I called support and was told they put a SIX MONTH lock on new accounts. I told them have perfect credit, in the 800s, and there is no reason at all for this. It's been a week and now, they simply refuse to respond to my requests to close the useless accounts. All I can guess is that they get credit for number of members somehow...
