They have recently added another employee and Jennifer is very efficient and does a great job with a smile. I try to come in during the slower time periods (avoid lunch, 3PM, and 4:30-6:00PM) . I would never use this location for anything other than picking up packages. I would not use their ancillary services whatsoever! Never been treated this rudely by anyone at FedEx Office.
