5 stars every single time. I honestly don't know how America's Tire trains their employees, but every visit has been a great experience. The staff is always professional, helpful, and efficient, and the pricing is very reasonable. One thing I highly recommend is getting the tire protection warranty. It was only around $15 extra, and it absolutely paid off for me. I once had a tire blow out while driving out of town, and the only place nearby was a small local tire shop. America's Tire simply asked me to send the receipt, and they reimbursed me without giving me a hard time at all. That level of customer service is rare these days. I really appreciate companies that stand behind their products and take care of customers the right way. I truly hope they keep these great prices and excellent service for many years to come. came in for my 9:00 a.m. appointment and even arrived 15 minutes early. The clerk assured me there would be no problem and that my car would be ready by 10:00 a.m. However, by 9:46 a.m., my car still hadn't even been taken back for service. It makes me wonder--what's the point of making an appointment if you're treated the same as a walk-in and left waiting? The Chino location is located at the corner of a large shopping center close to PetSmart and Dollar Tree which is nice since I went shopping instead of just sitting around and waiting for my car.. This store is very nice and clean and everybody is super nice and professional.. Steve, repaired my tire before my shopping spree was done, and he was very nice and explained what the issue was.. I have been a customer of American Tires approximately for 20 years . Not only that my family use them as well, they have made a lot of money off of me and my family buying tires and using other services they provide. I got another vehicle trying to get the tires rotated thinking it will be free as well, one of the reps told me they would have to charge me for the rotation because I didn't buy the tires from them, I have 4 to 5 cars on history with them, so why do you need to charge me for a rotation? That's unacceptable business! Eventually I will need more tires and service for all of them and you will make more money. This is totally ridiculous business practice to do a long time customer like this. Please do not use this company all they want is your money, don't care about your support and loyalty to their business.They have lost me as a customer and the amount of disrespect I received from the reps was unbelievable !Shame on this company, greed is alive and well at this company, they don't value their customers or respect them! Long overdue review. Been coming here for years simply because prices are decent and get free rotation and balance which helps my tires last longer. But as far as counter service, it's horrible! I experienced late times with appointments and today I waited 30 mins from walking in till someone said can I help you? At one point 6 yes 6 guys in red shirts all standing around behind counter doing nothing. Plus I dislike they prioritize pagine calls over people standing in line frustrated because they are slow. This review is long overdue, but around September of last year, I purchased a set of four MICHELIN PILOT SPORT ALL SEASON 4 tires for my 2023 Model Y with promo, even though my old tires still had about 7/32 tread depth left. I specifically asked to keep the old tires and mentioned I would come back to pick them up later. Unfortunately, they ended up recycling or throwing them away. After I followed up, a manager called and said they would try to find similar tires from other stores, but I never heard back. Their service and tire prices are usually pretty good, but in cases like this, there should be clearer communication between staff and customers. A complete letdown. read more

I really like the customer service here! Everyone is nice. My recent visit here was very disappointing. I had a set appointment and I showed up 10 minutes early. Once the worker started to take my information and check me in he said my wait time was going to be 1 hour and 45 minutes. That's with an appointment!!! I don't know how or what their process is with walk-in vs. appointment but I feel having an appointment doesn't matter. I sat there watching and waiting for my car to get serviced on and they literally started on my car 1 hour later! Once they started on my services it took 20 minutes for them to finish. I noticed they didn't rotate out my spare, which I made sure they noted on the worksheet. When I asked if they did it, they said yes. But then retracted that they didn't and they would need to do it. Terrible business practice at this specific location by Earnest. I've been to other American tires location and Discount tires in Monrovia. They all offer free tire rotation. I called in to make sure before my girlfriend went in and they charged her $40. I called in to ask about the charge and Earnest said they charge $40 for rotation and road balance. They finished the rotation in 8 min.They did not road balance the tires! And road balancing is. It needed for a simple rotation! I wish I remembered who I talked to when I initially called in but his name might have been Nick. Who was very friendly and stated the rotation is free regardless of if you purchased there. read more

So after a ten min drive I was checked in and Miguel helped me out and was very professional checking me in and giving me a great checkout out time! I really like America's Tires, BUT, I took it in for a tire rotation, and while driving i lost a wheel cover. I took it back the next week to have sensors replaced, before I left I asked about the wheel cover, falling off, the lady said they normally fall off so many years. Guess what, couple days another one fell off. Please make sure they are putting the covers back on properly. read more

I have been a customer of America's tire for as long as I can remember, ever since I got my first car in 2016. This is the first time I experience this kind of service. I honestly can't believe I'm writing this, but I came here for a simple tire patch on my SUV. I left with my tires rotated. I drive with staggered tires and my rear tires were rotated to the front, which they never should have been. Can't believe that occurred, and when I came back for them to fix it, they won't because now they deemed that my tires or below the tread limit and are suggesting I buy four new tires. Very pleasantly surprised to find this location. I had set up an online appointment for a flat repair. After showing up and walking in the showroom, Cameron greeted me. He was highly professional and courteous. Embarrassed to admit that since this is a tire store in Chino, I wasn't expecting service to be at a level that I am not used to seeing. He was very thorough in inspecting my tire, and then further looking at the other tires to make sure they are okay. My vehicle was taken in right away and confirmed that the tire could be repaired. He brought to my attention that my lugnuts had swollen and should be replaced. This was not an upsell, as my dealer had just notified me about this as well. After initially declining, I decided to go ahead with it. Did I mention these guys were very thorough? After they repaired my tire, they once again inspected the other tires and made sure the tire pressure was correctly set, and looking for other potential issues with my tires. They did not find any. The assistant manager brought out my truck to me, and handed me my keys. I believe his name is Keith? Anyway, he was also very friendly and professional. Is this a surprise? Honestly, I am willing to pay more for a set of tires from these guys over Costco to get this level of service. I found my new location for any tire issues I may have. read more

This was a seamless process for me to replace one single tire that had blown out (due to it being second hand ). After we purchased the tire and warranty we left my car there until the process was done. Took about 2 hours. We drove by to check the status and it was done. Came to pick up my car and guess who was at the front desk "busy" Danny. Michael was super helpful and Danny wanted to intervene with helping. I had a great experience at this shop after catching a nail in my tire. Assistant Manager Nicholas Ramirez was incredibly professional and detailed, taking the time to explain all my options. He let me know they would patch the tire for free, or if it wasn't fixable, they'd mount my spare at no cost. He also provided transparent information on new tire pricing, installation, and their price-match policy. Excellent service! I made an appointment two weeks ahead of time and was quoted for 4 Yokohama tires and a set of wiper blades. I showed up and was charged exactly what I was quoted for! F** up #1 Came here to get my 2018 BMW i3 tires done. After I get my car back there are red marks all over the face of the wheel. They claimed to not be responsible for these, but with me being more overprotective of my cars than a father and their teenage daughter, I know everything that goes on and it was not there prior. I have no tools that are red and there's no way it wasn't them. They did offer to refinish the wheel though, but that meant my car was down for a week. After the fact, I'm not sure the amount it would have cost to fix the wheel out of my pocket was worth the downtime of my car being down a week. To give them credit, they did pay to have the wheel repaired. Unfortunately, the repair was not as good as the factory finish. F** up #2 + 3 Ordered summer tires for above car (Bridgestone EP500). They installed all seasons (Bridgestone EP600). Went in for a warranty and this happened AGAIN. F** up #4 Went in for a tire warranty on a 2006 Mercedes Benz E350 (Hankook V2 Concept2). They installed max performance summer tires (Hankook V12 Ventus evo2). I guess you could call this a come up...but now I have mismatched tires which is a safety issue. F** up #5 Called to ask about having 4x tires removed from 16" wheels. Told me $125 over the phone. Asked again, just to REMOVE 16" tires? Not a special size, not stretched tires, no mounting, no balancing just 225/50/16s off a 16x8 wheel. Person over the phone confirmed again it would be $125. You've got to be kidding me! I'll take it somewhere else for $7/wheel where they won't scratch it (and then refuse responsibility either). read more

This place is great. I made an appointment online ahead of time and got helped promptly. Dean (I believe he's the manager) has awesome customer service. He took his time to go through all the processes that he expects his staff to do - leading by example, and after I was lied to with fear tactics by another chain he gave me honest options which didn't necessarily mean I needed all new tires today. I leaned more toward buying new tires anyways just because it was going to be about that time either way and I respected his honesty so why not give this place my business. He was short-handed with several employees calling out and some customer frustration that came along with the inevitable wait times but handled it with a smile and did his best not to let it effect the way he treated customers and his staff. First and last time i visit this place. -The service person answered 4 calls while ringing me up, something that could have taken 2 minutes to do, took 15 minutes. Causing the following mistakes on the receipt. -Service agent checked my tires, both of us agreed the rear 2 tires needed replacement, the front still have about 50% life. Ooops wrong car - I wait 2 hours, i called to see if my car was almost ready, they said, yeah your car is ready for pick up! I get there, it wasn't my car, it was a car that looked like mine. Oops wrong tires -Service center tells me my car is ready, finally... i check the tires and they replaced my FRONT tires instead, because the person that helped me was answering calls while making my invoice and accidently put front tires to be replaced, not rear tires as agreed. Now i have to wait for them to put my old front tires back on my rims, and also correctly replace my rear tires. 3.5+ hours later! - Finally my car is ready... it is now almost 6pm, keep in mind i dropped off my car at 2:30pm and the shop closes at 5pm. Surpise! We forgot something very important the air core valve! - They reverse my car out of the shop, after replacing the proper tires and putting my old front tires back where they belonged. I drive down the plaza and i get a flat tire warning light! Oh no! one of my tires has 0 PSI in it! Luckily my tires are Run Flats, if not my front tire would have been damaged. I immediately drive back to the shop, they say they forgot to put the air core in the valve, which is what keep the air from coming out of the tire. It is now 6:30pm, i am late to my dinner with the wife which was at 6pm. Cancelled and ended up just going home. Horrible experience. read more

I have a small truck with a camper, which I used to go to their store to fill the airbags. I was recently told that they can no longer fill my tanks? I don't have tanks. Airbags are small rubber lifts very similar to a tire. It's hard to fill them up at gas stations because they don't have enough pressure and they can fill my airbags up in less than one minute and I'm on my way. I purchased my tires there, but I will never go there again and I will tell all my friends not to go there because they are not neighborly! read more

Awesome service from Steve. I have a brand new '24 Crosstrek Limited, and Steve already knew I was coming in for tires, Falken Wildpeak AT. Steve made sure that the tires are compatible, ran through all the warranties / certificates, the appointment, and process. The day of the appointment, Steve checked me in right away. Tire install took less than an hour, and my car looks noticeably more aggressive. The tires are perfect, the guys made sure the tire was inflated to the recommended psi. I needed one tire because she hit a pothole and damaged the sidewall. He was very professional from the minute he answered the phone. He confirmed the tire information and ordered the tire for delivery the next day. Showed up at 11am for my "appointment". They told me come back at 2:30 and I'd be front of the line. I come back at 2:30; it's been 30 minutes and my car is sitting in the same spot in the parking lot. They lie about time but have no problem taking my money. I'd just go to a mom and pop tire shop next time where they value business and customer service and peoples time.
