Very disappointed. I have been a customer for over 10 years. I have always trusted the advice given. I noticed what looked like oil on my driveway. I went in and told Luis M who was the person helping me on Jan 5, 2025. Luis said it wasn't oil it was coolant and a hose was leaking and needed replaced. He recommended a radiator coolant flush. The hose replacement $30. Labor charge $102.39 Rad coolant/AFC FLD Exchg 159.99 A day later I noticed the same leak. I when in and spoke to Luis M he told me the oil pan was leaking. Yuck. Horrible experience here today on a Friday. I've been coming to this location for years as has my husband and his family. today will be the last time they will service any of our cars although most of the staff has always been wonderful today I encountered a man named Edward or Ellis or something or that. When one employee waved me over he was on the side, screaming through my window to stop although he did not want to admit that he did not see the other employee right there. He decided to greet me with an attitude and aggressive tone, he asked me what I was there for today. I told him an oil change. He proceeded to ask me and upsell me other services when I indeed needed some of them. I wanted to get out of there as quick as I Could, as he continued to address me with attitude and sarcasm with the aggressive tone I decided to reverse out and take my business elsewhere when I told him never mind that it was Friday and he didn't have to be so rude. 11/17/2025 I went in for oil change, the kid who took care of my service spent two minutes with the car. At the end of the 'oil change' which is all they did I asked what was done for $100. We topped off all your fluids. Hmmmm did we check my tires, oh I can do that. Come to think of it they didn't check the lights and blinkers either. I left there feeling ripped off but had let it go. Now it's 1/2/2025 which is pretty much two weeks later, windshield wiper fluid empty. I called them and Jose the manager said come in. I was there ten minutes later. I waited in the office for twenty minutes before the kid who did my original 'service' comes in, can I help you. Yes I just spoke with Jose and he told me to come in. Do you need an oil change, no I'd like to speak with Jose. Ten minutes later I left. I don't understand this at all. For years I used Valvoline with zero issues and amazing customer service but tried Jiffy Lube because it was closer to home even though it's way more expensive. I've been coming here for years. Every time I come here, my history is never found. Email and phone number is incorrectly typed causing for them not to locate my records and feeding inaccurate data to Carfax. Last week I took one of my cars in, same story, they could not find my records. In addition to that, they advised that they would change the air filter and oil, yet on the bill, they also replaced the cabin filter which I did not authorize. This is unacceptable. I'm seeing for Jiffy Lube to add all of my history to this profile using my cell number or license plates which I have used for years, in addition, providing an explanation as to why I was mislead with the cost and what gave them authority to change another filter. Also circa 30 bucks more expensive than last oil change in the spring (. Couldn't find my jiffy lube email coupon i get from them, and no attempt to find me one. Which they have in the past.
