They successfully managed, with minimal cost to the owner, a HVAC failure during a difficult time, in a wildfire smoke and covid nightmare. This as well as respectfully dealing with a distant home owner, who was experiencing more sever local wildfires themselves far away. If an owner is reading this, I recommend using Carmen's excellent connection with the experts to save money by doing the job right. Her tact and diplomacy and well earned respect in the community of repair professionals, present a case study of professionalism. The best thing about the wonderful, beautifully renovated home I'm renting is Carmen's professional management. She took the difficult route of thoroughly and tactfully exhausting all options requested by the owner, in a timely manner, until a speedy thorough repair was done.
