I owned a lot of vehicles and purchased a lot of tires wheels in my lifetime. To take it a step further, I worked in the automotive aftermarket business for about nine years early in my career and sold plenty of sets of wheels and tires. I must say that this crew with above and beyond. I found a set of wheels and tires for my bass boat trailer that I really liked. Called Jaime and he said he would need to call me the following week as it was after hours at the wheel manufacturers location and he wanted to doublecheck inventory. He called me first thing Monday morning. We got the order set up and we were off to the races. He called me to let me know that my wheels were in transit and also let me know that he would be moving stores and passing the baton to Hector. Shortly after I received a call from Hector with an additional status update followed by another call that they were all in stock and ready to go. Upon arrival, they had me set my truck and trailer up in the parking lot and these guys ran out there like a NASCAR crew with Jacks and set up their workspace, test fit a wheel for me to make sure there was clearance and proceeded to knock five tires and five wheels out, installed in the parking lot, in and out of their facility and under an hour! Everybody was so professional, all smiles, and really just seemed to be glad to be there. This by far was one of the best related experiences I've had that I can remember. Last weekend I needed to get a rotation, balance, and alignment check but did not schedule an appointment. I got there before 10am and asked would it be possible to get service without an appointment? I told them if the wait is too long I can just make an appointment and come back another time. The technician was super friendly and told me it would take about an hour to hour and a half to get service. Low and behold it took me 2 hours to get my car checked and then it was serviced in under 15 minuets. I was nervous because it was so quick. When I went to get my keys I asked what was the verdict from the alignment check? Turns out they never did the check. They apologized and asked me would I want to come back another time? I said no I'm already here I'd rather complete my full check now. It took about another 20 min but they came back with my diagnostic. I highly recommend always making an appointment before getting service if possible. Also bring your own cleaning equipment because they often leave dirt and grease smudges on the fabric or other areas. read more

Scam Alert! I had a slow leak in one of my tires and came in to have it patched. When I got there, Jaime said that there was a gash in the side of my tire that could not be patched and I would need to replace the tire. I didn't see a gash and told him that it doesn't make any sense since I was nowhere near any curbs or something that could have caused that. He insisted that they saw a gash and told me I would need two tires replaced for around $900. I decided to try another auto shop and it was indeed a small hole in the middle of my tire easily patched for $20. They even showed it to me so that I could see it. I appreciated their honesty so I also asked for a quote for their tires and it was half the cost of what America's Tires quoted me. Beware of this America's Tire location and get a second opinion for anything they tell you. read more

Gabriel called me to let me know my tires were ready. Went in for an appointment to get all four tires swapped on my 2019 Corvette. We got there at 130pm and they told us it was going to be at least an hour so we stuck around. Watching them through the window and noticed 20-30 minutes in they're still working on the same tire. Another hour goes by and still no progress. A couple of my wheels were set out on in the dirt/sun while more employees started helping and surrounded to attempt to install the tires. Extra hands were needed and not much progress was being done so an employee says to me that you notice we're struggling. He said they need a special tool and have to take my tires elsewhere. Before that though, there's a random guy in no uniform jumps in to help them while the wheels are being roughed up with these metal wedging tools. Not sure what that special tool is they needed or place they were going to take my wheels to, but they took 3 out of 4 rims and tires into a bed a truck. With no updates and no truck to be seen with my rims and tires, 345pm comes around and they start to install them back on the car. It's now 431pm.. the tires were put on and I started up my car noticing 3 out of 4 wheels read 0 psi. I told the employee and he did something to reset the numbers saying he set all the tires at 36 psi. I had a rear at 49/47 and fronts at 31/36 when I left. The employee told me that the numbers would equal out, but when got home I checked the tire pressures and they were all over the place. Several over pressured and several under. I got home, did a quick check on all my tires and rims noticing missing paint and chips on all four rims. I called the shop but it was already closed and I couldn't leave a voicemail. The next day I called Gabriel and let him know what I noticed. He said to bring the car in to see the damage. When I got there he came out to see the damage on each rim. He took pictures of the damages and wanted to submit a claim for 3 of the 4 rims because he said there was no damage on the last rim. I pointed a small, but noticeable damage and he slightly chuckled. He told me I would get a call in 3 days about the damages, not specifying what he was submitting or doing on his end to help. I didn't get an apology or anything. No one owned up to their mistake. I have been doing business here at this company/specific location for 10 years or more. I don't understand why they took my car in the first place, when they didn't have the proper tools, equipment and employees to get the job done. We could've avoided this whole situation if they were honest about not being able to get it done the right way, the correct way without damaging my rims. Now I'm inconvenienced with dealing with customer service, taking time out of my day, using my gas to go show them what has been done to my car by their employees. Somebody needs to be accountable for their actions. These are the original wheels to a classic and spending good hard earned money to get my car serviced and trust these guys in knowing what they're doing. How many other cars have they damaged and not said a thing or people just not noticed damages? read more

This review is intended to express the lack of professionalism, timeliness, courtesy, and common sense from the store manager, GABRIEL HUERTA. On January 31, 2024, I went in for an air check. To make this story short, I waited for 15 minutes while a car was at the air check bay. I spoke to GABRIEL HUERTA and asked him if I could be assisted at another bay, as they were not too busy and there were 4 empty stalls available. He replied that I had to wait for that specific air check stall and could not be helped at any of the other empty stalls. Granted, there were 4-5 attendants just standing around at this time. After 25 minutes of waiting, I left. On February 3, 2025, I returned for the air check. As I waited at the air check stall for my air to be checked,d I saw an attendant, Jaime, pull a car perpendicular to one of the empty spots, perform an air check, and pump air into two tires. After he was done, I asked him if he had just done an air check, and he said yes. This upset me quite a bit as this meant that the store manager, GABRIEL HUERTA, refused to give me the service I was waiting for by giving me an answer that sounded like a policy but was not. This is unprofessional, uncourteous, and malicious. To make a client wait just because he did not want to assist or contemplate another attendant pulling my car to another stall. I asked Jaime, if I were to go in for an air check and decided to get a tire quote, would that mean my car could sit at the air check bay until that quote was rendered? His answer was yes. I am not sure how this makes any sense or timely, but if you are there waiting for an air check and someone decides they want something else other than an air check, their car will sit there until that is resolved all the while, other customers have to wait. Common sense states to pull out the car once the air is checked and help the other customers. Luckily, I called 800-528-4563 and placed a complaint on the store manager. I spoke to a nice gentleman, Jacob, who sent me an email and referred my complaint to the regional manager. If any of you have a complaint, call that number. read more

I showed up about 20 minutes early and was worried that it might be a problem, but David was able to get my car checked in right away and they were SO FAST - I had all four tires replaced and good to go in about 30 minutes! One thing about America's Tire is that they never miss. Service is so unmatched with an appointment, and they're easy to make. In and out in less than 15 minutes for a tire rotation. Jamie and team did an incredible job. After getting a flat driving down the 60 freeway late at night I was forced to have my car towed to American tire and had to leave it there over night. Just wanna thank Gabriel and Daniel for being super cool you guys got some great workers there very professional! I didn't even have an appointment time and they got me in with this lady who had one right then n there n it was awesome, they said 45 min ! They got started at 1:10 pm and finished by 1:30/1:35, talk about great service. When you come in keep in mind they already cars they're working on or have people with appointments so don't get hurt if it takes an extra 10min. Thanks to Aaron I was able to choose the right tires for my car. I initially went in due to a blowout and didn't have a clue on what tires fit best for my car. Aaron was very patient and helped me get the best deal for my car. He inspected my tires and I found out they all needed to be replaced. I replaced all tires and got the warranty. Went in on Friday morning for a nail in the tire. Was told that it would take an hour. After an hour my car is still sitting in the parking lot. Got up and left. Went in the next morning for the same problem and now they say my 1 year old tire is damaged and needs to be totally replaced and that they won't fix the nail. I got quoted over $200. I bought my tires there to take advantage of the free rotations and repairs and spent almost $1000 on a new set of tires last year. Now I'm told they won't fix the flat or rotate my tires until I spend $200 on a new tire. read more

Very bad service and they are not honest. Please do not go here. They will mess your car up and lie about it. They damaged a different customers truck in the garage bay and tried to lie about and said my daughter did it. They called her and insisted she run back down there to look at her truck and for damages. My daughters truck had nothing wrong with it and even the other truck owner when he seen it said their is no way she hit my truck. They started looking in the garage and noticed red paint on the wall inside the garage bay which is the same color as the truck that was damaged. And stuco from the garage wall was still on the damaged truck from when they hit the wall. So clearly they caused damage in a customers vehicle and they tried to blame another customer for the damage. I've been to so many mechanic shops (especially dealerships), that will never call you back when parts arrive, or whenever your vehicle is ready. I went this morning with my husband, i was looking at the rims while my husband was in the line and a employee named dave skipped him for young girl with booty shorts. My husband nicely told him he was the next one in line and dave told him he was gonna help him next in a rude manner. Which was very rude after that jaime came up to us and started helping us was really nice and friendly we ended up buying two tires for a really good price.I recommend this place for the price and service but if your in a hurry dont forget to wear your booty shorts and dave is gonna be approaching you. read more

My dad had a nail stuck in his tire so I went with him to drop the truck off. As soon as we got there, they came out and greeted us really nicely and got my dads info so they can call him once the truck was done. It was an easy fix and at no charge.
