You will not be seeen by a doctor, you will be seen only by wanna be doctors. The doctor hires young girls in their 20's and charges you as if you were seen by an MD but you weren't!. All the staff are rude and ask questions like "What is your s*xual orientation?" I said, "I'm married." The answer was "Well, if you were to have s*x with someone else, which gender would you choose?" Horrible! The receptionist called me and said I have to be back in 6 weeks. I said I'll call back later. Katelyn(the one with the Glamour photo on the website - Hah!) then called me all angry screaming, "You must come back every 6 weeks. It's not safe." I don't expect anyone to raise their voice with me. I'll find a real MD who sees patients. Goodbye.

I went to another office in cherry hill after the two failed medical abortions and was told that lots of girls come to them from this location. It was then confirmed that American Women's Services are offering innaccurate doses of each medication in order to save some money. Do NOT let them put you through the physical and emotional agony I went through. I strongly encourage going anywhere else.

My wife arrived 30 minutes early to her appointment in an office that had only 1 person in front of her. She approached the receptionist who she told she had a 5:45pm appointment. The receptionist responded with OK seeming not interested. My wife asked if she should sign in on the clipboard and the receptionist said no she would sign her in in a moment. Over the next 45 minutes, my wife watched two other patients come in after her and be brought back to waiting rooms before her. At 6:15 and three other patients going back to a waiting room to see the doctor while she continued to wait in the main waiting room my wife decided to tell the receptionist she was leaving and would perhaps reschedule. There was no consideration for my wife being early and she was not updated by anyone in the office that she would be next-door otherwise. In fact she overheard someone mentioned her name in the office while she was sitting but nothing said to her. If this had been a busy jampacked office waiting room would have been one thing, but the fact that my wife was the only person to be sitting in the waiting room made this absolutely ridiculous. That there was no communication and rude receptionist made it worse.
