We stopped by Hammerhead today during the poker run to get our chips. We pulled up to the gas dock…read moreand had to tie ourselves up. Did I mention we were the only boat at the dock? One girl came out after we tied up. She did bring us chips and form to fill out to win the ice chest. We went in to look around and there were four other staff hanging out inside lounging. Not much selection of clothes or boating supplies. We returned to our boat and none of the 5 came out to help us cast off.

The grounds are well-kept, and the docks are maintained and kept bug free for the most part. If you are a fisherman, this is a great marina to start from. A lot of big bass tournaments start from this marina One of the things that attracted us is that we have a Suntracker tritoon boat. As they are a white river dealer, they sell and service our brand boat ... so for us, it was the right place to be. This Marina is easily accessible from Bernice Oklahoma, and is in an excellent place on the lake as far as accessing North and South Grand especially the areas around Shangri-La and Duck Creek.
