To make matters worse they charge per .... Every Person , every tent, camper and every buggy. So while they are calculating the cost for each item. Then need to count and make change for each person. It makes getting in a hassle and there is not usually any person to direct you to a spot. You're lucky if they point you towards the spot and say "somewhere between...... but not these ....... Those are taken. It's far away both good and bad. If you Forgot something or need to get a part for your buggy . It's a wasted 1/2 day in my opinion. So bring whatever you think you need and maybe some spare parts. I recommend a filter for your RV water intake because it can be very murky. The restaurant serves good food. The sights are amazing. Most guests are very friendly and welcoming. Sometimes it can get rowdy on the weekends. Forest service prays on out of towners that get on the wrong trails so get a map! It's all about making the best memories possible.

We had to order and wait several weeks, but the process was pretty streamlined. When we went to pick it up, financing was simple. We've had our camper 4 years this May 2025, and it's been great. We have a lifetime warranty if we keep up yearly inspections at Wheels, so we go once a year in April and pay the $200 for inspection. Unfortunately, nothing that we've had to repair has ever been covered by the warranty, so I think it's probably a gimmick to get us to keep up yearly inspections. But at least we know what condition our camper is in. We may decide the yearly inspections aren't worth it soon. But wheels is usually very nice and accommodating when we schedule. If you're in the market for a camper, we did have a good experience at Wheels RV. And we love NW Arkansas.

BUYER BEWARE! They…read moredo not maintain the RVs and as a result they have water damage. WHEELEN sold me a unit with water damage and then denied it and told me to call the manufacturer. Water came in the roof through several spots 10 days after I purchased it. Lance had a problem with the tape used to seal the roof vents and dealers were instructed to pull the tape and caulk them before sale. This dealer did not perform that maintenance and as a result the unit has leaked in several spots and they take no responsibility. No doubt this is also the case with the other units on their lot. Wheelen did not disclose water damage and did not perform required maintenance, then stated the unit is in new condition. That is fraud in my book. if that doesn't scare you away just read the other reviews on google....

The lady on the phone talked to me while I was meandering around the area in my truck on a dark road. Thank goodness!! She was so accommodating! For example: the number of nights I wanted to stay. Minimum is two nights. I was allowed to stay one. After I was assigned to one cabin, she allowed me to stay in a different cabin. Pulling up to park at my assigned cabin my headlights showed 3 deer!! Another times, I saw them from the balcony, several more deer. In fact, they seemed within an arm's reach. The balcony was clean with a covered table, hot tub and a means to charcoal meats. The grill utensils hung along the guard rails. Once inside, it appeared very clean. Every possible amenity was available (except robes or q-tips). Fireplace, cut wood, lighter, microwave, fold out couch, mini fridge, window unit, coffee maker, pots, pans, dishes, table and 2 chairs, tv, wifi, ceiling fan, towels (request extra if using the hot tub), shampoo, conditioner and body soap. Of course, a large cozy bed! The hot tub is small. My best guess would be that they can accommodate 4 small bodies max. Great jets and very hot water! The showers are so clean and sparkly! The shampoo, conditioner and body soap hang on the wall. All have a very mild scent. It was a perfect get away for me.

We went right at dusk, but I think if it had been truly dark, we could have seen the resort from miles away. ALL. THE. LIGHTS. (And, other decorations.) We were surprised by the amount of holiday cheer that was put up. Lots of inflatables (some quite unique). If you're in the area, I would certainly check it out.
