The needle got stuck as she was visibly struggling...it was excruciating. The placement is still visibly wrong, and I now have to get it corrected at another shop. Three days after I got it pierced, one of the balls fell off and got lost so I also had to purchase new jewelry. Just overall a warning to not get pierced here.

Their lines are insanely fine, like those in a Rembrandt etching. I can't emphasize enough how absolutely stand out their work is against what you usually see around the Hudson Valley. Also, you'll get good advice to make sure it lasts. In my son's case, they advised against his late summer timeframe: the sweat, discomfort and healing process don't work in longevity's favor, so he did it over Thanksgiving break instead. I have no idea how their price compares to other shops but as the parent who reticently gifted this to her child, I can say that I'm really happy I steered him here.
