The social security office has contacted this people for more than 3 months to obtain my medical records for my disability case and no matter how many times I called they do not release it even the social security has called and they don't care. they also charge for records. the only thing to do is to beg on my knees. my disability case is going to be close. I formally had called MassHealth and report them because this is not legal. we have rights and this people are committing fraud read more

AVOID THIS PLACE. I had been waiting three months for my appointment, which was supposed to help me with my mental health. Instead, this clinic completely destroyed it. I arrived just a few minutes after the start of my scheduled time. Appointments usually last one full hour, but the doctor had already taken another patient. The receptionist told me to sit and wait, so I did. I watched patients come and go, while nobody said a single word to me. When I asked again, the receptionist told me the doctor would see me soon, then disappeared. I ended up waiting over an hour. When I went back to the front desk, I found staff laughing and chatting casually. A woman who introduced herself as the manager finally went to talk to the doctor. He then lied, claiming I had arrived 40 minutes late, which was absolutely false. I was told I could either keep waiting or try to reschedule. This is outrageous. A place that claims to treat mental health showed total disrespect and indifference toward mine. I was already struggling with severe anxiety and depression symptoms, and I left without care, dismissed as if my time and health meant nothing. On top of that, the clinic looks neglected and outdated, with no concern for creating a supportive or professional environment. I had hoped at least the service would make up for that, but it only made things worse. Now I don't even know if they billed my insurance for an appointment where I wasn't seen at all. I have already contacted my insurance provider to urgently find a clinic that actually takes mental health seriously. What happened to me here was not only unprofessional, it was inhumane. read more
