I highly highly recommend Mark from disabled on the go…read more the van was meticulously clean, and he was able to squeeze me in on an emergency basis to get to the dentist. The best part although sad he has a family member who is disabled and this is why he started the business. His caring attitude and sense of humor made my trip more enjoyable, I mean who loves going to the dentist The price was more than reasonable. There is one negative review here on yelp that I personally feel is unfair. When I spoke with Mark, he told me that this gentleman called him three times, but would not give him his name or what he needed, and the phone number was from out of state , so Mark thought it was a scammer, but he still answer the call just to make sure that it wasn't someone who needed him. It turns out on the fourth phone call. Mark did find out that he needed his service but neither one of them felt they could work with each other. The fact that he took four phone calls and still couldn't get an answer . That shows me Mark true integrity. So please don't let one negative yelp review sway you from using this outstanding company. They will from now on be my go to transportation service.

Next day I was told the driver's name, license plate number and phone number, time of arrival. The driver was neatly dressed,polite and friendly. The vehicle was very clean inside and out. Zach,the driver,drove very well. Offered bottle water and asked if we were comfortable with temperature in the vehicle. When we arrived at the airport made sure luggage and we were all set. Used same service on return trip. Same notification day before and day of. This time Larsen was the driver met me inside at baggage claim. Again neatly dressed, friendly and polite. I showed him the wrong suitcase, didn't realize. Vehicle again clean inside and out. We were about 20 minutes out,when airport called me and informed me I had wrong suitcase. Larsen without a complaint turned around and went back to the airport. Totally helpful getting wrong piece in baggage claim and picking up mine . Again never complained instead we both laughed about it. I feel prices quoted were fair and the service was excellent I definitely would use them again and highly recommend them for your next trip. You won't be sorry!!!

He was an excellent driver. He always obeyed the speed limit, and never responded to the idiots who cut him off. He was very observant when looking for a destination, we were given the right name of the building but the wrong address and he was able to help us find it. The price was very reasonable. Only reason I took off a star was because we booked a return trip and we were told that a ride would arrive within an hour of our call telling them we were ready. We called at 12:39 and I ride showed up at 2:15. Yes it was raining and I guess there might have affect the traffic, but when I looked at Google maps it showed that this ride should have taken 45 minutes so obviously traffic wasn't that bad cuz that was a normal amount of time for this ride. Don't know what caused the delay but having somebody who's in pain while sitting, sitting in a wheelchair waiting for a ride was not a lot of fun. Then I called to get a quote for another ride that was like a quarter of the distance of this one and it was only $100 less. $300 for a 30 mi round trip ride was a little ridiculous. Considering that the price for a 68 mi round trip was $400. I would definitely book them again if the price was reasonable.
