I got a nail on my tire on Wed night and had to get towing service Thurs afternoon and towed the car to Sergio's Tires at approx 2pm. I didn't have an appt and they immediately helped me patched the tire so I would say I was prob there for approx 20-30min and was able to take off afterwards. Just got back from here & wow they are buuuuusssyyyy & for good reason. Its a really small spot with 1 way in/out. If there's already a few cars lined up, be prepared for a wait. I think we waited about 20 minutes before it was our turn. I had gotten 4 new tires off the internet and needed someone to install them for me. I think theyre all pretty nice here and get the job done. Once they started on my car it probably took about another 20 minutes or so. Like I said, they were super busy. Would definitely come back here again & highly recommend to my family & friends. read more

Found this place on yelp a few days ago because my wife needed new tires installed onto her car. We called and they said they take walk-ins so we drove straight over. It was packed so I think it took us about 30 minutes til it was our turn and then another 25-30 minutes til our car was done. There's a small seating area but we walked next door to get snacks. Called this shop at 9:16am asking for a quote for an alignment and about how long it will take since I did not have a ton of time. They told me a super fair price and to come down because they had no wait. Maybe 10-15 minutes goes by and I show up. Someone comes up to me asking what I needed done and I said alignment and tire patch. He proceeds to say "we don't have time for that today", it is now 9:30am and they don't close til 6:15pm. I was very confused because why did it go from I could come in and drive right onto the alignment rack to we can't do it. I understand a lot of business could come in, in a short amount of time but still. Spoke to Sergio the owner and things got situated and got the job done. Do recommend coming as soon as they open or before they open to completely avoid what happened to me. Overall job was done and I was sent on my way, but how you communicate/ the attitude you give to your customers needs to be worked on. read more

One of my rear tire had a small hole in the center during the drive back from Mammoth Lakes. With a tire repair kit and portable tire pump, I was able to safely drive back. However, it was still leaking a little bit of air so the tire needed to be patched. Sergio's Tires was a small shop that was able to patch up my tire for $20. Note: The shop doesn't use any jack pads for Tesla vehicles. If that's a deal breaker for you. read more

My tire exploded on the freeway and Sergio's was one of the nearest tire shops. Called and asked to be quoted for a used tire which was $45 and confirmed my car could be serviced. Got towed to the shop, had my car serviced immediately by a knowledgeable and kind mechanic and left within 15 min. Used tire given to me was dated 2022 so you know they take care of their customers. I've been here a few times for tires and it's always a great deal plus fast and friendly service! Today (Thursday 2pm) I came for an alignment and was in and out in 30 mins or less. Tony helped me and was super friendly as I hung around and asked questions while he was working on the alignment. They do get very busy so if you're short on time I definitely recommend calling in first. I arrived shortly after calling and their time estimate was on point. Thank you!
