicated the previous alignments had not been done properly. As a result, I ended up spending approximately $1,100 on new tires and a proper alignment that could have been avoided if the work had been performed correctly in the first place. I understand mistakes can happen, but having the same service done twice without properly correcting the issue -- and without even providing documentation of the alignment results -- is extremely disappointing. Alignment directly affects tire life, safety, and vehicle handling, and customers rely on shops to perform this work accurately. I strongly recommend future customers request a full alignment printout before leaving to ensure the job has actually been completed to specification. read more
