I unfortunately arrived late to my appointment, but Sam (manager) was incredibly understanding and still made sure I was taken care of. What really stood out was the customer service. Sam didn't just rush through the process. He actually took the time to show me the alignment readings and explained how my tires were misaligned before and after. I really appreciated that level of transparency and care. The entire team was professional, organized, and efficient, and the service was completed faster than I expected. Everything felt very well run. As a woman who doesn't know much about cars, it meant a lot that Sam made sure I understood what was happening and never made me feel uncomfortable or rushed. Don't come here for anything. Came here for a SCHEDULE alignment that had WARRANTY guaranteed (1 year warranty) and they refused to do it. My alignment was done this year on 1/26 on a BMW. My car began to steer off when driving straight so I called on Monday (6/23/26) and the man over the phone Eric or Sam promised they can do the alignment at no cost. I come in and the on duty manager said NO. He even said "it doesn't matter if you're in the system I can't just give you a FREE alignment." Seriously? I was also going to ask for a quote for four brand new tires cuz this place seem so nice originally and I would love to bring this place business. Came in earlier today. Brought in my littler brothers car due to us thinking it had a nail. Tire pressure light came on so we assumed it had some sort of nail in the tire. Great service since the beginning. Front desk was really polite and helped with no issues. Jimmy was my mechanic and he had a nice attitude and completely gave us full service. He removed the tire, checked it for nails and even set all tires to correct pressure. He also showed us how to check at what tire pressure it should be by checking on the car door. Great tip for the future. At the end I asked "so how much do I owe you guys" They said nothing. I couldn't believe it. I'm a local and will be coming back for any tire needs. read more

I had a big fat nail in my tire last weekend when it was raining. I called the store at 430 and they closed at 5, so I was worried they wouldn't even check out my tire. Sam Gordon, their manager answered my call and had the most calming and kindest tone, and advised me to bring over my car as they would be able to check out the tire as long as I got there before they closed. Got there at 450 and they were able to check out and service my tire. Sam and his team were extremely kind and reliable, this type of service is almost rare to find! I got a flat tire from a nail on the way to work. Probably the worst way to start the day, so I called the closest tire shop near me. Mike answered and I could tell right away that this was the man who could make my day better. I took my car over to his shop and asked if he could patch it up. He quoted me a very fair price and said he'll let me know when it's all fixed. Keep in mind, their shop was already extremely busy, and I told him to take his time but he made sure I knew that my car would be taken care of in a timely manner. Not even 2 hours later, he gives me a call and it's all sorted out! Came over during my lunch to pick my car up. Mike is honestly one of the most down to earth people in the Garden Grove. Complete opposite of other tire shops that reluctantly help you when they're busy. I'm coming in Monday to have them install a new tire + alignment, and will definitely be coming back for future stuff! Purchased a Groupon for an oil change and after I had made an appointment with one location that told me there was no one that could do the service, I called this location to see if I needed an appointment. The person answering the phone said to come at 2:30 and they could get me in. When I arrived there were only 2 cars in the 4 bays (not busy). I walked into the lobby and told the guy at the counter that I had been instructed to come at 2:30 for an oil change and that I had the Groupon. He tells me can can't accept the Groupon and that it's only accepted during the week. I explained to him that those restrictions were not in the fine print. I explained that like most people I work during the week and had that been in the fine print I would have never purchased it. He said there was nothing he could do and refused to accept the Groupon. Why sell on Groupon if you don't plan on accepting the voucher? All you're doing is wasting peoples time! read more

I noticed my front passenger tire was low and I needed a quick tire patch on the morning before heading to Morro Bay. This tire shop is literally right around the corner from me so I called them up and explained the issue and they said they would take care of me. Thankfully it was a Thursday morning so they weren't as busy as I think they'd be if it was a Saturday morning. They knocked the car out I about 30 min and we were on our way to our destination. The Good, the Bad and the Ugly. This Place has been established at Gilbert and Chapman for decades. The management has changed over time. Changes very frequently over the past several years. I believe I have received good car care. The mechanics seem to know their jobs. I like that I can put the price of the work on my Goodyears credit card and pay no interest for 6 months. And they are close enough to walk to at 0.6 miles. The past three Managers in what, about 18 months all seem to be under pressure. I have been lectured for commenting on the end price. I have heard telephone calls with elevated voices and fingerprinting. The managers have dual personas of being both irritable (anger/abuse to staff) and trying way too hard to sell the product. read more

This place used to be called Goodyear Certified Tire. I had work done there extensively to my Chrysler Sebring convertible. Goodyear warranty is two years 24,000 MI. When they've bought out Goodyear Certified Tire they have no longer would warranty any of the work. Just a heads up if you decide to take your car there be very careful I believe this business may be going under as well. A warranty is only as good as the person giving it. I was able to take my car to another Goodyear dealership who successfully took care of me. So I would have to say that my review or my rating of this facility is slightly biased because as I said I tried to get them to warranty the work that was done at that shop and they said no read more

What a horrible shop! I went in for a new battery ended up getting a battery and new brake pads. Upsold to almost $800! And the battery was not installed properly, the cable that is supposed to be bolted to the frame was not tightened properly causing my car to start 1 time and then not start 2 times. Triple A's tow driver finally found the problem. The manager at Tire Choice was rude and dismissive when I complained about the car not starting after they put a new battery in. He explained to me that he started my car 5 times that morning, there was no problem with the battery. He sent me on my way! I guess that should teach me NOT to go to the local tire shop for a battery. And NEVER to go to Tire Choice again. read more

I came in for the 17.99 oil change that they advertise and he said let me check to see if yours requires synthetic. I already knew he would try to upsell me on that. When he came back he helped two phone calls infront of me bad sign already. When he said yours requires synthetic I walked out and told him I know it doesn't. It requieres 0w20 not synthetic that's an option. I should have known they were talking bad about an old guy that came for a tire quote as well he was a little off but doesn't mean you should talk about him.
