They were able to park their utility truck on the ground floor beneath my unit. Therefore they could provide stronger suction and cleaning water flow than if they had used a handheld cleaning device. My carpet Is an off-white, a very very light taupe. Been two years since the carpets were cleaned. I was amazed and delighted that all the carpets look brand new. There were a few different blood stains on it so I used a cleaner made for upholstery, and although it cleaned the blood stains, it dried leaving several soap rings. It looked horrible! So last Sunday, I decided to find someone to see if they could clean it for me using the Yelp app. Several people responded, but what I liked best about Jack is that he told me he didn't feel right charging me his minimum for what he considered a small job, so he would also clean my rug, which was fine with me. He was $60 less than the other quotes that I received, and he was super quick in scheduling an appointment. We set an appointment for two days later because Monday was a holiday, and he arrived on time. He explained everything upfront, and made suggestions, and was very open minded with what I wanted to accomplish. As you can see from the pictures, he did a great job! I feel like I have a brand new couch and a brand new rug! I was actually looking for other things in my house for him to clean, it was that good! I will definitely use again and will refer him to anybody and everybody that I can! Not only that, he was incredibly affordable and saved me from buying a new couch!
