Worst experience ever. The guy there was so rude. After looking at their website I found out he's actually the owner (Brian). We came in there at 3:30pm today because we wanted to see if they had any gluten free options and I wanted to try a latte. I couldn't even finish asking my questions because he kept walking off and putting stuff up as I was trying to ask. I gave up and walked out. This place is close to me and so yum! They have a delicious strawberry sprinkles donut that I cannot get enough of! It's buttery and flaky and sooooo yum! they also offer amazing croissant kolaches so good! I really love the chai latte iced or hot! They also have milk substitutes if you need them. Other than that a cozy coffee place , you can bring your laptop and enjoy some time in this quiet coffee local shop! Giving it 2 stars because the floor and seating seems cozy. However when I got there, no one said hi or said be with you in a minute or anything. Not a huge deal, clearly they were busy. However when ordering I asked about the $11 dozen donut box. She (maybe the owner?) said yes, so I proceeded to point out donuts my kids and I would like. Then I asked about the small donuts balls , she said 6 for $1. When I got the the register, it was $1.70 (why not just say almost $2 ???) and my dozen donuts was $16! When I asked why , she said it's because you got many different ones. I said I was interested in the $11 box, and you waited for me to point out what I wanted. I didn't get any bear claws, cinnamon rolls, nothing special that normally costs more. I basically got long Johns and chocolate covered donuts , some glazed and some with sprinkles. Look not bad coffee. I got two iced vanilla lattes with oat milk and they tasted fine. That's not my issue. My issue is I ordered 1 of them a large and 1 of them a medium. Now I'm not expecting the coffee to be free but when the nice lady said $14.97 I was blown away. Yikes. So I was craving donuts like really bad for days and kept missing my local donate shop, GS Donuts here in Grand Prairie on Great Southwest Pkwy, because of my schedule. They have the best donuts in the DFW btw. Anywho, after a search on Yelp I found this place. I've passed it several times and even worked out with Camp Gladiator across the street at the church several times and always thought, how convenient after a workout. Lol. Donuts and piggies. Yum! Any who, I went here one afternoon and man I will never do that again. I get it, it's not your busy time but don't serve ppl just anything you have back there . Idk how long it takes to prepare and cook a donut but this was baaaaaad. Maybe I was comparing them to my donut shop and that made it even worse. The blueberry donut icing was so freaking sweet. The icing was thick. The blueberry donut itself was far from fresh. The piggies were not the freshest looking nor was the regular glaze. I mean I opened the box and knew what I had gotten myself into. ‍ Presentation is key and it's no reason my order should have been in that box. As any frequent reviewer of my posts know, I like to periodically (annually) re-review my reviews as things can change. Sometimes businesses close, get bad, or sometimes, better. This is one of those posts. Yes, I know I've been bad about checking in, but I just had a son, so I've been a bit busy. Plus, since the Pandemic, we've been getting deliveries from here more than actually picking stuff up. We've been coming here for years and feel like they're part of our family. This place has become our go-to coffee shops because they have a great mix of friendly customer service (shout out to Brian, you're awesome) and solid selections. We come here so often, I think we are now over 100 visits, which may explain why my fiancé is the duchess here! But, they have earned our patronage through consistently good customer service, great coffee, and good donuts. Arguably, ABC may have too many items on their menu as I often say that businesses are better served as masters of a few items, instead of being mediocre at many. However, ABC does a good job at having a massive menu, and doing all items well, at least the ones we've ordered. Their coffee menu always blow me away. I've tried about 10 or 15 different coffee drinks, and each has been scrumptious. From white chocolate with raspberry to pumpkin spice, ABC's coffee game is on point. Whether you walk in or drive through, you will have a pleasant experience with an employee who seems to genuinely want you to have a great experience. If you need help selecting, you got it. If you need an explanation of anything, you got it. If something isn't what you wanted, they'll replace it. For me, spectacular customer service always brings a rating up, and ABC delivers on it here. Do I recommend this place? Yes. Every experience I've had here has been nothing but positive. I've held countless meetings at this location, brought many friends here, and studied here for hours. One thing I absolutely love about ABC is their custom drink menu. It looks like recipes that they created themselves, almost like a secret menu. In my opinion, those drinks are honestly the best. My go-to drink at ABC is a hot white chocolate mocha. They make it very well, although it is usually quite hot when I receive it. When it comes to their food, you can't really go wrong. My favorite snack at ABC are the kolaches. They aren't exceptional but they aren't bad. I'd say they're pretty average but I'm a big kolache fan in general. Another good food item that they sell, are the donut holes. If you come in the afternoon you can get them for a pretty low price which is nice for a broke college student like me. I love donuts places! Great little place for donuts & drinks! They have a drive thru, which is great for on the go. There's a decent selection of donuts & coffee. They also have pastries, sandwiches, tea, & bubble tea. Ordered a strawberry sprinkle donut, chocolate donut, & apple fritter with taro bubble tea. Bubble tea wasn't super sweet which I liked, but the tapioca pearls were too soft and not chewy. The donuts were yummy! Service is friendly and they are patient when you order. Hands down one of the best coffee joints I've been to in awhile. I have yet to visit a coffee spot with traditional donuts AND boba...ANDDDDD a whole different blend of tea and lil pastries. Most coffee shops offer coffee, tea, and like a pastry of the day, but ABC has em all beat. They legit have goods that u can chomp on all day if you decided to stay that long...which I could totally see myself doing one day. So far I've tried their cinnamon roll, hot spice tea, autumn tea, donut holes, and the strawberry mixed boba (I forgot the correct name). All delic! The boba was just right, not too sweet and not too thick. The cinnamon roll has a lil greasy flavor to it which I wasn't a fan of;but overall the cinnamon flavor was tasty. The donuts were traditional donut holes with. It doesn't have a lot of icing on them. They're perfect for individuals who want the taste of donuts but not a really sugary one. The teas are AMAZINGGGG. The coffee is good. I've tried a sip of my hubbs when he's gotten the stickers frap. Oh and the vibes are NICEEE. Coming to ABC was the best decision I made while visiting my parents. My boss allowed me to work from home to spend some time with my family so I needed somewhere with great WiFi-- ABC did absolutely that! I had a medium cappuccino, a kolache, and a donut. Very affordable prices and the food is delicious. When I need to work from home I will come back here. The staff is very kind and makes sure to get you exactly what you want. They also do a great job of keeping the place clean and keeping the atmosphere fun. There were people working and people sitting down for a cup of coffee and catching up with friends. Went here on Black Friday bc all of my usual study spots were closed for Thanksgiving weekend. I got some glazed donut holes and a kolache while my friend got their chocolate truffle coffee. There's a $3 minimum purchase to use a credit card without a fee as others have said. The food was okay. The kolache was pretty small but at least it was heated and soft. The donut holes were kind of cold, probably from them sitting out since the morning (I came here in the afternoon). They also sell boba which is interesting lol. As far as the ambiance goes, it's really quiet and peaceful! There are plenty of tables for people to study, but you probably don't want to have a group larger than 2-4 people since most of the tables are small. There's a bunch of sofas and couches which is cool if you're relaxing I guess. Overall, this place was pretty good. I wouldn't mind coming here again to study if the libraries are closed. read more

As soon as I walked in, there is ample space for sitting/studying, and the music isn't overbearing or loud. Very peaceful environment with plenty of sitting space. Decorated beautifully. There are a plethora of games available. 5/5 on atmosphere!! I wouldn't change anything. Service was pretty good. I was greeted by a very nice woman who was very friendly, she didn't rush me even though it was my first time and I was being slow. She helped me with choosing my breakfast. 5/5 on service My only other critique would be that there are 2 people doing the job of 3-4. The person who runs the drive thru also runs the front desk and they were BUSY the entire time. Understaffed for sure, but they are managing just fine. So I stand by my earlier review in that some of the sweet drinks are too sweet and donuts arent all the fairest of them all, but this has become our go to weekend coffee/ donut spot. I think the eggnog latte is probably one of the best Ive ever had, but is a seasonal only offering. My next goto is the cafe du monde. I love chicory coffee because its what my grandparents always drank. Normal vanilla latte is also very solid. My fiancee loves the infused iced teas. When the regular staff is there they are always kind and offer recommendations. Move over starbucks I've found my new love. They have a punch card for specialty drinks so after purchasing 8 you can get a free one. Drive thru located around the back of the building. I always liked the location in Arlington when it existed. Finally made it over to Mansfield and like it here too. They have tons of seating so it's a great place to come to work during the day. I like the donuts, kolaches, and the coffee. I haven't tried anything else but they have a much larger selection of foods and drinks than many coffee houses. The wifi always works and we always get a comfy place to sit. My only complaint is the awful music. Or should I say muzak? Or should I say bad Christian muzak? I was able to tune it out most of the time but at one point there was someone wailing "Jesus loves you! Jesus loves you! Jesus loves you!" over and over and it was a mite distracting. If you're going to play Christian music, at least play something with a nice driving beat and not muzak? But really, I confess that it's not my thing and I'd prefer secular tunes with my brew. Most coffee houses these days play either light jazz or some nice 80's alternative, I'd rather have either one of those. This is one of my favorite places to go. I've been going here since it was built. The precious owners have become good friends of mine since every morning we'd share stories as I got my order. Bad customer service in drive thru. Because it was my first time, I ordered several things. Latte, mini cinnamon rolls, croissant and sausage rolls ( large family ). When I pulled through, an older gentleman on his cell took my card for payment. He gave me my receipt and three bags then closed the window. If you're looking for a good place to get some work done or just chill out alone (or with friends) this is it! Mostly quiet atmosphere and non-pretentious. It has been slow during most of the times that I've been here but even on the busier days there's lots of space so you don't feel like you're bumping elbows with people. Services a diverse crowd, you can tell some people are regulars. The staff is very friendly and the donuts are delicious! The menu has a lot of variety and I love that they also serve boba tea. You can tell it's a good spot for students and professionals to get together so if you work best in silence you'll want to carry some earplugs. It's a good vibe so I carry both my earplugs and headphones so I can adjust depending on my mood. I can be here for hours and not feel like I need to hurry to leave. Some coffee shops make you feel like you're taking up valuable space (and maybe you are) but this isn't one. I always feel welcome and always make sure I buy something.
