Started at Lancaster shop but they didn't have alignment equipment and told the Palmdale shop could do it. Drove to the Palmdale only to be told not to park in their driveway. This is after I was called while on route and told to just pull in, making sure I was on route to them. As a customer it's your choice where to spend your money and it's the principal that they weren't ready for me. Tech could have taken my key and parked it showing great customer service instead of schooling a potential customer. read more

I went in to get tires rotated and realized it would be good to get tires aligned , then the tech come a back 2 hours later to tell me they were only able to align front . advised me to purchase kit on line. And cone back to have installed and then they will reallign back . so I do this and they now say they can't install. So here I am running around to different mechanics to find out about replacing a part that looks exactly the same does the exact job as the old part. So now the manager (Alex) said oh to shouldn't cost much to do. Well now the gas tank need a to be dropped. So that's even more money. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Now I go back to AT as agreed with Alex Saturday and I'm sitting here waiting and now past 7am I go to the door because I see employees there . I knock on door one guy said look at ... Seriously now they finally open I ask for Alex I'm asked to hold on now they put my car up [[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. show me the part completely different from what was said. Now here I am again still spending more than necessary. Alex came out smiled as if everything was OK! At this point my blood is boiling for the lack of customer service , the time I wasted all just to lift my car and show me something different. 1 star rating as it is mandatory. However maybe I'm just frustrated, but as I wait in the tire air check line. My rear tire went flat due to a nail. In the past I've had zero issues getting help and been on my way. By the way complimentary no charge. Today I'm guessing same awesome service as you can see the nail sticking out in the middle of the tire. Sorry can't do tire repair; you have a heat circle on your tire you need to buy a new tire. I asked Cant you just "patch it , plug it" whatever the term used is and was received with yet another No. so I tell MANNY, ok well thank you I won't be paying for a brand new tire and asked if we can just replace it with my spare. He really describes costumer service. Now the reason I'm leaving 2 stars is for an employee named JR. He was incredibly rude to every single person that walked in. I literally watched him tell a person over the phone " sir I've told you twice you don't need to wear a mask. Look through the window. Does it look like I'm wearing a mask? I wanted to take the time to commend America's Tire and specifically "Luis" at the Palmdale, CA store on 47th St East. Luis helped diagnosis my low air pressure and tire sensor readings. He recalibrated the sensors so the car's computer could read which tire had a low air warning light. This helped me to be able to correct the tire pressure of the correct tire. Without the computer recalibration I would have kept getting the incorrect readings to address low air tire warnings. I purchased tires from America's Tire before, but it's the excellent service after a purchase that makes customers feel appreciated. So, two thumbs up to Luis. I also commended Luis to his manager. People are ALWAYS quick to complain, but what about when service is above and beyond? So, if you read this and need tires or service, ask for Luis. I hope Luis is acknowledged by America's Tire Corporate Offices that the store and he himself got a great review. Thanks America's Tire and thanks for excellent service today, Luis. read more

What's the purpose of scheduling an appointment if they still make one wait over 20 minutes? I scheduled an appointment to purchase BF Goodrich tires for my Jeep; these tires are very expensive. I was planning on purchasing 5 tires. I get there 5 -7 minutes early, they acknowledge that I'm in their system and ask me to wait outside - no problem. As I'm waiting, I see other people also waiting, but by judging by there conversations, I can tell none of the other folks had scheduled any appointments. After 15 minutes past my scheduled appointment, I go back inside and ask them when will they be able to attend me? One of their reps, inform me they are trying to clear out some of the folks that arrived before me. When I asked them if they had an appointment, they actually said, "No."; and the rep apologized for the waiting. When I pressed the rep about me having an appointment, and not the other folks, he simply apologized and indicated to just give them another 15 minutes more. So as I returned to my Jeep to wait, I decided to call other near by Tire Shops that carry BF Goodrich tires, and I located one. Provided the same info I provided America's Tires when I made my appointment, and the other tire shop was able to accommodate me quickly. I turned on my Jeep, arrived at the other location in about 10 minutes and ended up purchasing ALL 5 BF Goodrich tires. YOUR TEAM LOST MY BUSINESS, BECAUSE YOU FAILED TO KEEP MY SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT. MANAGEMENT: You folks need to train your staff about making other folks wait who do not have an scheduled appointment, and attend folks who take the time to schedule an appointment. Brought my car in to get a patch after finding my tire flat this morning. Put air in from an emergency tire inflator to make it in and when I got there they made me pull over and wait 30 minutes to be told we would have to wait over an hour and a half to get a repair. Asked if they could put some air to take it to another shop and they declined because the tire pressure was low (got flat again as we waited) and said we would have to most likely replace the tire without even inspecting it. America's Tire 38235 47th St. East, Palmdale, CA 93552 On 5/24/2023 We went to America's Tire on 5/24/2023 almost as a last resort. We had been to so many tire shops and also four Auto Zone stores in Lancaster, CA and Palmdale, CA looking for someone to remove the wheel locks on our Honda Pilot or that could sell me the master key, right size socket or whatever I could use to remove the wheel locks myself. I was a little concerned when I first went in America's Tire because they were so busy and there were customers standing in line to talk to a service rep, but the more I watched what was going on it was actually very choreographed. The first person I talked to was (Jordan) I found out later he was the Field Service Manager. I explained my situation to him including that we bought the 2019 Honda Pilot Touring at the Honda dealer in Moreno Valley - that there were after market wheels on the Pilot that would have been an additional $2500. If we wanted them, we didn't want them so our sales person had someone from the service department remove them and put the OEM wheels back on the Pilot. On 5/12/2023 when we took the Pilot with only 8300 miles on it in for regular servicing at Lancaster Honda our service rep informed us that they couldn't rotate the tires or fix the right front tire that had a nail in it because they couldn't remove the wheel locks, and also wanted to know if we had the key. The rep also said that the locks were not the type of locks that Honda puts on their new cars and showed us an example of the type they use. A minimum of five people have searched the Pilot and never located the key. Do you know why no one ever found the key for the wheels it's because the Honda dealer in Moreno Valley never gave it to us, never mentioned the wheel locks; never put the four lug nuts and the key in the glove compartment or any other place in the Pilot? (Jordan) the Field Service Manager at America's Tire listened to me intently then told me that they will remove the four wheel locks, repair the tire with the nail, balance and rotate the tires. I feel the price was better than I expected. The people that I observed in different capacities at America's Tire were focused on their jobs and also keeping the customers informed as the work progressed on their vehicles. I watched (Manny) the technician that removed the wheel locks on our Pilot. Manny did an excellent job in a very precise way and I had no concerns at all that he might damage the wheels, if he was a surgeon, I would trust him with my life. I talked to him for a few minutes; he had a very good attitude. His work ethic and the way he laid out the tools he needed to remove the wheel locks, it was obvious that he took pride in the work he was assigned to do and I appreciate that. I will return to America's Tire for whatever work I need done on my vehicles because (Jordan) the Field Service Manager kept his word and delivered on what he said they would do, I know America's Tire can be trusted. No matter type your vehicle you drive I recommend taking it America's Tire first. read more

Made an appointment and brought my 2017 Dodge Journey in for new tires. I take mountain roads to work which run roughshod on the tires. Jonathan Matos was the rep who helped me and I want to thank him for the tires he recommended-Mojave 30,000 with a wider diameter. What a difference. My car has never driven so well or turned so solidly on the roads. The reason for the 30,000 miles only - and other tire people have told me this - is those roads are really rough on tires so buying more expensive longer wearing tires doesn't do any good. Wait Two hours to get a flat tire repaired, after waiting 10 minutes in line to get attended? Bad service.

Rolled by at 5pm. Checked in using the QR code near the entrance, just used the camera app on my phone and the link popped right up. The staff was professional, courteous and super helpful. Was told my car would be ready before 630pm, but surprisingly, my car was ready early just before 6pm. Additionally, the staff checked my tire the day before and recommended I come today after work. I pulled up into the parking lot and was greeted before even entering into the door which is amazing. I bought 4 pilot super sport tires for about $80 less overall than I was able to find them anywhere else. Very good deal. My sales person asked me if I was interested in their replacement program which I'm glad I got because I ran over a nail about a month after I bought the tires. Had flat tire about 5 miles from store. Couldn't wait for tow. Shot some sealant into flat tire and inflated it... barely made it to the store. Few people in line ahead of me, but they got to me quickly. They clearly explained that they would repair only if safe to do so, and would be about an hour before they could check the tire. They were able to repair the tire per industry standards :) within the time they said. Assured me that it was safe to continue using the tire. Staff were all courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. This time around Jay went above and beyond in my opinion by explaining to me where the wear on my lays on the safety aspect. He also informed me that they offer wipe blade replacement as well.
