They had a good response time, found the problem, tracked down the parts, and made the necessary repairs to get our tub running as good as before. Ya, a little room for improvement. The service tech had to come out twice, but I'm not taking a star away for it bc he was honest and made it right without excuses or charging us extra. Only star i took away is over communication. I appreciate the quick replies when i reached out, but I would have been more appreciative if they were the ones reaching out to me. Just a little more proactive to keep customers updated. I'd recommend them & would call on them again (I'm hoping not to need their services again though!)

Love our Jacuzzi. Lately though, I reached out for a service and was advised they had made some staffing changes, and the new technician wasn't quite up to speed on a couple things. No worries. I had them drain and waited six months. I have called twice and left three different emails requesting a response...just want some maintenance. I haven't received any type of response either via email or call. That seems unusual for them, and I am concerned. Having said that, will need to call someone else. I hope all is ok.

Mike mentions that my husband is rude to Mike's wife when she comes to service our spa. We aren't even here when she comes! She just goes directly in the backyard and does her thing. Are we supposed to pop out back whenever we do happen to be here and have a chit chat? That part of his statement just cracked me up! Then he said something about our son cancelling his service? Well, we knew nothing about that until right now so thanks for the head's up! Simply stated, our water was getting continuously cloudy so we texted to see if he had any ideas and he blamed it on us being dirty people (yes, he actually texted me that! And no, we are definitely not dirty people!) and then said our neighbors were probably using the tub when we were gone (umm, definitely not in this gated community and with our cameras). Anyways, we looked back at our cameras after his outrageous text messages to see what they did in the last two services and never once was our water checked. He now says (in his response to my husband's review) they don't have to test water - um, ok? Lol! Even when it's been cloudy and having problems? That seems professional. I've included screenshots of our ENTIRE text conversation (including where my hubby called him an a$$ out of frustration) - I don't think they uploaded in the correct order but you can still piece it together. ‍ Honestly, people - stay clear of this company. Second, and mainly...I bought this house from a DIY guy who did everything, including installing the hot tub, incorrectly. Mike pointed out alllllll the safety issues with the electrical, of which there were many, and told me he couldn't clean the spa, it was too risky. He offered great advice and didn't charge me even though he took the time to come out and look - which I SO appreciated! I mean he probably saved my life and for free. I was there to see about a chlorine floater. Tommy the store manager told me about a promotion that Frog Ease Smartech was having. I signed up and was given a free floater....what??? I'm so happy. I also bought some sweet smelling Hot Tub scents and I am so excited to sit in my clean and beautiful Hot Tub with my new hot tub accessories. This is a family owned store with 2 locations. The owner of this company, who was also the one servicing the pool took pictures of the neighbor's…read morechild in their backyard (which is quite literally against the law to take pictures of someone in their private residence, including backyard without their consent), tried to walk into the neighbor's house and also called the police because the child was serving a ten minute timeout and was whining during it. He didn't respect his client's wishes for him to leave the family alone and was quite literally a hothead. He then continued to disrespect the family when their number was passed onto him and requested a conversation with him. 0/5 stars would be given if possible. The owner is unhinged and clearly has something going on in his personal life he should get professional help for. Would not trust this man around your kids or any neighbors he might think he knows better than.

Brennan initially came out to identify that our spa pump was failing. Ordered the new pump, Sam came out and did an excellent job replacing the old one. Had to make a plumbing modification...went out, got the part and completed the job. Spa is running smoothly and quietly. Now, if only the weather would be so cooperative! Highly recommend this team for you pool or spa service and/or repair.

The only one that got back to me in a timely manner was dory pools and hot tub. I mean it was effortless they came out. Looked it over and gave me a estimate. Which was a great price. Zack even fixed a couple of other things on my tub. He went over and above the best experience ive ever had the pleasure to do business with. Had the whole job done in 2 days. I recommend them.
