We paid a 50% deposit to get on the schedule and I was able to pay that by credit card without an extra fee, which was appreciated since it allowed me to get reward points on the purchase. A crew of three guys came out to the house early in the morning and completed the job just before dark. They did a phenomenal job. Each step was documented with pictures to show where rotten decking needed to be replaced, and an explanation of everything. Despite already being reasonably priced, Thomas gave us a nice discount for the extra decking on the final invoice, which was a happy surprised and very much appreciated. They told us that we had hail and wind damaged and insurance would replace it. We had several neighbors who have successfully used Roofserv, so I invited Ryan Quady out to do an inspection and provide a second quote, and I was shocked when he came off the roof and said not only was there is not enough REAL hail or wind damage for a claim, but the FAKED damage will necessitate replacing the roof as shingles were torn, bent backwards, and struck. Due to roof vandalism claims being a bit tricky with the insurance companies, Ryan recommended a public adjuster that can help navigate and hand hold the insurance company. Good thing too, because the insurance wanted us at first to replace the damaged shingles only, but after some time and with the public adjustor working on our behalf along with Roofserv, the insurance company ultimately agreed to a replacement.
