I've been coming to this America's Tire location for years to have multiple flat tires repaired (lol), and I'm so grateful they offer this service at no cost. It's one of the many reasons I keep coming back. This visit was another great experience. Huge thanks to Luis and Jesus for their outstanding customer service. They checked all of my tire pressures, topped them off with air where needed, and even helped me get a price match on a pair of TRICO Apex Si silicon ceramic windshield wipers that I've been needing for my car. Luis even helped install them for me on the spot after I purchased them. As someone who isn't especially knowledgeable about cars, I really appreciated how patient they were with all of my questions. They explained everything clearly, never made me feel rushed or talked down to, and made the whole experience approachable and stress-free. It's not easy walking into an auto shop by yourself (especially as a woman). Having a team that genuinely takes the time to educate rather than upsell me made such a lasting impression. I also have to mention how efficient they were. This location has air conditioning, complimentary coffee and water, and Wi-Fi in the waiting area. Even then, I barely had enough time to set up my work laptop before my car was ready. Having an appointment probably helped, so I'd definitely recommend scheduling one ahead of time if you can. Haven't been to this location since 2023. I had 3 new tires placed on my vehicle in 2022 and had issues since. I attempted to get to the bottom of the problem but after basically being told they didn't know and couldn't help me here I stopped going. It was suggested by an outside mechanic that the issue was being caused by the 1 tire being a different brand with my car being a 4 wheel drive. I knew eventually I'd need to go back as I waited for the 1 tire I didn't change to wear down. Went in today hoping that the issue would be fixed because I'd finally have a set of matching tires again. Was greeted and helped by Keith, the manager, and was blown away by the friendliness and just happiness he had. You don't often see people at work in such cheerful moods. It was so nice to see him interact with his staff, all of them smiling and interacting well with one another. He took two seconds to look at the tire that was different and immediately went I know exactly what the problem is. I needed an alignment. How had it taken him a split second to notice my problem - what took this location in 2023 three visits, replacements of the brand new tires I originally bought (in which I had to pay again to warranty the second set of new tires) and a problem that lasted me almost 3 years. I ended up needing to replace two tires and fix a third that had a nail in it. With no appointment we were taken care of so quick. And although they couldn't complete the alignment there he quickly found us the closest Americas Tire location (in Cerritos) to our house and we were on our way. We went straight to the next location and paid a flat rate for an alignment with excellent customer service as well. I can't thank Keith and all the team at both this garden grove location and Cerritos for finally figuring out the problem and getting it taken care of so fast. I finally felt heard about my issue and felt genuine care from the team as they worked to properly correct this issue for me. My tire pressure light came on, and my boyfriend checked every tire and added more air to all of them. He mentioned the front driver tire was especially low on air. Yikes. I was relieved he took care of it, but the next day I still saw the low air pressure tire light appear. To be safe I called America's Tires, since I have a warrantee with my tires and I can visit any location. This location in Garden Grove was able to accommodate a same day appointment after I got off work. When I took my car in, I met Tyler who also previously spoke with me on the phone. He checked all of my tires and confirmed that all of my tires had the correct air pressure. Apparently my new car needed me to reset and recalibrate the sensors... which was not an issue with my older car. *Sigh* These smarter cars are so silly... I would expect the light to go away as soon as the issue is resolved but apparently that's not the case. I really appreciate Tyler's swift and helpful diagnosis. Had an appointment made it there a little after the time, still had to wait ofcorse there was a line but it was not a problem for me. When it came to my turn the guy did try to up sell me the warranty for the tires but I was okay. They got my car in about 10mins and then that was when the really greatness happened! They did my tire swaps for fast there were two guys working together and they did so well! The process and focused these guys have to get the cats in and out is great! There was a guy upset that he was waiting but they WERE BUSY! That's why I was happy I did not have to wait cuz I had an appointment. Guys, I have few cars with 4 tires and a spare that needs to be serviced every five to six years and before I know it, another one needs four sets of tires. I am drowning in rubber tires and huge bills. Therefore, I checked the local Costco thinking that like the most bulk items, set of four tires bought at the COSTCO must be economical and fast. Was I wrong! I waited at the Costco's for 50 minutes standing in the fume of smelly tires in the most unpleasant corner of the least staffed, corner of the huge Costco. Of all the service areas of Costco I am familiar with: such as food court, butcher shop, video, optician and pharmacy, the tire store is probably the worst run area. The waiting line is too long, the price of tires too high, the wait time to get the tires is one week for the popular sizes, the options too few. However, everything that I just complained about Costco Tire Shop was completely opposite of what I encountered when I visited this really busy place next to another nationwide tire shop and also crisscrossed from another competitor! This place was hopping not with idiotic customers waiting like the lambs at a slaughterhouse, but young and well informed professionals who already knew what type of excellence in service, quality, same day service with no unreasonable waiting period. When I went to get my tires replaced, the manager came out with me immediately, looked over my tires of Tesla and said I only needed front two tires and gave me the total price that was actually less than one tire quoted from the Costco's tire Center earlier. I had to inquire why they had half a price compared with Costco. I asked whether they sell those used tires that are refitted with new treads. However they actually sell their original tires that are like recognizable brands but without any advertising costs. They gave me 45,000 miles warranty without any increase in price. They offered options for roadside assistance and free replacement for terminal damage from roads but I declined $17.95 per tire. My total price for two new tires replaced in two hours, balanced and new valve stems were only $249 for two. I didn't wait for their initial assessment, inspection and their quick quality work. They also gave my new tires the original Tesla stem covers. Overall five stars. read more

I had been getting low tire pressure warning several times today. I saw a nail in one of the tires when I went to inflate them. I had gone to this location several times in the past to get my tires inflated so I decided to bring it back to have them fix the tire and rotate & balance at the tires since it was due. Easily made a same day appointment via their website. When it was all said and done, I was told I had nails in two different wheels and both had been fixed. Went to pay and shockingly discovered that the service was FREE. Shock and amazed. Staff were very helpful and courteous. Most importantly they didn't upsell or pressure me into buying new tires although my tires were near the stage they need to new replaced. I pulled up around 9am to get my tires checked and was told someone would be right out. I sat there waiting while employees walked in and out, basically ignoring me. After a while, I decided to just fill the air myself. That's when a guy named "JOE" came out, slammed the air compressor off, and yelled "you can't be doing that." Like I'm supposed to know? I had already been waiting over 20 minutes for what would have taken 10 seconds. My family has been coming to this location ever since I was a kid, so about 30 years. Yesterday (Feb 12) I chose to bring in a car that I bought through a private party, and needed tires bad! I live in Huntington Beach but still chose to drive out here to GG to my trusted store! I scheduled an appointment online at around 1:30pm for 4:45 pm the same day. I arrived to the appointment around 4 pm, and Jesus (I think that's his name as I didn't get a chance to ask!) was able to get me set up and out the door fairly quickly. I had already repurchased the tires online, and then Jesus added the certificates for me, in person. Jesus also gave me a quick pointer as a side note about possible other work needed for my car/where to get it done (which made me feel all the more comfortable with staying loyal to this store). When I got in my car my TPMs were giving incorrect values with one not working at all. Went back in, the service guy came out and reset the computer. I was checking the lug nuts and he observed my lug nuts weren't replaced They took it back in and replaced the lug nuts. Gave me some tire shine while I waited. So descent price for the service, but not a thorough job without me catching it. It was a busy day, but if I wasn't vigilant I would have not got what I paid for.
