I felt disrespected every time. The admin at the front desk has an attitude. The doctor says he can only do one concern for each visit. Whoever heard of that? There are no patients around. There is no patient portal so you can't see your visit results and notes. Something strange about this place.

All the staff are rude and ask questions like "What is your s*xual orientation?" I said, "I'm married." The answer was "Well, if you were to have s*x with someone else, which gender would you choose?" Horrible! The receptionist called me and said I have to be back in 6 weeks. I said I'll call back later. Katelyn(the one with the Glamour photo on the website - Hah!) then called me all angry screaming, "You must come back every 6 weeks. It's not safe." I don't expect anyone to raise their voice with me. I'll find a real MD who sees patients. Goodbye.

It is sad when you call this place for weeks, no one calls back, puts you on hold for over 20 mins…read moreleading to me hanging up, or being hung up on multiple times. It is sad as I find Feldman from first experience rather nice. However the agony the staff puts patients through is not worth it. Already moved on to better facility. Had same issue with other Reliance location off Jimmie Leeds/Pitney Rd Galloway as well. Makes me sick...Ill go to my new Dr.
