Tony and Tim are master artisans and fine artists. In fact, Tony taught studio art for eight years at Vassar. For them, it's a collaboration; they're proud of their work, and they don't do ugly. They ask that you be thoughtful about your choice, and they'll adjust so that the outcome is something of which you'll both be proud for as long as you inhabit your skin. Their lines are insanely fine, like those in a Rembrandt etching. I can't emphasize enough how absolutely stand out their work is against what you usually see around the Hudson Valley. Also, you'll get good advice to make sure it lasts. In my son's case, they advised against his late summer timeframe: the sweat, discomfort and healing process don't work in longevity's favor, so he did it over Thanksgiving break instead. I have no idea how their price compares to other shops but as the parent who reticently gifted this to her child, I can say that I'm really happy I steered him here.

She crafted great artwork for each tattoo and before starting any work she showed me the design and did nothing before I approved the work. One piece took over 4 hours to outline and another 4 hours to fill in the color. I couldn't be happier. The negative New City NY customer seemed rather spoiled to me. They did nothing but complain and clearly Emma made several attempts to finish the work. Do you deny a craftsman their fee for doing this work ? What were you thinking ? $100 per hour was too much for you ? Try any other tattoo shop and see what the going rate is ! Clearly they either they did not understand the process , or think through what they really wanted. Don't order a Chicken sandwich and expect Cordon Blue ! Norm C.

I hired them…read moreto do tarot card readings for a friends bachelorette party, never showed up, had given a $200 deposit that has not been refunded after asking multiple times as I paid for a service and did not receive any services. I reached out to them after they were 20 mins late to the scheduled time, was told they had a flat tire, then they lied about how long it was going to take, were not giving honest information about the situation. They sent me a photo of a busted rim which we reserved google image searched and found that it had been pulled off a reddit chain.... The fact that they never bothered to reach out to me when they "got a flat tire", combined with lying about the delay and taking a photo off the internet to send as proof of the incident shows not only a lack of professionalism, but also that they are scam artists. Be ware this company is a scam!!
