I had a busted back light and went to Autozone to see if I can get new bulbs but the bulbs weren't working either so one of the employees referred me to this place specially Sergio who is a really nice guy but didn't really know hiw to fix my car. I had tried to get in contact with hom nurmerous times through text and calls but he never responds on time or even the following day I feel like he just responds whenever he feels like it. Back to my car I go on a weekend to see what the actual problem is to my backlight and come at a good time. I wait close to 2 hours for them to tell me that they have absolutely no clue how to fix my car and they have never seen anything like my car issue. They wanted me to come back on a Monday for them to look closer and charge me $500-$600 for the repair once I bring it in to me is outrageous. Now as I am driving home in the night I notice that both my front headlights and backlights are completley off and not turning on at all. I text and call Sergio to see if I can come in sooner but he never answers me back even as I am typing this review there is nothing from him. I get its the weekend but at least respond. read more

Great experience. Showed up with a nail in the tire, Sergio came out and greeted me right away. Showed him the bad tire and his guys jumped right on it. Of course tires have to have special sockets so after I was searching for them, they took care of me quickly. Patched my tire and off I went. They do tires, oil changes, and brake changes. Probably would've been in and out in 5min but because I had to look for my special socket took a little longer. Small hole in the wall shop, tucked in the back of the little plaza. I purchased a voucher on Groupon for an oil change, filter change and tire rotation. I had an appointment yesterday at 3:00 p.m. and I didn't get the name of the guy doing the maintenance but I was speaking to his father Sergio who actually owns the shop. I was sitting there right in view of my vehicle while he did the oil change. He was done by 3:23. I mentioned to him reconfirming I had the filter change and tire rotation included and he said okay. He proceeded to redeem the voucher and tell me that when or if I come back he would "give me a discount if I paid cash". But I'm still tripping about the filter change and tire rotation so I asked him again... "You rotated the tires?" And he said "yes". I said that was fast knowing very well he did not even take a tire off of my car. I just left and texted my boyfriend that they got over on me. This is not okay! Sergio is a nice guy but his son needs to do a complete service not half service. I will not be going back. read more

Looking for an honest, reliable, fast, knowledgeable tire repair? Look no further! Sergio walked right over to us just as we pulled in. He greeted us kindly and proceeded to help us. The rear tire was not holding air. He said he would see if he could patch it. Came back within 10 minutes (probably less) and showed us the tire couldn't be repaired. He offered us a used tire for 40.00 out the door. I appreciate that he didn't try to "sell us" on a new tire. Rather, he was willing to see if the old one could be repaired. He also showed us why it couldn't be repaired - important to me. Got us in and out in 20 minutes. He was extremely nice. They accept credit cards, which is a plus bit if you pay cash no taxes. I had the absolute BEST customer service here!!! I had a tire explode on the freeway. I pulled off as soon as I could. The tire was done, I was practically on the rim. I called AAA and they said they would be there in 4 hours.....meanwhile I'm supposed to be babysitting my sisters baby! I looked at my map and saw this tire place and they were so close to me. I decided to try and call even though it was before business hours. Sergio took my phone call and I explained my situation. He drove over to me within 10mins and put my spare tire on. He then offered to take the tire and have it ready for me when I was done babysitting. I was so relieved. I thought I might be late to retrieve my tire and he said he would wait until I got there. I made it on time and he quickly took off the spare put a new tire on and I payed 1/2 of what I am paying today at Firestone(the other tire was bubbly and bald, needed to fix before another explosion). I was so impressed with the quickness, the response time, the quality of the service and just a really well mannered young man. If you need help with your car please go see Sergio! Sergio was the best - we discovered a nail in our tire and the tire was pretty flat & car undriveable. This shop was pretty close by, and we were going to call a tow truck. Rather than having to go through that, he saw pictures of the tire & offered to drive to us himself to put air in the flat so we could drive it to his shop to be fixed. When I tell you that I have always had tire issues with all of my cars, I would always be pushed into buying new tires when not necessary. I brought my car to Sergio after already getting my tire "fixed" at America's tire and Sergio was able to patch it up and fix it and also let me know and explained to me that my tire was still in good shape and didn't need to buy a new tire!
