I am completely satisfied with every visit here at this America's Tire location.. and it's not because I live in this city, that's just a plus! From the employees who work here, the cleanliness of the place to the service received, I give it a 5 star all around. The employees are kind, they don't have that smug 'what do you need' attitude you would get at other places. For the times I've been here either at opening or near closing, they are have the same attitude and work with you whether you do or don't know what tire you need. They'll go over options with you and find something in your budget. I've been coming here for years not only to buy tires, but they offer free tire rotation, even if you didn't purchase the tire from here. They also offer a free drive up tire check and air fill so I usually go at times on the way home. Quick and easy! America's Tire also offers great pricing. And if you find tires elsewhere that is cheaper at a competitor (see details on their website for restrictions) they'll price match it! That's what I did last year when I bought my tires. Found it cheaper at an online website and they matched it. All in all this is my place to go when I need something anything to do with tires. They even started offering wheel alignment since March. It wasn't available when I got my tires last year, but it'll definitely be a service I'll add when getting my tires replaced next. read more

Gone here for tire pressure & tread check twice and received EXCELLENT service both times. Quick, easy, and professional. Gabriel helped us the second time and he was amazing, did a thorough check and saw that we were missing a valve cap and replaced it for us. They went to close my trunk and it wouldn't close, so they slammed it shut. They didn't even bother to check that there was a piece of a zipper latched in between the emergency release area. Spent 2 hours attempting to open my trunk. Saw that zipper and had to manually pull it from the inside of my car. I am in disbelief. What a terrible experience this was. read more

I rotate my tires at this shop every 5000 miles after I do an oil change 5000 miles ago I had them rotated and my center cap was damaged upon reinstallation by them fast forward another 5000 miles. I'm back in there again today at a different location and I got the same issue on my front two center caps both of them loose and installed improperly. I just hope they torqued my rims on right so they don't fall off on the road. They need to slow down a little bit and pay attention to detail. read more

I've been patronizing America's Tires for many years, and the customer service and quality of work has always been excellent. Whether the tires have been for a large SUV or speed rated sports car tires, the product quality has also been excellent. In addition, when purchasing the certificate (warranty) tires, I have never had an issue with America's Tire fulfilling the agreement. It has never been a teeth pulling experience getting warranty repairs or replacement tires pursuant to the warranty. Furthermore, the prices at America's Tire are very good. Again I went to Americas Tires after calling several other tire shops. They not only matched my Costco price for Michelin tires but actually beat the price by $45 dollars. I would have had to wait five to ten days at Costco but at Americas Tires they ordered, received and installed the tires the same day. My only disappointment is they still don't have an alignment rack but I was assured they would eventually get one. It would be great if I could get everything done the same day. The employees there are always friendly and accommodating including the installers. I only gave four stars because when I asked about an alignment instead of referring me to the Chino Americas Tire location the employee referred me to another private shop in Chino which was a complete ripoff and don't believe they did anything. I suspect kickbacks but obviously can't prove. read more

I had two tires replaced at America's Tire for the first time, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. When they rotated the old tires to the front, they ended up breaking both valve stems. I could understand if it were just one mistakes happen but both tires valves were damaged, which suggests carelessness. As a result, I found out the next morning both front tires completely flat. Luckily found out not when I was on the road which could've been dangerous. This was frustrating, inconvenient, and frankly unacceptable. read more

Sharing my recent experience with America's Tire (Peyton Dr. vs. Central Ave.) Two months ago, I took my Tesla to the America's Tire location on Peyton Dr. for a flat tire repair. After inspecting the car, the technician told me all four tires were at 4/32" and recommended replacing all four. On 6/10, I went to the America's Tire on Central Ave. to replace my two rear tires, because one had already been patched twice, which I didn't feel safe driving on the freeway with it. Their technician checked everything and told me all four tires were still at 5/32", meaning none actually needed replacement yet. I still replaced the two rears for safety, but the difference in assessment was huge. I also noticed a big difference in installation pricing. Since I brought my own tires: Peyton Dr. quoted: $50 per tire installation Central Ave. charged: $35 per tire installation Based on this, I feel the Peyton Dr. location was trying to upsell unnecessary replacements and charge higher installation fees. read more

I've been going to America's Tires for almost 10 years. I've been to several different locations and have never had an issue until this week at this particular location. I had an appointment for 3:15PM to inspect/repair a slow leak and a rotate/balance. I arrived on time and the salesman helping me tried selling me a new set of tires after quickly glancing at them. I declined to get all new tires and inquired if the one tire could be repaired. He said he saw the area on the tire and it could be repaired. Despite having an appointment at 3:15PM, work was not started on my car until almost 2 hours later! After waiting all that time, I was told that the previously repairable tire now had to be replaced. Since it was a slow leak, I asked to have the original tire put back on. I wanted to do my own research on the best deal I could get on replacing my tires. The salesman told me that this was not possible as it was not safe. He tried selling me the tires again. I continued to decline and eventually he agreed to put back on my original tire. If there was truly a safety issue, why did he let me drive off with the original tire instead of putting on the spare? I suspect that the salesman was trying to wear down my patience and it almost worked. The shop closed at 6pm and they didn't take in my car until 5pm. He wanted to leave me with a few options since it was almost closing time. He thought I would buckle and purchase the tires. Thanks but no thanks. read more

Worse service ever. Had the two front tires replace today. Waited 40 minutes longer than they told me before the service was complete. When they gave me the car back. The guy ask if there's a wheel cap on the driver side wheel. I said yes (the wheel was never being touched or removed) so the guy went back to attempt to look for the cap again. After 1 minute. He came back and said there's none. AND ASK ME IF IM SURE THAT THR CAP WASNT MISSING ALREADY. I was so mad. He was basically calling me a liar ? And for a little cap? Dude. The owner of this shop. If you reading this message. Go train your employee to be responsible and stop blaming your own customer for the things that your employees lost. I wrote a review some years ago and gave this store a 5 star review as I was so impressed with the overall great experience I had back then. I've been a regular since and brought all my vehicles to this store for all my tires needs, and I'm really pleased to say that I've always had a great experience here after all these years. Friendly, professional staff and great customer service. Price is competitive with other stores. Waiting area is spacious, clean and pleasant with lots of seating area around, including a long table top by the large glass window overlooking the garage where you can plug in your laptop if you want to get some work done while waiting, and watching the crew working on the vehicles. Another bonus is the location which is very close to many shops and eateries within walking distance so you can grab a meal or get some shopping done too while waiting. Just to name a couple of my favorites to hang out while waiting are DFC (Delicious Food Corner) literally around the corner only a few steps away, and 85 Degree bakery if you want to stretch your legs and walk a bit further. I asked if i could make an appointment on the website on the spot via my phone, i was told no it would be done by 1:04. I walked in at 11:20 am. My car entered the service area at 1:00pm. Obviously there is now way they could meet the promised delivery time. It was an extremely light business traffic. I get delays, but the live website never showed me an updated delivery time. Of course when I brought the fact that I waited over 1.5 hours and watched drive ups come much later I would be next. I saw cars come in after me and leave before me. I came with my friend to have the balance and alignment done only we waited there in the rain for over 3 and 1/2 hours and they had still hadn't touched the car and they wanted us to wait another hour and a half after they told us it would be done after 3 and 1/2 hours I am very disappointed I have never been to a shop that has been this terrible in my whole entire life I've been driving for over 40 years of my life and my cars are always in top condition I would never go to the store they are terrible they don't even come up with you and apologize for anything snooty and terrible. I had a great experience at America's Tire in Chino Hills, California. I went in with a tire leak, possibly from a nail. The staff was honest and didn't push me to buy anything unnecessary (Big Plus). During my visit, I also noticed the staff explain all options clearly to all customer, and even preventative care for the tires. The process for a nail in tire (and is fixable) was around one hour for me on a weekday at 2:00pm. Value wise: It was a free fix! Everyone was friendly, and the lobby was clean. I trusted America's Tire so I sent my mom here on Friday morning because her tire light was on. Granted I have never been to this location before but now I will never come to this location or send anyone to this location again. While getting her tires inspected on Friday, November 28th at around 10:30am a young man stated to her that her tires were in very bad condition and that if she continues to drive on it she risks having it explode on her and that she needed to get her tires replaced asap. I felt that that was extreme, so I told her to leave. Sure enough she brought it to another location and all one tire needed was air. I would think that you would treat woman better and not try to take advantage of them. I was so embarrassed that I even recommended them to my mom. We love this place. We have been coming here for years. They accept walk-ins but I would recommend an appt if possible. I was here due to the low pressure on one of the tires on Wednesday Dec 6. I made a quick stop to get air check. It turned out there was a nail and needed a flat repair. This location provides free flat repairs. I also needed 2 brand new tires. After you have checked in and paid for the service, they will send you a text message to help you track the status of your vehicle. My car was done quickly within the hour. They have comfortable waiting area inside and outside. Great friendly knowledgeable staff. Great value! Excellent service! read more

My tire light came on Saturday night about half an hour before the store closed. I arrived at 4:53 and the store closes at 5pm. The staff did not hesitate to help me. They checked my tires and found the one of them had a nail and needed to be replaced. Even though they were about to close they replaced it right away and I was out of there in 25 minutes. Well I dodged the pothole but couldn't dodge the gigantic screw on the road. Luckily I had my tired insured at America's Tires. I called in the morning as they were the only location nearby with my exact tire in stock. They said they would hold it and let them know the time I'd be arriving since they had no more appointments that day. After a 3-1/2 hour wait they were able to patch it (thank you Jesus) at no charge. Unfortunately they sent the tire out so had they not been able to I would have continued to be on my spare. 3/2/25. The young man who chkd. me in, I was told had to leave. There's some kid (Samuel) calling the shots, but he didn't tell me my vehicle was ready. Had I not observed it facing the business out front, I'd still be inside waiting. I don't know if it's a "race" thing, but I was the ONLY person of color in there & my vehicle IS an SUV BENZ.....sigh. When he (Sam) called me over the phone to quote a price, I asked if there was a discount if 4 tires are purchased? He pulled some bogus number out of his azz & said $80.00,,,,, He called me for $ but couldn't call me telephonically or in the lobby as he did others to advise my vehicle was ready....pimple-faced....He gave & is giving "American Tires" a xenophobic reputation. I wonder if I was male if it would've been different.....who knows? I was about to call my husband, but after paying over $1,400 for tires, I was not posting bail. Samuel gave me a quote for a "certificate" (if something happens with the tire, it gets repaired for free or I'd get a new one),,,,,shouldn't that be a Given??? I mean, I'm only paying $282 for EACH tire & I purchased a set (4). I don't trust these kids/youngins working at these places b cuz without proper supervision they'll pull ANYTHING out of their AZZ/ASS 2 get $ and/or increase sales. 5 star experience. I made an appointment Monday for some tires that were 35s. I fucked up and picked the wrong size for my rims. That was not an issue with these gentleman. They were able to get me the tires I wanted while still using my Affirm (pay over time) payment method. They took off my tires without incident installed the tires I asked for and were able to ensure all my equipment including tire sensors worked before I left. Service was great. People were great. Lobby was cool. This place is busy so ahead of time know what you're looking for I would suggest. Turn around time was no more than an hour. Thank You. read more
