Not a good first impression. They didn't have their store brand 'alka-seltzer' I was looking for and their foot cream was way overpriced. A disappointing experience all the way around. Their attitudes are just that, attitudes when assisting the public. The last time I checked, thats a direct in their job description. Yet, they have NO politeness or enthusiasm. They have NO SENSE of urgency, no matter how many people are waiting to pick up their prescriptions. This goes for when the inside was open, right up until now (as the last time I was there only the drive thru is now functioning). My family & I just gave up hope going there to get our meds. Because at this point, EVERY TIME you make an attempt, the line of cars are out to the street. I'm not sure what a facelift will do to help this place, if they continue to have the same staff. Sadly, they're not much different from most other CVS's. I don't know if it's a requirement to move slow & have a crabby attitude to work at a CVS, but it definitely feels like their norm.

She…read morerefuses to use sign language or wear hearing aids and it is affecting her ability to do her job. The other employees have to pick up the slack. It's unfair to customers. CVS corporate is probably worried about being sued by this employee so nothing is done. It's been going on quite awhile and it's terrible customer service. Deaf people work and this lady is just stubborn. When I see her there, I avoid her. For what CVS charges consumers, it should not be this way!
