Their typical process involves sending someone to confirm the damage, then reporting it to the manufacturer. You're often left waiting--sometimes six months--for a resolution, like a replacement cushion, and only after repeatedly following up. In the end, their position is clear: if you're buying for a rental, you should expect their products not to last, and it's not their responsibility.
