Thomas is highly responsive to communication, which again is quite unusual with most contractors in my experience, so that was a nice plus too. They provided evidence of insurance upon request. We paid a 50% deposit to get on the schedule and I was able to pay that by credit card without an extra fee, which was appreciated since it allowed me to get reward points on the purchase. A crew of three guys came out to the house early in the morning and completed the job just before dark. They did a phenomenal job. Each step was documented with pictures to show where rotten decking needed to be replaced, and an explanation of everything. Despite already being reasonably priced, Thomas gave us a nice discount for the extra decking on the final invoice, which was a happy surprised and very much appreciated. Something to keep in mind is when you put in a new roof you need to make sure it will match the color of your house and people forget that. Nothing worse then getting a new roof and then having to paint the house. Darius made sure we got one that matched the house. They bought out a dumpster on the day they said they would and the work was done in one day and they arrived and completed on the day they said they would. As a landlord and having dealt with a lot of contractors I was pleasantly surprised to see that they cleaned up all the debris from when they removed the old roof material. I got a 10-year warranty on the materials as well as a 10 year warranty on the repair. They are a bit higher, not much, than other places, but considering how easy it was to work with them and what you get for the money in the long run it's well worth it. A roof is not something you replace regularly so you want the assurance that the product will last and I'm quite sure it will by going with Bell Roofing.

We had a roof problem that caused a leak into the great room ceiling for about 15 years. Even after the roof was replaced, there was still water damage to the ceiling after a hard rain. The roof was repaired three times, and the ceiling had to be professionally repaired and painted each time. After calling Above All Roofing & Repairs on February 15, 2013, the problem is finally solved! We scheduled to have them come for an estimate, the owner showed up on time (actually he was a little early!), and he went up on the roof and saw that the way the shingles were placed around the chimney might be a problem. He immediately got some tools and went back up on the roof to try a simple solution before we scheduled more extensive and expensive repairs. IT IS FIXED!
