Craig spent a lot of time with us and gave us the opportunity to try out different beds. We found a bed we liked and told him that we were going to go comparison shopping before making a decision. He advised us to go to Macy's which has the best selection. He never pressured us to buy. We did go to Macy's plus one other store but ultimately decided that Craig had the best bed for the best price. We appreciated the time he took and the no-pressure approach. We now have our new bed and are totally thrilled with it. I highly recommend Craig as he knows his stuff and gives you the time and space to comfortably come to a decision.

They really stand behind their products, but more importantly, they stand behind their word. The guys were really nice about it all, treated me fairly and honestly and without a hint of the used-car-salesperson approach you find so much of nowadays. Even the delivery men went above and beyond the scope of their job to make me happy. They were very respectful of my place and had a clean, professional and kind manner. In less then 1 year the mattress sagged so much on one side you sleep slanted . I put in a warranty claim and they denied it saying this is normal . It is absolutely not normal and then I checked consumer affairs where this is their practice of denying legit claims and disregarding customers once you paid. Beware and buy somewhere if you have a problem that is legit they actually help you . All places are great if no problem ever exists .. but having a 10 year warranty wasn't worth the paper it was printed on . Shop elsewhere .

Shopping for a mattress was exhausting...the exhaustion amplified by me having to sleep on my son's lower bunkbed and she in the girls room on a twin... while we canvased the world for a waterless replacement. Fortunately we included KleinSleep in our exhaustive search. We were rewarded with an informed, no-pressure purchasing experience. On our second visit, we brought our pillows and sheets and made the final choice. Both the manager (30yrs with Klein) and the owner (born into the business) were top shelf. The king mattress and box springs were delivered speedily (one of the delivery people is with Klein 9yrs plus) and the old box springs taken away (not a dent in the paint in the stairway). Seriously, NICE people!! The owner & his wife met with me AFTER HOURS because I couldn't get there…read moreduring the day. They had a huge selection within my budget. As a matter of fact, they told me not to look at price, just find a mattress that I like and they would work with me. The one I picked was out of my budget, but they gave it to me! My delivery will come in two days (my request) and they will call me with a window for the time. They assured me that they would have the delivery arrive after I get home for work. What company does that??? FYI~ They are just re-doing their warehouse, so it's not fancy-but they have a great selection! Also, they have furniture in the warehouse that they are looking to get rid of at blow-out prices. If you need anything, you should call them and ask if they might have what your are looking for! And: P.S. I was referred to them by a friend who bought mattresses there a couple of years ago, so this wasn't a one-time good customer service event. he was very happy with his deal also!
