I was struggling with it but the teenage worker did not move from the shade under the fan between the second and third bay. Soon a manager looking guy came so we got his attention. As soon as I saw this spot open up, I knew I needed to take my car for a carwash here. They do have monthly memberships that you can opt in to, however I decided I would just try it out. I did turn a little too early. I thought it was in the same shopping center as Costco but it's the next one over (they don't connect) so don't make the same mistake as me! There are rows upon rows upon rows of areas for you to clean out your car with their vacuums. They don't even charge for that, which is honestly kind of cool. I started with getting my car actually washed first. I pulled up to the line and went to pay and was greeted by an employee, which was so nice. She walked me through how ot use the machine, which was very nice but I don't know if it was super necessary haha. But I ended up going with the inbetween the very basic one and the ultimum one. It was $18 which I felt like was a little on the more expensive side. Once I went through the carwash, it's one of those where you have to put your car into neutral and I feel like I always mess those up. It was nice that my wash did come with an airfreshener and towel and whipe, so that was pretty nice detail! The carwash itself is pretty fun, too! It feels like you're in a nightclub haha. I loved it! After the wash I went and cleaned out my car with the vacuums and they were great. They have even have a flat vacuum that makes it easier to do your mats, which Ireally appreciated. I will most likely be back here again! I don't know if I'll get a membership, but I did really enjoy my experience and my car looks amazing! read more

We love WOW Car Wash!! We have been on the Unlimited Wash Club plan for a couple of years now. It's very affordable and with multiple locations and long operating hours, it makes it VERY convenient to drive right through at any time of the day. This particular location is located next door to Costco on St Rose Pkwy and it's HUGE! The entrance lane is much longer than other neighborhood WOW's and more than enough spaces to dry off and vacuum. I love the complimentary air freshener, dash wipe, and microfiber towel. Not sure how long it'll last, but I like it!! Overall, the wash does a pretty decent job. Just some minor areas to dry off the beading water with the towel provided. Easy breezy. Love how they are located near my house and near Costco! The service I got was great! The staff member greeted me and asked which wash I wanted and scanned my credit card for me. I also received a special for a month through text where the prices were discounted for unlimited washes, so I signed up for that! I love how I can go through the wash and the sensors can read my car and I can just go straight into a wash. I like how they always give you a rag to wipe down your car before going into the car wash. There is also an area to vacuum and wipe down your car. I was able to ask stuff to turn off spinners, since it's not recommended for EV vehicles. And just to wash it with water. It was just enough to wash out the dust and cleaning towel Wow car wash provided was just perfect to wipe it. Also plenty of vacuum stations with awesome suction power. Car wash is clean. The team is very helpful and quite a bit of spots to vacuum your car which lowers the amount of time of waiting for a spot to detail your car. I was driving by and saw that they had a FREE car wash today. How could I possibly pass that up? The car wash was great! I like how automated it is. When you select which wash you want, one of three gates will open allowing you to get in line. The machine does a good job of washing every square inch of your car and drying it off too. They have monthly packages which are great so you can come as many times as you want for that month. Love the towel that you get with wow max wash. It's such a good value. It's a good quality towel that can be used several times. We love the different options for washes. Something for every budget. It's in such a good location, I'll definitely be back. read more

I always have a great experience at WOW Carwash. I have a monthly membership and have been to many of the locations on the south side. I was happy to see they opened this one close to Costco. Makes it easy to go grocery shopping and clean my car right after putting in gas. The workers are always really friendly and professional. I really enjoy the vacuums as well. It helps so much with my dogs hair she loves to leave in the car. I think the value of the monthly membership is def worth it. It's so dusty and rainy lately that having unlimited washes has helped a ton. read more

When the car came out I noticed a six inch deep scrape on the right rear wheel. Also, when I pulled the car in there was no help guiding me into the rails the person there was just asleep on the job. Also, I paid for the $22 wash and when he handed me the cloth and deodorant he never gave me the dashboard wipe. I had no time to ask for it because he waited until the last minute to hand me the stuff and I barely got my window closed before the wash. Just got back from a road trip and the car was still dirty, when asked about going through again i was told to use a little elbow grease instead. If you are returning from a road trip and your car needs a wash, you may want to prewash it before you go to Wow. It will not touch the bugs and on an SUV will leave the rear streaked and dirty. Also make sure you catch any drips as the hard water will leave spots that can only be waxed out. I had to spend over an hour cleaning the exterior when I got home. Great car wash! Friendly service. The wash itself is very thorough. The dryers worked very well and there were a-lot of them, I think I counted 6 total, 3 on each side as we drove out of the wash. The vacuums are powerful and well positioned so it is easy to get to all areas of your car. No wait (we went on a Saturday afternoon). Plenty of cars using the wash but enough spaces that we did not have a wait. The blue microfiber towel that we were given with the type of wash we bought is the best, works so well to do a final wipe down of any minor water drops left on the car and does a great job wiping down the dust and dirt off the tire rims. If I could leave 0 stars, I would. How excited my wife and I were seeing that WOW was opening a car wash less than 5 minutes from our home. Then, to top it off, I got a FREE $22 car was coupon! My car wasn't very dirty but, I figured for free, it's time to get it cleaned. How can they call what I got a car wash? It was more of a spray soap, spray water and hope the dirt would come off along with the rinse. EVERY streak on my windshield was still there. You can plainly see all the marks from the last rain and the wipers' path. Even the back window still had rain spots on it. When I got home, I found where the dirt from the rinse went. It had pooled onto the top of the rear bumper and I had to rewash it. I've had better car washes driving through an open fire hydrant. $22 and it looked like it did??? Thankfully, it was free.
