Jay was our sales contact at American Windows and he was absolutely great. He has an engaging personality, and kept all his commitments to us. We appreciated that when installation day came, he swung by to ensure all was going well. Oh, how did the installation go? It was fantastic. Not only did the windows and door come earlier than promised, the American Windows crew came on time and worked quickly and professionally. We were amazed that the whole job only took 4 1/2 hours to complete. The windows and door materials are high quality and we are very satisfied with the results.

This company wants your money and won't let you review the contract!…read more I never do this but I was so puzzled by the behavior of the sales man. Olani seemed very knowledgable and took a very long time to do his presentation. As any good sales person he was a little pushy but we get it he wants to sell. At the end of the presentation we had a few reservations about the fit of the product and I could see he started to get less patient and less polite. Later in the day me an my husband decided to pull the trigger and contacted him so he can send us the contract to review for signature. But he said he could not send a contract until he had a card or a check number. My husband told him that he needed to review the contract before because that is what any normal person would do before handing any money. Olani became very short and then proceeded to hang up the phone! Horrible manners from someone who claims to work for a company with stellar reviews which actually is not even true!
