I came into America's Tire to have my tires checked and replaced , and the visit started off rocky. I had to wait quite a while before getting helped--there were three employees up front, all on the phone, and no one available to assist customers in person right away. Once I was finally helped, the guy who assisted me was great--super friendly and professional. He checked my tires and took care of everything. At the end, they gave me my key and the tire lock release, and the process seemed smooth. But here's the kicker: about three days later, I got a flat tire. Turns out it was leaking from the valve stem. Super frustrating, especially right after I got new tires. Overall, I appreciated the in-person service once it got going, but between the long wait and the fact that I ended up with a flat from something that should've been caught or avoided, I can't give more than 2 stars. read more

I was having a bad day, waled out to find my tire completely flat, called AAA and found out my spare was bad I fku.d thisocation a out 2 miles from where I was stranded so I got my spare and made my way to America's tire. First time I came to this shop they repaired a patch on my back right tire. I distinctly remember there being a first time and coming to this exact location because the wait time is approximately an hour or so and I made my way to the in n out across the street to kill some time. This is important to know because today I went for the second time to surprisingly get the same tire fixed because I had a nail in it. At the time I didn't know I was getting the same tired patched for a second time and so I left my car on a jack and took the tire on the side to get try and get patched up. I drop it off at 4:33pm and at 5:12pm they call me to tell me that my tire couldn't be patched as some "mom & pop" shop did a botched job the first time around and therefore they couldn't do another patch as it was a safety issue and that they wouldn't be able to put my tire back on the rim as well. When I told the salesman that I distinctly remember taking it to this location (because of my in n out trip) he was dismissive and continued to say it couldn't have been them because the first patch was not their materials and to avoid further confusion over the phone, I went to pick up the tire. When I arrived he showed me the tire and was mansplaining to me how the first patch was botched and mind you, the nail was on the opposite side of the initial patch and not in close proximity to where the nail was. He then tried to sell me a used tire and then said he didn't have a used one after all and proceeded to show me the new tires for sale. I politely declined as I didn't have 209$ to drop on a new tire and I asked one more time if he could put the tire on the rim so that I could take the tire home and at least lower my car from the jack, which he ended up doing for me. I took my tire to a different tire shop and even though it was almost closing time since America's Tire has taken up so much unnecessary time, they gladly patched my tire and were even confused as to why the patch wouldn't be able to be done since it was not the same hole being patched. Not a pleasant experience on their end but at least I was able to get my tire fixed no thanks to them. read more

My husband called for a quote on tires. We were undecided if to purchase with America's tires, but after looking at our options, we decided to buy elsewhere. Americas tires placed the order for the tires, without a signature or payment confirmation. My husband replied to their email informing them that we were not going through with the purchase after all, but a few hours later we received a call informing us that the tires had arrived at their location. We were surprised that they went through with the order, since we did not finalize a quote with them. And due to cancellation, we had to pay a restocking fee. We ended up proceeding with the payment just because we weren't sure if we replied to the correct email and to avoid any future problems regarding this matter. read more

I am not certain what is going on with this company, or if it is just the Moreno Valley locations, but my experience with them has been just abysmal. Had a nail in my tire and drove to this location to get my tire patched. Walked into the store which was almost empty. One lady in line waiting before. We waited for almost 5 minuets to be spoken two, while one lady was answering questions on the phone for a customer, one guy was on the far side computer just typing and clicking, no joke for 5 minuets. And 1 or two other guys walking in and out saying nothing to people. Finally the woman in front of me gets assistance, and maybe another 3 minuets later I get helped. I tell them I have a nail in my tire and I just need it to be looked at and patched. And I also asked to have my tires balanced and rotated after they are able to patch the tires. Mind you I have road hazard insurance from the company and have since 2016 for every car I've purchased. We go outside and he looks at my tire with the nail in it and he tells me that my tire is unrepairable. He said the shape of my side wall looks like it is too damaged so I need to replace my tire. He also goes on to tell me all my tires look like they are low on tread and need to be replaced anyways. Just one week again I had my tires inflated and reviewed by another americas tire shop and they told me my tires where still in the green at 7 or 8 depth. I told him that's weird I just had them looked at and my review should be in your computer about my tires. He tells me that's not what he saw right now and that I should just replace all my tires now what do I want to do. I told him I have road hazard and my tire is covered so I just want to replace the one at this time. He said are you sure they all need replacing. I said no thank you just the one and I'll get my balance and rotation. He says nothing types some things into the computer. Asks me for my keys bags them and walks away. I stand there for a bit and he walks back and forth as I wait to figure out what is going on. Maybe a minute or two later he tells me I'm all set I can sit down, even though we just discussed getting a new tire and needing to renew my certificate, but I sit down any ways. Look at my slip and I was checked in by 12:57ish and it says I should be completed by 1:41pm. I sit there and see cars come in after me and get serviced until my car gets pulled in at 2pm. Later my car is pulled up and ready at 2:30, they say they patched the tire and put it back on. I ask did they balance and rotate the tires as well, because I was informed they wouldn't be able to fix the tire. He said no just patched it and put it back on. I will say store was clean and in order, but that is the only thing going for them at this time. read more

I called in and order tires last week, they informed me it's here so, I came to get it installed, I finished checking in and paid @ 3:51, their progress tracker said it should be done @ 5:02 the picture of the progress tracker was taken @ 5:06 and my car is still where I left it hasn't moved, it takes 20 minutes to install tires, I understand they are busy, that is not the issue they are very inefficient, not telling them how to run a business but based on my observation there's always 2-3 bays empty at any given time, there are 2-3 employees who seem to be watching others work, They should not tell their costumers that it will be done at a certain time if they plan to start way after the projected time to be done. I understand they are busy conning people trying to sell tires before it's needed " it' s close enough to when you need to " and kept pushing the costumer to buy a tire when she came I. For a flat. I went in a little over an hour before they were going to close on a Monday with a huge bolt in my jeep's front tire. They were so helpful and professional. They changed out the flat tire for the spare for no charge and walked me through which tire to order for the replacement. I came back the following week to get the new tire put on and switch out the spare and it was only $38. The wait was under an hour and I didn't need an appointment. Every time I come here I feel like I'm in good hands. This is my first time at this location but each one I've been to has been superb. A great bonus is that they put in air for free and I never feel like I have to wait long. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. I never feel like I'm being ripped off. It's definitely worth it to get the tires insured and it's helped me out a great deal. One year I kept getting flats because of potholes and each tire eventually needed to be replaced. It was definitely pricey for a new tire, but after insuring them one by one, anytime I needed a new tire I only had to pay to reinsure the new one. This saved me A LOT of money in the long run. So anytime I have a flat I know where to go and not have to pay to have it replaced. My tires are run flats so luckily I always have a chance to make it to the nearest location. Did not honor there warranty and come up with catches. Such as well unfortunately our warranty doesn't cover this and blah blah blah on there tires. they also claimed I had secondary rubber and instead go to bear alignment and get thousands of dollars of repairs done so my tire doesn't keep failing even tho there tires are just terrible. I spent money on 1 tire and then they recommended the other side to get replaced even though it would be a waste of money since they do not honor there warranty and give you terrible tires and recommend you go to expensive places to spend thousands of dollars. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. Also it takes hours just to get your car tires changed so if you have the time go ahead but if you need convenience and quick and speedy service I recommend you go somewhere else. They will claim to make a appointment for faster wait times but honesty in my years of driving I been to other tire shops with a less than 30 min wait compared to 2-3 hours for this place. Maybe people come here for the long wait time and sit like robots assuming there service warranty's are great but I didn't have a good experience. So to recap my review. Warranty's they do not honor and come up with random catches so they do not honor it. Recommendations to other shops to claim you have something wrong with your car so u can spend thousands of dollars when there is nothing wrong with your car. Terrible tires that don't even last and recommendations to spend more money on tires that do not last. Long wait times that is extremely excessive and if you guys think this is normal I recommend you try any other tire shop you will be mind blown. Last thing.
