When I went to set up online banking (which I had told them many times was the only reason I needed the accounts), there was no way to set up transfers to another bank. I called support and was told they put a SIX MONTH lock on new accounts. I told them have perfect credit, in the 800s, and there is no reason at all for this. It's been a week and now, they simply refuse to respond to my requests to close the useless accounts. All I can guess is that they get credit for number of members somehow... This behavior baffles me. Bottom line is they suck and should not be trusted with your hard earned money.
