My experience in two stores were five star-plus. Waldport store has PRO sales people and lots of good selection, reasonable prices. I buy many things there to furnish home(s) and stage it for Real Estate sale. My own 5,000 Sf Ft home is furnished with their products. May not be top of the line but reasonably priced and good quality. Their 8X10 rugs are one of the best buy. Well made, stylish and many design available. Last time I bought three of these to partially cover a large wood flooring and give it a nice look. Sometime the best time to buy is Sunday, when not many people in the store and I can make a 'deal' if I buy more than two rugs the same time. Be friendly and the staff will work with you on pricing. The only issue I have with the stores, they can not get more of the same design in the rugs. They are shipped random numbers and styles. So, go and visit the Newport or Waldport stores. I have not been in the Lincoln City stores yet and have no opinion. Maybe a few weeks later I'll check it out.

We contacted Americas Mattress and asked if we should contact Serta about the warranty and they said no, go through us. We emailed, called, and went into the store. They would tell us they would call us back on a particular date and never would. After 4 weeks from our initial contact they did not offer any remedy. Beware buying from them! Moldy mattresses, miscommunication, and will not stand behind their product.

A $3,000 laundry set failed after just 3 years and had to be replaced. A beautiful $1,000 queen bed purchased around 2021 had the frame and slats break underneath. Their typical process involves sending someone to confirm the damage, then reporting it to the manufacturer. You're often left waiting--sometimes six months--for a resolution, like a replacement cushion, and only after repeatedly following up. In the end, their position is clear: if you're buying for a rental, you should expect their products not to last, and it's not their responsibility.

Went to buy 2 mattresses and box springs that the website said could be delivered the next day to find out they only had 1 and it would take over 3 weeks to get the other. Their customer support did recommend another brand that was cheaper and which actually turned out to be maybe even better for me, but it was a hassle to do this over the phone. Then it came to the gold stat setup that we paid $99. for or maybe a should say the lack of any setup. We were moving from Florida to Oregon. So wanted the beds setup as we instructed before we or the bed frames arrived in our container. Our son received the beds at the house we were renting, but the setup people did nothing more then place them up against the wall in the bedrooms and didn't even remove the plastic. They said they couldn't do the setup without the frames. This meant that when we arrived before the container and were planning to sleep on the beds we had to set them up in the way we paid gold star to do it.
