The inside was set up like typical coffee shop. Some were working inside and having coffee. There's quite a bit of room and lots of seating. They have a variety on the menu as well and so we ordered lunch and coffee. So far i have tried a few different things. The quesadillas are good. The soup is always really good too. We make it a regular stop on Lunch at least monthly.

Grounds & Gold is probably one of my favorite coffee shops in Arlington. I like how it's close to the hospitals, so a great place to grab a bite in between or after work. There's plenty of seating, but it can still get very packed (especially during the afternoon rush). I like to study here, but it can get loud, so I'd recommend some noise cancelling ear/headphones. Overall great ambiance. I got the chicken quesadilla, which was incredibly delicious. Have also tried their biscuits, which I love that you can customize. I don't have a picture, but they have interesting/different kinds of desserts that I feel like are unique to this coffee shop. I'd love to try them in the future. As for parking, there's plenty of lot parking.

I am so happy to have discovered this spot and just wish it didn't take me so long! They have tons of seating, beautiful natural light, the best service, a wide menu that accommodates breakfast lunch and dinner at respective times, and delicious drinks and food. I love the half salad/half sandwich combos and all the other ways to try more than one thing per meal. I love that I can get any latte decaf and can make swaps for bread or anything else I prefer with ease and even recommendations from staff at times. Love coming here!

Best place for gluten free items you can't find anywhere else; They have loaves and biscuits, very tasty. Bacon is delicious. Always crowded, but worth the wait.

Great place! Visited here for the first time, I will be back! This place is popular, I went around lunchtime but luckily I found a place to sit as someone had just left. Plenty of seat with a variety of options: tables, comfy chairs, high seating, etc. I sat in the middle area, one thing I will say is the tables are pretty close together. My only thing for docking one star. Even pushing one of the chairs fully back in I had to walk around the table to get to the trash to throw it away. And also it can get loud being right close to others that are seated. Simply an observation. Had an iced sugar free caramel latte & it was pretty good. They have several food options as well, I didn't try any this time but my friend went & had some treats that were delicious. Clean place, fair prices, great staff, good vibes with nice decor. We were there for about three hours, they remained busy & rightfully so! I'd recommend going here!

Been going to Grounds and Gold for a while always forget to review, but just had their pancakes for the first time... Lawd have mercy... delicious! Usually always get a coffee or Tea. But today was feeling adventurous. Breakfast tacos also slap! Build your own biscuits a go to as well! Place is awesome, friendly environment, great place to go and read and chill! Staff is always friendly, good attitudes generally. Recommend fasho!

I've had mixed emotions about this place for a long time. If I really wanted to I could give a long review about this place. But I'm just going to leave a shorter one. Grounds and Golds mission and purpose is beautiful. That might be my favorite thing about the coffee shop. As for the ambiance, food, and service it's all ok. But I still find it a great spot for some coffee. I would definitely recommend coming in the fall!

Food was tasty coffee was great. The only thing I would change is have waiter should deliver coffee and food at the same time instead of having food delivered and us having to wait for our name to yelled at to go pick up coffee. I heard my name being yelled George! 2 times I didn't know they were calling for me. I got up and ran to get my coffee. If the yelling stops this place would be more peaceful. I still give it 4 stars.

Absolutely love this coffee shop. The vibe, ambiance, food, and drinks. Wow it has it all. I got an Italian soup and veggie sandwich. Yum! Then slowly sipped my chai latte. Great place to plug in and work on your laptop for a little bit.

Great day for a picture prefect latte.

It's in an old part of Arlington, the building itself fits right in with the area. That's not a bad thing, but don't expect some clean cut, smooth concreted parking lot with fancy equipment inside. They do well for being in an older part of town. Conchas, we enjoyed them! My favorite was whatever this strawberry roll cake was, soft & fluffy. They have a lot of options, I only wish they would label the pastries. There were some empanadas but we couldn't tell what was what & didn't want to be one of those people that cracked one open, because trust me, someone did on one of the trays. They have a refrigerated section, we'll probably try the flan next time too. The cakes are gorgeous, I can't comment on the taste... no need to get one for just the two of us. Prices are very good, yes, they take cash only. I saw someone said they take Zelle but I didn't look. I'm not mad about it though, it's a small business... they'd get charged for credit card usage. I don't know if everyone understands that & if cash only works for them & they continue to do well... I'll keep bringing cash! Very sweet employees! Go here, grab a snack to enjoy. Also, there's not really a place where you can sit & chat for hours with friends but give them a try for some yummy treats!

I like coming here to get the pineapple bread and chocolate rolls. Occasionally I'd try the other goodies, including their custom milk bun, garlic bread, egg tarts and chocolate pudding. All of them never disappoint, as they're always fresh and kept in appropriate temperatures. As an app member, I also get deals; I've claimed their free drinks before, and I think it's a great value especially when I enjoy grabbing a milk tea to accompany my pastries. The drinks are top tier too; I've tried their lattes, milk tea and specials. Staff has never made my drink wrong and I've gotten them at a reasonable time even if it's busy. I will say, since it's a bakery, obviously come early to have the freshest items. Also as the day goes on, they will stop restocking, so by the time it's 5PM, most of their items are gone. We called the bakery to see if we could pick up the cake at another location since we were already about 20 minutes away on the freeway when I opened the box and realized it wasn't there. We were told that wasn't an option. They did offer a refund, but because we paid in cash and were already so far away, that wasn't very convenient. Aside from that issue, everything else was good. I'm disappointed because the cake was the item I was looking forward to the most. I'll give the Carrollton location a try next time and hope for a better experience.

I've never had mazapan, but I liked the sweetness of the peanuts and powder sugar in the drink. The matcha had grassy notes, which I liked. It tasted like a sweet fresh peanut milk drink but not necessarily like peanut butter milk. You can get a regular or large sized drink. Dulce de leche concha was pretty and tasty. It seemed more milk bread-like since it was soft and fluffy. It reminded me of melon pan because the crust was soft and crumbly. There's a small amount of dulce de leche in the middle, which is okay since the top is very sweet and the dulce de leche is rich. Shio pan with cream cheese and everything bagel: similar to a Chinese baked bread (cut almost all the way) filled with whipped cream cheese. The bottom has a slight crust but not hard like a Korean salt bread, and it's topped with everything bagel seasoning (not too salty). Dubai choco strawberry cookie: moist and almost fudgy because of chocolate chunks, topped with fresh strawberry slices. There's a small center of pistachio cream but the usual crispy noodles were already broken and mixed in, so it's less satisfying to me. The chocolate cookie part was like a rich brownie. It stayed soft even refrigerated. The marranito (pig-shaped sweet cookie) was thick and broke like a soft cookie. It's like a gingerbread cookie with less spices. Even refrigerated, the cookie was pretty soft. I'm usually not too fond of this type of flavor, but I liked this version. Ham and cheese bun: fluffy baked Asian bread with thin slice of ham and cheese. Bacon egg and cheese milk bread resembles a thick Chinese bread bun with a bacon-wrapped thick tamagoyaki inside. The egg part looked like it was overcooked. Coffee bun is a soft and high plain bun covered with a thick layer of slightly bitter coffee powder. The bread items started getting drier after getting cut and refrigerated but softened once they were microwaved. There are clean trays and tongs for the baked goods. The line moves along the edges. The bakery had (2) baskets of large umbrellas since it was a long and slow line and blazing hot. The outside line takes up most of the small parking lot. There is some street parking along the 2-way road. I think the bakery was busier than normal due to it being the day after a BTS concert and social media. It took about 50 minutes to get inside, 20 minutes to get through the line, then 15 minutes to receive drinks. There are a few tables along the right side of the inside bakery and a few small tables outside. Even though it was very busy, the staff projected a friendly and competent image. There're clay heart-shaped plates to eat on and plastic forks for splitting pastries. The graphics on the murals, merch (shirts and aprons), big boxes, and cups were cute. The image on the plastic cups are easily scratched off.
