These people caused me 1000$ in damages on my BMW and refuse to refund or repair the damage they caused, they deflected responsibility for the damaged and tried to blame me, I went to get a bend fixed, instead The guy who did the repair burned the paint on the lip of my rim, Found my tire ripped not even 30 minutes after leaving his shop, Bent my brake dust cover causing it to scratch my rotors surface, On top of that he cracked my rim. Damages were quoted at over 1000$ with labor. Oh man where do I begin! I damaged my tire hitting a pothole and my rim was severely damaged. I googled many places and even went to several shops and I was turned away. I felt discouraged and was loosing hope. As I was leaving one shop I came across another shop that had rims out front , which caught my eye . I was greeted by a gentlemen and I explained what happened and showed him the damage and without question he reassured me he could get it taken care of. This place is a fraud! American Tire Depot sent my wheel here to be fixed (and I was charged $180) but my tire kept making a loud sound. I even ordered a new tire, but the sound would not go away. So, I went to the dealership and they said the wheel is the problem. I went back to the tire shop and the employee , Ralph, sent me to see the third party that had repaired my wheel. When I told the owner that the wheel had a problem, he did not care and accused me of causing the damage. He wanted to charge me again for the work that he messed up on. Are you for real??? I'd noticed consistent slow leaks in two of my chrome rims over about a month. After taking the wheels to my local tire shop, I was referred to the Dr. to address a common issue with chrome rims like mine. I reached out to Ray at around 9 pm not expecting to hear back as quickly as I did. Within 15 minutes, I was talking to Ray about the issue and sent him a picture and discussed the potential issues with the rim. He was very clear about what the work would cost. The following day, I dropped off my car at his shop at 9 am. I was pleasantly surprised to find that he had already beat me to his shop even though I arrived early. I'm not used to shops opening when they say they will. We spoke for about 15 minutes about the work he was going to perform and coordinated the ETA for completion of the work. When I arrived to pickup the vehicle, the car was ready to go. He spent a minute or so explaining to me the work he had performed including spotting an issue with the rim that he addressed pro bono. Surprisingly, again, I'm not used to this, there weren't any "misc" charges and the charge for the work was exactly what we had discussed. I had a very disappointing experience here. I came in to have work done on my car and was being helped when another customer arrived. To my surprise, the staff immediately shifted their attention to the other person's vehicle and started working on it--completely putting mine on hold. This caused an unnecessary delay of about 30 minutes, even though I had arrived first. It was frustrating to see that they didn't honor a first-come, first-served policy, and even more upsetting that they showed no concern or apology for the inconvenience. As a customer, I expect fair treatment and basic respect for my time. Unfortunately, I didn't get that here. Two days went by and the tire was flat so I took it back he said he would fix by adding tire goop, but the next morning flat again. Owner is a nice guy Took a pair of Rotiform CCV to get repaired and powder coated he told me they where gonna be done in about a week and they ended up being done 3 days short of one month I spent $600 and the quality of the work was very poor the wheels We're supposed to be a midnight blue with a purple tint to them I go to pick them up they are a dodger blue and there is a bunch of mistakes under the clearcoat where somebody touched the brush areas with their fingers and then they still just cleared over it I expected them to come out way nicer especially because they had my wheels for a month the quality of the work is very poor there is blue on the brushed areas in certain spots three out of the four wheels are still poor quality work if he didn't have the correct color I wanted he should've just told me so I could've told him I would've rather them been black I have called him multiple times and also sent him text messages asking him if he can do something for me to fix this because the quality of the work is very poor I expected more for what I spent I told him he can either strip his work that he did from the wheels and give me my money back or he can take them and redo all my wheels to make them actually look good and he still hasn't gotten back to me for a week called him everyday for a week and I never get a response (I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE DONT GO HERE ) Took me having to go down there to be able to get ahold of this guy got most of my money back Still a inconvenience that it took me having to take a 40 minute drive to get a response out of this place read more

Took my wagon to see the Dr. for a bent wheel. He was very cautious when taking the wheel off to repair it. Covers the edge of wheel with a protective film. Ray and team were great. Answered my message late at night and early morning before and after their business house about a bent rim I needed help with. I took a 22 inch wheel to another shop that did a bad job to fix the bent rim. This shop said it looked like they used a hammer. Found this shop on facebook and instagram, saw videos of them fixing bent rims using the right tools to measure unevenness of wheels and using hydraulics to form the wheels back in even shape. They are honest, let me see the process while they were fixing the rim and found more uneven spots they fixed without charging more. They fixed the rim and polished and painted without charging more either. They also gave me a discount as they knew I already spent money at another shop and helped me out. Its hard to find friendly, honest, and caring repair shops these days. I drove 40 minutes here and will continue to do so. Customer for life. read more

I had my wheels worked on approximately 8 months ago because a friend referred me to the Doc. I had a cracked and bent wheel that needed to be repaired, and curb rash on all 4 wheels. I also had all 4 wheels powder coated in hypersilver. The price for everything was $600, so pretty reasonable and turnaround time was about a day. The paint unfortunately started cracking after 8 months. One of the wheels started chipping off paint. Look at the pictures to see the job. I even followed them on Instagram where there is a post showing chipping paint on a shotty job from a different shop. They say don't settle for less. Well, what did I settle for? Im pretty sure the paint was undercured, but regardless of what I think, the result in unacceptable. I reached out to Ray about 2 weeks ago regarding the issue and I've been ghosted. I would have been happy with a response stating "Hey sorry about that. Unfortunately there's not much we can do but redo the powder coating for whatever amount" Some type of response would have been better than nothing. They don't offer a warranty or anything to guarantee their work so maybe that's why I'm not getting a response.
