The techs are useless and they say your medication will be ready two days after requesting a refill or having the doctor's office send it electronically. Just recently it took a lot longer than it was suppose to . I think the corporation has to overhaul this situation. These techs are robots . They look at the customer as if you are dumb for inquiring about your script . Forget about when they take their lunch for a half hour . Those people are not going to lunch they are filling scripts and you still don't get it when promised . I suggest Wegmans they are courteous and honest hard working people. That being said, the cashier line is surprisingly slow, so it's sort of a tradeoff to buy something at 11pm and wait in a line when the store is nearly empty. It's a welcome addition to the area, especially with the new midnight hours, since previously if I needed to get something as simple as milk late at night it was tough to find places that were open. Tried here once to print photos and the entire photo printing machine was broken, but that's also pretty standard at some of these smaller pharmacies... not their main source of business so when something goes wrong I don't think they worry too much about fixing it.

This CVS is smaller than some others so it's not as well stocked with holiday items during the end of year holiday season, and have a small refrigerator and freezer section. With the lack of a grocery store in Old City, the smart thing to do would be to expand those sections. But I can usually find what I'm looking for here. And the pharmacy rarely has a wait. They recently added self checkout machines, so u can generally avoid that person holding up the line complaining about something or asking for a rain check on a coupon. This CVS has been a welcome addition to my Old City neighborhood since the day it opened.
