I searched up a chiropractor in my area and found this amazing place. When I came in the front desk greeted me with kindness and assisted me with the paperwork I needed to fill out. They even recommend me to a great attorney to help me with my case. The music put the place in a really good mood and it smelled fresh and clean. The process was quick and simple. Once I completed my paperwork Gissel the CA took my vitals and even offered me water while I waited. Then, Dr. Gela came in and was very thorough with asking me questions about where my pain was and informed me of how the process will work towards helping my pain. The first exam was a little longer because I had to fill out my paperwork but afterwards it was super quick and easy. I would come in and get asked every day how I'm feeling, it made me feel heard. After a couple visits I would start my stretches and exercises and it made me feel 10x better. The adjustments were my favorite part. I'd 100% recommend getting treated at this location I had nothing but good vibes and experiences throughout my weeks being treated. They made sure to always communicate with me and answer my calls with genuine kindness. They even have a cool texting system which helped a lot with reminding me of my appointments.

I've been going to Therapeutic Sessions for several months for physical therapy following a…read moremicrodiscectomy for a herniated disc. I have nothing but positive things to say about them. My primary PT, Nnamdi, has been great to work with, responsive to my changing needs and a funny and motivating guy in general. The chiropractor, Dr Bazley, has also played a role in my recovery as needed. The front office staff is super friendly and easy to work with regarding scheduling and any health insurance concerns. The office seems to have recently opened so everything is up to date and modern including their scheduling and billing system which helpfully sends a reminder text the day before my appt and also emails me the receipt for my co-pay. There's plenty of parking in the area and it is a very convenient location for me, a NE DC resident. Im almost done with my PT and will miss their motivation but they've helped me build both the muscle and confidence I need to maintain a healthy post surgery back.
