I was nervous to call anyone as I have never had to use a pool service before, but this older pool came with the home purchased in 2009. ASP did excellent job walking me through the possibilities and was quickly available for my much loved, but very antiquated, above ground pool, and equipment that had been closed and neglected for 3 years! I fired ASP. My first season with the company was great. However, after experiencing high turnover in its staff, ASP began sending a tech to my home who was not properly trained. They did not maintain the correct chemical levels in my pool. This was confirmed by independent water tests conducted by a third party. I do not recommend ASP. read more

We needed a small repair done on our pool and called ASP for service. We gave them our name and address and was told they'd call us when someone was available. With NO NOTICE, a guy (didn't even give his name) from ASP showed up. From the time he arrived to the time he left, it was 7 minutes (we have proof on our security cameras). A week goes by with NO QUOTE, NO CONTACT, NOTHING and then the owner calls DEMANDING a $145 "service fee". This "service fee" was NEVER DISCLOSED TO US! It's NOT listed on the website! And then he proceeded to THREATEN US that if we didn't pay he'd take us to court and report us to collections. FEES WERE NOT DISCLOSED! FAKE SERVICE! BASELESS QUOTE! Its stealing money from people when you're demanding to be paid for nothing that was provided! read more

I don't think there are enough words available to describe how amazing Miguel and his team are. As a new property manager to this area , I'm slowly building my list of preferred vendors through trial and error. Miguel came through for us on short notice and jumped hoops to make sure we would pass our inspection and be able to open our pool for our residents. The owner of this company is the rudest most unprofessional person I have ever had the displeasure to deal with. His answer to any problem is: I'll get to it in a week or TWO, I'm busy. I'm sure that's due to the turnover of his servicemen. When he says he'll actually show up - he doesn't! He & his servicemen never know what's going on or who did what! They've made BIG mistakes when closing the pool for the winter by overlooking completing the job and Not attending to the water features & auto fill!!!! This could have been many $$$ in damages if I didn't catch the mistake!!!! And then when they opened the pool, they said parts were missing for the auto fill and of course Me or someone in the house must have taken them...WHAT!!! Isn't that what they were hired to take care of? And wasn't it them that had to "closed" the pool twice, because of their mistakes!!!! Talk about no accountability or taking responsibility. The last straw was today. He unilateral charged my credit card $756. for a thermostat repair. Charging $120 an hour (X2 hours) when they weren't even here for an hour. Then his explanation was he had to research the part & how to install it to maintain the warranty;( Unbelievable!!!! Giving them one chance after another, I overlooked all the mistakes they made. I never let the terrible attitude get to me. I knew their weekly service was more expensive then other companies, but I've been told you get what you pay for... HA, not with them!!! I will NOT be so blatantly over charged for a minor repair. It took me 10 minutes to find another Reputable company to replace them..... read more

I called them when we had a bit of a crisis with some equipment, and they were out almost immediately. They diagnosed the issue, recommended the fix (unable to do it when they arrived because they didn't have the right replacement), and recommended some additional maintenance we should perform. I agreed, and they said they would get back to me with a schedule and quote for the replacement parts and additional maintenance. Then I never heard from them. I called them four times over the course of three weeks, was assured by the owner that a quote for the part and maintenance would be sent and that the scheduler would call me. Neither has happened. The first visit was exceptional, and they were friendly, efficient, and fast. Everything after that has convinced me that they do not want the business I was prepared to give them. read more
