This place wasted my time. I dropped my car off @9:30am today and the lady at the front desk said it would take a couple hours for them to check out my car which I was fine with. For reference, my car needed a tire rotation and tire patch/tire change. I called around 12:30pm to ask about the status of my car and the same lady said my car was next to get checked out and I would receive a call once the work was done. I never received a call to even alert me about the DELAY in my vehicle. I called @5pm, knowing the shop closed @5:30pm, I RECEIVED NO RESPONSE. I ended up going to the tire shop shortly after my call. I got there and my car had not been moved from where I parked it. The employees were closing up the shop at this point. They had no decency in calling me to let me know that they were delayed in checking out my car or even to inform me that they couldn't do the job today. Honestly extremely disappointed since I have been a loyal customer for years. I will be looking for a different tire shop to take my car. A waste of my time. My family has been coming here for over a decade. We had always gotten great service and timely. Since it has been under new ownership the customer service has steadily declined. I was told I needed service that I didn't need that would have Cost me thousands of dollars had I not have gotten a second opinion. To that point, I had a sensor replaced about a month ago but my check engine light went on again shortly after with the same code. So I took my car to Honda to get advice. They said that the sensor was bad and that the original was covered under emissions warranty and that buds should have known that and sent me back to them. Since they didn't and I no longer had the original part it would be hundreds to fix. So I brought it back this morning. I had an appointment at 9. The woman at the front said she didn't see it. But I explained my conversation with Vince last week and that they were to replace the part at no charge. When I called at 2 to check status they said they received the wrong part and weren't sure how long it would be to get the right one. It is now 4:15 and no word. I shouldn't have to keep calling for status. They should be updating me like they use to. We won't be bringing our 5 cars back even to just get tires. It's a shame that they are losing good customers who also have referred many people over the years read more

I've been going there off and on for years. And it was better before they changed management, or should I say when the owner retired. I just was in there last month and spent 2000.00 and it was awful because my warranty did not want to pick up what was wrong with it. And now, I go in to have a tire fixed, they say it's not fixable. And then they want me to buy three more tires? (Suspicious? Absolutely). Now the check engine light came on yesterday, how convenient. And it's something else. I think this time it's sensors, syllinoids, and then a serpentine belt, and then a radiator flush and then a leaky hose. But none of this was said, last month, when we were there, paying 2000, now they want another $2000 to fix it. I do not like working with Violet. I don't think she has the customer service. She's rude. She was rude to my husband she's rude to me, and now I want to go for a second opinion, i could go to their competitor down the street. I think I would get better service. This place has gone to sh1t since they were bought out. I have been coming here for over 20 years, and I'm so disappointed. I arrived at buds over an hour before closing today (as quick as I could after work) with a leaking tire. When I arrived, no one was at the counter, and the manager on duty was out in the bay sucking on her vape. She didn't even notice me until one of the mechanics told her there was a customer waiting. When I told her I had a leaking tire I needed checked, she told me that they couldn't even look at it because they had another car to work on. A TIRE SHOP turned away a long time, loyal customer with a hole in his tire. I have spent tens of thousands of dollars at this business over the last 2 decades. But I'm done. Wouldn't be surprised if this place is dead soon. No great loss. read more

I have been coming here for years before the shop was sold and then continued to come until this last service. My son took his car for an alignment and to check his tires since the tire light came on. After the service my son called and told me that the care was still going right. I then went back with him within 15 mins of him leaving and told them the alignment was not don't and to check the tires please. They told my son it was done correctly so he left. Come to find out 2 days later he has my dad check the tires and there was a bubble on his left tire. Buds didn't do their job! I took it to another shop and came to find out there was a lot more that needed to be done , buds didn't bother to do a full inspection on the vehicle. I will no longer be returning as the customer service has declined as well. Had previously taken our trucks here for 10+ years but the service/quality of workmanship has definitely changed. After taking our truck in and making the recommended repairs we ended up with have issue after issue and ended up with a snowballing list of "repairs." I will never go to Bud's again. I was told not to go, but thought that person was being unfair to them, so I gave them a chance. BIG mistake! Vince sold me a bill of goods, that cost me over $600.00! Before he told me the catalytic converter was no good! In fact, he did not tell me, and only admitted to it, AFTER I left his shop, and went to get my car smogged, which had to be done before I could register it. The guy at the smog shop, (immediately) told me it won't pass because of the catalytic converter. I asked Vince why he charged me for doing a lot of worthless things to my car, and his response was, "I wasn't sure what you wanted to do with the car". Really?! So now I have a car with $600 in repairs, that is useless to me because I can't get it smogged. Vince says it would cost around $1500.00, to repair/replace the converter. These are deceptive practices, in my opinion. Also in my opinion, unless you are a female with car repair experience & knowledge, you should not go to that shop without a male or knowledgeable female, to help you. The ONLY bright spot in ALL of this, is that I did NOT purchase the $500 - $600 worth of tires from him, that he tried to sell to me! I found a better set (4), offering more mileage, for cheaper, at Discount Tire. Do not go to Bud's. At least not the one on Alessandro, in Moreno Valley. If I could give NO star, that's what they would get, because that's what they deserve! read more

Seems the tire had an object that penetrated the tire which caused the flat. They were able to safely plug the tire and send my on my way. I am very disappointed in James's customer service skills. This was my fist time dealing with him and I was extremely disappointed. He was rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. We have been coming here for years and always were treated with respect, dignity and good customer service. However, today was different. James, whom I've never seen or dealt with before, was dismissive, spoke over me frequently, defensive and VERY disrespectful. He tried charging $99. for ONLY looking at my vehicle. We have been coming here for years with our multiple vehicles and have NEVER been charged almost $100. dollars for them to just look at our vehicle and tell us what is wrong with it. In fact, in the past a different man that we often dealt with would give us a quote first and it gave us a chance to decide if we wanted to proceed with the work or not. We almost always did. Today things were very different. When I told James that my husband was not happy with the $99 dollar charge he said to me, "We are not a non-profit and don't do things for free". As if I already did not know this! We have been shoveling out money from our accounts to pay them thousands of dollars so we obviously know that and we don't expect free service anyway. He was just being rude and condescending for no apparent reason. He tried charging us the $99 after he told me over the phone that they could not check our vehicle because the battery was dead. When I tried speaking to him in person he put his hand out to my face as if to say "Talk to the hand!" Honestly such childish behavior from a grown man. it was like dealing with a sassy and rude high school little girl. As I proceeded to walk out the door, James said to us, "Good luck finding anyone to fix your car". What did James mean by this statement...I wondered? We will no longer be taking any of our work vehicles here or recommend them to anyone. I don't want another woman to be mistreated the way I was by James. Moreno Valley deserves better customer service than this! If this is the way you are going to treat the people in our city then don't come here and do business with us. We don't want it! We don't need your horrible customer service that you offer to your customers. If you can't treat your customers right than how long do you think you will stay in business for? It's been 4 months since I had my AC done. It's still not working correctly. I've been here several times. Each time they say it's one thing they replaced then another. Still never resolved nor fixed the issue with my AC. In the process of "trying" to fix it. They ended up losing the dial to my air vent. The service manager said he would order another for me. Haven't heard from him since, it's been a month. Definitely NOT AC pros. Took my car to the Orange-crest shop. I had told them the MV shop said they replaced all my AC components with OEM parts. I told him my car starts to shake when I'm going 55mph+, one of his smart-Alec responses "well obviously I'm not going to drive your car at that speed" I'm like dude, I'm telling you what the problem is. They turned me away for a tire pressure check when my TPMS light came on. my tire ended up going completely flat a mile away from them. i had my car towed to firestone and Bought four brand new tires, a lifetime alignment and front and rear brakes because they didn't turn me away. I concur with all recent negative reviewd here. Stopped by to make an appointment, the attendant wrote my name on a post it note. Next day, they didn't have record of my requested appointment. I have had various cars aligned before so their history would have my information. As others comment, it appears to be under new management and... no longer service oriented but SALES oriented. They want to sell you tires and suspension $$$$$. They told me couldn't do an alignment because I had a temporary wheel not matching the other 3, not necessarily the spare tire however a matching VW wheel just smaller diameter tire. Again, temporary, I was willing to find a solution. What they offer.. a quote of $210 for a tire basic + alignment fees totaling $400+ , pleading that's all they could get me. Since I told them my car was pulling, they said... oh likely there's damage in it. I simply walked away, my business will go elsewhere. I owe 7 cars. read more

EXCELLENT!! EXCELLENT!! EXCELLENT!! I currently have my 2013 Suburban being worked on at Bud's Tire Pros as I write this review. I have nothing but EXCELLENT THINGS TO SAY about this business. They are 100% top notch!! I have had my Suburban serviced by them before and had my recently purchased 2005 Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor given a bumper to bumper inspection by them for FREE!! I had another repair shop tell me the bumper to bumper inspection on the Crown Vic would be $200!! Each time I've had them look at or service either vehicle, they have sent someone to pick up each vehicle at my house and drop them back off when done. Granted, I do live within the 5 mile range for that service. But I can't begin to tell you how convenient of a service that is to not only have the option for...but to actually have it provided in the first place. And they always send nice people. I have dealt mostly with Carlos and Kent. The last time was Carlos and this time it was Kent. BOTH of them are equally EXCELLENT IN THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE approach and have given me the "worst case scenario" and "best case scenario" options for all of my repairs. Having options is financially key. And here is something else...one of my co-workers gave me a Diagnostics Reader to check the problems on my Suburban and Crown Vic before sending them off to get repaired. And guess what...Bud's Tire Pros reported back to me THE SAME EXACT ISSUES that my Diagnostics Reader told me was wrong with BOTH vehicles!! What that means is: BUD's TIRE PROS IS HONEST!! So, if you are scratching your head wondering whether or not to use them for service...I would highly recommend that you DO!! And for the record: I am NOT an employee there. I am NOT a neighbor of the owner. I am NOT someone's girlfriend there. I am NOT the Manager's best friend. I am NOT the Assistant Manager's drinking buddy. What I AM is...a regular customer who will be returning time and time again after BEING ripped off by my dealership over and over again. I know everyone has different experiences. I am very unhappy with Bud's Tire Pros. I have been coming to them for many years, but it had been a year or two since I have been there. I made an appointment at 7:30am on a Saturday, for an oil change and tire rotation and I was originally told my car would be done around 10:00am or 11:00 am. I had called them around 10:40ish and it still had not been moved. I asked when it would be done again and they then asked when I needed to be done. I told them 1:00pm because my ride was leaving at 2:00pm. I then called again, around 1:40ish and no one answered the phone. At that time, I didn't even try to call again and I just waited for them to call me...5:15 is when they called and I had no ride to to take me to pick up my car, so it had to stay until the next day. I drive a BMW. I stopped trusting them after they did a sloppy job on my alternator. I took it in to get it replaced, the next day I start having alternator issues. I take my car back to Buds, and the guy initially dismisses my car symptoms (trying to protect themselves of course). After they take a look - they tell me they forgot to plug something in. Really? But whatever they're cheap and the guy fixed it/did his job at no extra cost. Now, my BMW dealership is telling me my oil filter housing gasket is leaking - AGAIN - This was something this place had worked on a year ago.
