This is a topnotch repair shop and the prices are super cheap compared to the dealership. I highly recommend. My 2012 Audi A6 had a vibration and rattle from the exhaust system at 1400 rpm. I went in here the other day because of an annoying issue with my tire. The tire wasn't keeping pressure and I had read a lot of good reviews about this place. It's a little hard to find, so park in the spots when you first turn in, and walk over to the shop. The guys can grab your car and help you. Theres a large walk up desk area and Paul is the man with getting you in and out quickly. I was able to get my tired fixed (stupid nail!) and I was out of there in about 10 minutes. I had the unfortunate, but all too familiar experience of having a tire that seems to keep losing air. I gave Paul at Chino Tire & Muffler a call and he was able to get me into be seen in a matter of minutes! Paul had his tech take a look at the offending tire and they found a nail. 10 minutes later the mail was out, the tire was repaired, the pressure was equalized in all four of my tires and I was on my way all for a very reasonable price! Unfortunately I had a horrible experience with Paul and Chino Tire. I took both my vehicles to him for a check engine light issue and for maintenance. $5000 later, I get my vehicles back with new issues. My truck now leaks oil and the ac doesn't work. My work van has the abs light and traction light on as well as an oil leak. When I called Paul about it, he assured me it had nothing to do with anything they did. Seems a bit fishy that both my vehicles are worse off than before. I'm not sure if he and his crew are incompetent or if they are shady in hopes off charging their customers more money. I'm not one to post a bad review but I'm doing so, not to bash Paul, but in hopes of preventing others from getting screwed over. I still have a knot in my stomach because of the amount of money I spent, only resulting in the damage and neglect of my vehicles. Save yourself the headache and money and go somewhere else. I'm shocked that there aren't more negative reviews. I'm sure there are more people out there that this has happened to. read more

The older lady I spoke with first was very nice, then she gave the phone to an older guy who seemed short tempered on the phone. As soon as I got there, the first person I seen was the same older guy. He was talking rude to another customer I could tell didn't like his attitude but laughed it off. I asked him how long would it be since it was a last second issue before my road trip home and then he started naming off things he has to do, and then caught an attitude because what he made sound like 2-3 hours was "only going to take 20 mins." I maybe interacted with this company all of 5 mins, but the way he spoke to me was enough to leave a 1 star. I left and got the work done at another shop read more

I found this place in yelp, and I am always skeptical of mechanics in general. I came here originally because I needed 4 new tires, and also I had two tire sensors out. I got a quote over the phone and Paul took my car in and it only took about an hour and half. The owner Paul is so friendly and knows his stuff. His prices are pretty competitive and he didn't give me the feeling I was being ripped off. The tires I got are high quality and that makes me happy too. He actually made me feel confident in his work and business. I came back again for an oil change and he checked my entire car and again I didn't feel like he was taking me for a ride. A few weeks later I ran over a nail. He repaired my tire for me for free no questions asked and he did it promptly. All his staff is friendly and time efficient, also the place has a nice sitting area with a TV for my kids. I highly recommend this place and I will definitely be back. I began taking my Colorado pickup here a few months ago after a friend's recommendation. Went for a simple oil change yesterday and Paul's son noticed a battery power cable had been eaten thru the insulation by something. A very dangerous situation. He called around for a replacement cable but came up empty except for the Chevy dealer who said you had to buy the cable complete with the power unit that it feeds. I'm thinking at least hundreds of $$$$. Thankfully, they were able to cut and splice in a union effectively repairing the cable and sending me safely on my way! Needed something small fixed. You walk in and receptionist doesn't acknowledge you so don't expect good customer service. Didn't give a timeline, said they'd call when it's done. Called 5 hours later because it shouldn't have taken that long from the quotes I got in other places, they said they've been done. So.. why didn't they call? Come back pay and now my car isn't starting. They worked on it right away said my battery is low but they were all of a sudden very attentive. I wondered why until I realized that what probably happened is they left my battery on for hours so it died. They didn't admit it just jumped my car and said my battery is low. Cars don't just die the way it did just because the battery is low, never had that problem ever unless I left my battery or light on without knowing. Poor customer service, no communication, long turn around time, and random issues upon pick up **Look at other reviews below, I'm not the only one who experienced more issues after repair.
