CVS doesn't pay me, so why do I have to look up my own prescription. You have the monopoly on…read morepharmacies in the philadelphia region. Now you dont wanna pay staff so I have to do the work. Pay your workers a living wage. And hire more staff at the pennsauken area. The girl would not help me at the pharmacy when my father's prescription didn't come up when I did it myself. I asked her to do it, and she said she couldn't I had to. Why didnt she help?? What the hell is the point if no one will do their job. Do better CVS. Your worker was so rude when I asked for help, and now I have to do the work without the pay. Take money off our scripts alittle for doing half the work.

This pharmacy is just sad. I would like to say that the pharmacist herself, is fine. However, the…read moreemployees under her are not at all. So unfortunately, that reflects on the pharmacist also. Their attitudes are just that, attitudes when assisting the public. The last time I checked, thats a direct in their job description. Yet, they have NO politeness or enthusiasm. They have NO SENSE of urgency, no matter how many people are waiting to pick up their prescriptions. This goes for when the inside was open, right up until now (as the last time I was there only the drive thru is now functioning). My family & I just gave up hope going there to get our meds. Because at this point, EVERY TIME you make an attempt, the line of cars are out to the street. I'm not sure what a facelift will do to help this place, if they continue to have the same staff. Sadly, they're not much different from most other CVS's. I don't know if it's a requirement to move slow & have a crabby attitude to work at a CVS, but it definitely feels like their norm.

I got some Lidocaine patches and Advil dual action for my back - first time in my LIFE that it "went out" on me. OMG the PAIN!!! :( This CVS is housed inside of Target - one of my favorite stores - wow - was it HUGE! Too bad I was too beat and in pain to peruse!

The pharmacist here (who I will not name out of respect) is downright rude, unfriendly and does not follow company policies. I recently moved to Westmont. On my first visit to the pharmacy last month, I called ahead and told them what time I would be there. Upon arrival, my prescription was not ready and I had to wait 20 minutes for it when I had other things to do. This time around, yesterday, I was fine with waiting. When I walked up to the drop off window, the pharmacist instantly sighed in front of me. She didn't greet me. I said, "Hi" to her, which she barely acknowledged. I then told her I planned to run over to the Acme next door for some eggs and come back. She told me that wasn't possible (well, more like yelled), said I should have called ahead and that there would be an hour wait. At that point, I explained that CVS's company policy does not call for people having to wait an hour -- especially for a pill pack, like I was picking up. She told me she wouldn't guarantee anything and there was a whole slew of people in front of me (though no one was waiting.) After returning from Acme, I spoke with the manager on duty and then sat down in one of the waiting chairs. When the manager walked up to her, she instantly started bad-mouthing me. "What, did you get a complaint? Well. She could have called ahead!" I then walked up to her and calmly explained that I did not appreciate her treating me that way, that I understand being busy, but she is violating company policy and it's unnecessary to be so rude to a customer. I then thanked her for the warm welcome to Westmont. She said she'd fill it, looked in the computer, and almost instantly told me that they were out of the prescription. I needed it that day, so I drove through rush hour traffic to another CVS to pick it up. Couldn't she have told me from the get-go that they didn't have the pills? I have been a CVS customer for my entire life, but I can firmly say that I am transferring my business to Walgreens and I would not recommend anyone visit that pharmacy, lest they get verbally assaulted by a crabby woman who is supposed to be a professional.
