This year, I got injured during a workout, same thing, a stiff neck/pinch nerve. I tried another place near my job but after 3 week there was no change. I came back to Kaizo. This pain was worse than before and took a little longer but I started feeling small improvements the first week. I did my sessions with them, as well as the excercises they told me to do at home. Everyone on staff is friendly, supportive, and knowledgeable. Physical plant has a lot of space. I looked forward to my visits there, and they helped me work through stubborn pain, swelling, and stiffness to regain full function of my hand. I hardly ever needed Ibuprofen. If you're hurting, these folks can help!

I could barely walk and had to go down the stairs backwards to keep from falling down them. When I arrived at the facility and after my assessment and first session with Stanley I was walking better. I've been going twice a week now for almost 3 weeks and I'm slowly getting stronger due to the combination of therapy and strength training I'm receiving. I no longer have the stabbing pain down my legs and walking so much better. The facility is not super fancy but the quality of care that you receive is what's most important.

When I went they were never too busy and the waiting room chairs are extra wide, like could fit two of me wide. I guess if you're a defensive tackle and you need physical therapy, you don't want to be sitting on a folding chair, so that's fair. The staff knows what they are doing, and I had maybe 3 appointments for a bulging disc in my neck. All the staff that I saw were pretty young, so that made me feel good (and old). Eric gave me some home exercises to do including a sheet of paper explaining what to do. It's very clean in there, and they have a great selection of equipment, but not that you can really choose which one you use, because, you know, you're in there for something specific. If I ever need physical therapy again, I'd definitely go back here.

They knew I had a problem with my knee and still did not inform me to wear lose clothing. And expected me to pay full copay. Extremely rude receptionist. What was worst was that 15 min prior to appointment she called to tell me that I was not there and the physical therapist may not be able to see me- when I said my appointment wasnt due for another 15 minutes she said I should have come earlier for all the paperwork. I told her I wasnt informed of this, and should have been informed earlier, and she reluctantly agreed. Towards the end, when I argued that the doctor barely spent 5 mintues with me for a 60 minute appointment, she said I had wasted 20 minutes of that 60 minute in paperwork!!! No ethics no morals!
