These guys lie, they're not honest AT ALL. They lied to my wife to get these tires, they lied to my 22 year old daughter and they're rude and unprofessional. I brought in a battery that I originally purchased from Just Tires, and it was still within the warranty period with only a couple of weeks left. They tested it and told me the battery was "good," even though my vehicle had already needed jump‑starts. I had both the starter and alternator tested elsewhere and they were confirmed to be working properly, so the battery was the obvious issue. Despite that, Just Tires refused to honor the warranty because their test showed it as "passing." To be sure, I took the same battery to two other independent shops. Both immediately confirmed the battery was failing -- low cranking power and not reliable for starting the vehicle. In other words, the battery was bad, just like I suspected. I ended up having to replace it at a third shop out of my own pocket. What makes this even more disappointing is that I've bought a full set of tires from Just Tires in the past and expected better treatment as a returning customer. Instead, their testing process feels deceptive and designed to avoid honoring the warranty unless the battery completely dies. It really seems like they were waiting for me to get stranded somewhere, pay for a tow, and hope it happened before the warranty expired. Very disappointed in how this was handled. The Manager Rick would always take care of my tire needs but the last time I went in to have a tire checked out I was treated rudely by one of the employees. He barely looked at the tire which had a small screw at the top of the sidewall and told me that I needed a new tire. Yesterday I came in to get my TMPS sensor replaced for my Toyota Tundra. I stopped in the store about 30 minutes before closing and the store manager Rick was kind enough to get me taken care of in no time. I have been coming to this store for over 10 years for all my cars and I would recommend any one in the neighbor do the same. And if Rick reads this the TPMS did wake up after it was installed in the tire and I was able to program it with no issues. I will be coming back in the next week or two to get my TPMS sensor replaced in my spare tire that I never knew I had. I am sure that one has not working as it is 19 years old. The service associate Thuan doesn't have very good customer service skills. When I had questions about the oil change, he wasn't very receptive. When I checked out, he was about to charge me a wheel alignment when I only requested free alignment check. He blamed his manager Rick for the miscommunication. I needed a patch in my wheel due to a nail. I went in knowing there was going to be an hour wait (no problem). 2 hours later I was called asking for my wheel lock.. Yasmine worked on my daughters car for an oil change but "discovered" oil pan had a crack therefore not being able to do the work. My daughter took her car back to dealer which in turn they stated it was not true but instead was missing a part costing her $60 to order it. I called before coming here I two separate cars because they told me it was about 3 hours to get my tire checked, so I left my car there and they told me the tire was fine the air just came out. 4200 Chino Hills PRKWAY JANUARY 2/2023 This is regarding an incident last Monday around 11:30 in the morning,I came to this shop and been coming for my car service,but last Monday was very different.I came there to tell them that the last service they did was not done properly and since brake check is free,I ask them to do it,but unfortunately they did not and no records of the brake thickness on the receipt .The Tech name was JOSEPH GONZALEZ) I told the man in the front desk (I think his name was Erick or Rick) that the oil measurement was only a little above half of the dipstick measurement.I ask if they can just give me half a quart of oil,but front desk man told me to park the car in front of the service area .When I park the little lady told me to open the hood so she can check the oil. I told her, you can not check it accurately since I just shut off the engine(it's just common sense) But she insisted and I open the hood.she did it fast and pull out the didpstck and measured it,then she told me its full.At this point I told her the car needs to let the oil settle down and actually you need time to let the oil drip down the oil pan.I ask her if she can just give me half a quart of oil,but she told me ahe will ask the front desk man. I came to the office and the little Lady told the front desk man about her finding.I ask again if they can just spare me half a quart of oil because I think checking the oil requires a longer time in order for the oil to settle down they should have ask me to park the car for an hour or more,, Erik or Rick told me that I can't have it because my oil is in full.I will not come back to this shop if my oil is full because that is a waste of my time I can just buy a quart of oil for $9.00 but its a matter of principle, somebody didn't do the job and check the oil level properly and they were in a hurry.I insisted again that the oil is low.The Guy in the front desk acts so arrogantly and when I was leaving the the shop he yeld twice "Do you understand" !! at this point I got irritated and told him ..DO NOT YELL AT ME...you need to teach this arrogant and rude Guy some respect and send him to your corporate Customer service school. Purchased 2 tires from them and did an oil change no biggie. But then was called saying my car "failed"the battery test and offered to install a new one for an extra $200. I trusted my gut and had AAA come check my battery out the following day and they told me that my battery was more then fine and that they were trying to rip me off. The technician showed me how easy it was to falsify on his device and not to be fooled. Everytime I go here for an oil change the place will be empty and it's a mandatory 90 minute wait. The employees are literally doing nothing while people are waiting. They move as slow as a snail. I get the feeling they dont want to do the oil changes so they make you wait to discourage you from coming back. They need to take a drive to Americas tire where the employees are literally running. The worse tire shop I have experienced in my 18 years of owning a vehicle. Made an apt 2 days prior to my apt online and even called to verify they had my particular tire in stock which they did. I am active duty in the navy so like most military personnel do, I should up to my apt 15 mins early 4:45 and my apt was at 5:00. I was told my car would be ready in a hr to a hr and a half but my car wasn't even pulled into the garage until a hr and 15 mins had passed (6:15). Long story short I didn't get out of there until 7:15. I usually don't write reviews but I didn't want anyone to make the same mistake I did. If you read this I'm telling you go to another tire shop.
