I trust him with my Mercedes more than the dealership.

Hands down the best tire shop ive ever found. I Looked around for a while wanting to find a great tire shop and came across VP after visiting several other shops. VP stood out on top of every single spot even the big corporate places too. The shop is located conveniently off Holt and not hard to find at all. Victor greeted me right away and the energy he holds is honorable and honestly felt deep down I just found a long term tire shop. I drive from San Diego to Irvine to Chino and im only going to come here now. Victor had my size tires right away and didnt hesitate at all to get things going. Salute to our brother Victor and if you need ANY tire help at all his experience and wisdom says it all. Definitely come to VP TIRE CENTER.

    New tires on.

Life saver. Had a nail in my tire. Just tires would not help me. Saw they were open late. He took care of it asap.

Hopefully, I won't have to be back too often , but if I do, I know exactly where I'm going. Not only did they find the problem with my Jeep, but honestly, it drives better than it did the first day I bought it. I might be exaggerating a little, but truly, I'm so happy with the work! The communication was fast, clear, and extremely helpful. Their diagnostic report was also 10/10. They clearly categorized the recommended repairs by priority, so I knew what needed attention right away and what could wait. Most importantly, I never felt like they were trying to upsell me or recommend unnecessary work. The pricing was very reasonable, and I completely understand that quality work comes with a cost. I'd rather pay to have the job done correctly than cut corners and end up right back where I started. Thank you so much, Main Street Garage! I really appreciate the honesty, communication, and amazing work. Definitely found my new go-to auto shop

The owner reached out directly and sent his personal number so we could chat. I explained my experience, he apologized for the misunderstanding on the shop's end, and provided me a refund for the overcharge. He also offered mechanic advice should I need any in the future - even if I didn't go with his shop. My family has used the shop before and had a good experience so I do believe my experience was a fluke. I respect the fact that he made the situation right, it shows he takes pride in his shop and values his customers.

I've been taking my 2002 Toyota Tacoma to Alonso's for many years and, until recently, always had…read moregreat service. Unfortunately, over the last couple of years, that has changed. About a year and a half ago, they recommended replacing part of my front suspension (I believe the struts). When I picked up my truck, it had a loud clunking noise over every bump. I took it back, and the owner rode with me, heard the noise, and had it corrected. After that, the clunking was gone. A short time later, I started hearing a metallic clanking from the left rear of the truck. When I looked underneath, I found a hammer lodged near the rear axle housing that had been left behind during the repair. I removed it and returned it to the shop. The employee simply thanked me--no apology or acknowledgment that leaving a tool on a customer's vehicle was unacceptable. Then, about two weeks ago, I brought my truck in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. About a week later, I noticed one of my rear wheel center caps was missing. Since the center cap is retained by the lug nuts, it doesn't simply fall off, I am sure they forgot to put it on when they rotated my tires. I called the shop, but they said they weren't aware of forgetting to put on my Toyota center cap, nor do they have one sitting around that may be mine. As a result, I'm shopping on eBay to replace it. Not good..!! I don't know what has changed, but the attention to detail at Alonso's isn't what it used to be. Unfortunately, they've lost my business. I can't recommend them anymore. If you do choose to use them, inspect your vehicle carefully before you leave. I should have done the same instead of driving off after a service and assuming I received the same quality service I'd experienced for so many years.
