Dom let me know there would be a little wait and that he'd be with me shortly, which I really appreciated. When he came back, he was super attentive and didn't rush through anything. I had a concern about one of my tires, and he made sure to double-check it for me. He also told me about a tire protection plan that I didn't even know was available to me. I really appreciated him looking out for me and also thinking about ways to earn more business for the company. Definitely give Dom some kudos--he's doing a great job and provides really good customer service!

When I arrived, there was no greeting, which I was fine with. The man at the desk appeared busy, so I waited briefly and then explained that I was there for my scheduled appointment to purchase and install two tires. His immediate response was, "Whoa, whoa, whoa, I don't know what you're talking about." I explained again, and he appeared visibly annoyed before asking whether I had even been told if the tires were in stock. I explained that I had called ahead, received a quote, and was specifically scheduled for that time. He then pointed out, "Well, we close in an hour." I understand that businesses have closing times, but I didn't choose the appointment timethey scheduled it.** If an appointment one hour before closing is inconvenient, the customer shouldn't be made to feel like they're a problem for showing up at the time the business gave them. The woman I spoke with on the phone was pleasant and helpful, so unfortunately the poor experience at the counter was even more disappointing. I don't expect special treatment--just basic professionalism and courtesy. I can confirm this will be the last time I spend money here.
