The pricing is INSANE. $85 for 2 people to bowl for 1.5 hours. Parents work hard all week, try to take their kids out to have some fun and it's $170 for a family of four JUST TO BOWL for 1.5 hours. No food or drink or anything else. How is that justified? Another 1.5 hours and you have four all day passes to Disney. It's companies like this that are breaking the American family. It's BOWLING not 18 holes at the country club. Do love the pro shop though. Those guys are awesome. read more

I don't like how they have a deal on Groupon for bowling package then tell you when u get there you have to wait several days for it to activate then you keep it for a rainy day all for it to have an experation date a few months away. Sounds like they need the money. read more

Went there for the sunset bowling bash on New Year's Eve, 2024. Very clean and upscale inside. The food that came with our package was excellent. The service of the employees was excellent. I would have given five stars except for they were playing rap, music, for New Year's Eve. Not exactly family orientated for the timeslot of 530 to 730. Bowling lanes are well kept and oiled. They did an 'ok' job social distancing everyone with painter's tape separating each group. They did have a group every other bowing lane which is great if there is 2-4 people, but if each group has 8 people, everyone would be on top of each other. We used to be regulars here on Tuesday because they have a great special after 6pm for games and it's even cheaper if you come after 8pm. It's also taco Tuesdays! Unfortunately it was very disappointing this time around. The guy forgot to call my name as soon as the food was ready, so my food was cold. What was even more disappointing was that their tacos used to be absolutely amazing! The shells used to be deep fried so it gave the tacos a little bit of a crunch. It kind of reminded me of a chalupa. The meat was well seasoned but cold. For the amount of tacos I ordered, he was a bit stingy with the salsa. The salsa used to be served on top of all the tacos but I guess not everyone likes salsa on their tacos. The loaded fries were pretty good with real bacon chopped into little pieces. Just wish it was at least warm so the cheese was melted instead of chunky. The snack bar guy was also very stingy and rude when it came to asking for napkins. They took our the self serving section so you can get your own condiments and napkins due to the pandemic. I had a great time at this place! The place for a bowling alley overall was in good condition big open sections of different things to do! Bowling (obviously), a few pool tables, good sized bars to the areas they were in, a nice sized functional arcade, nice open areas. The prices were fair for the area, front of the house a bit uptight but overall totally worth going to! read more

Love this place! Always clean and great customer service! Sign up for their emails and you will get great deals! My kids and I usually go on Sundays or Tuesdays because it's cheaper to bowl! They also have great league options for all ages! We usually get one lane for the kids with bumpers and they have 6 pound balls for the littles! Snacks can get pricey, we usually split two large sodas (no pitchers of pop here), two large fries, and 3 big pretzels with cheese (great with the fries). They deliver the food to your lane so you can enjoy while you bowl. There is a kids menu and cocktails, wine, and beer. Also a little area with video games for the littles so bring some quarters! read more

This is our favorite bowling alley in the area. I've sort of lost count of how many times I've come here with friends on weekdays as well as weekends. They have over 40 lanes on offer which is a plus point as you won't have to wait for a long time to start playing. On weekdays, there are different kinds of offers going on and they have their seasonal pass as well for the hardcore bowling enthusiasts. There are a couple of pool tables also in case you want to take a break from bowling. Along with the games, they have some snacks to choose from and a bar where you can go grab some drinks. We usually settle down for their platters as they come with different type of snacks like mozzarella sticks, chicken wings etc. Their nachos are good too and come loaded with melted cheese. There is a very big parking lot in their campus to make sure people never have to wander to find a spot. Overall, it is a pretty nice place to hang out with friends over some drinks and a few games. read more

Been a league member for 3 years at this alley. They always have 5 lanes available Monday nights from 8pm-close. Came in tonight with my son who wanted to play 2 games and was turned away from front desk- 3 times!!! They said the lanes were reserved and for 2.5 hours of my league from 7:45-10:15, not once was someone using those 5 lanes. They refused to let my son bowl, and will be my last year in the league- I refuse to give my money to lazy employees working for an establishment who allow this to happen read more

Went on a Friday night at 9pm for their cosmic bowling. Was told the lanes were all full for leagues but they would be starting at 10pm. (Even though the website and advertisements in the bowling alley say 9pm) We decided to go to a bar down the street until then to fill the time as their bar was very small. We came back at about 10pm and waited in line for about 20min just to pay and get shoes. There was only one lady working and there were a ton of families ahead of us. We finally paid and the lady said once the leagues leave she'll turn down the lights and crank up the music. Well that never happened. We continued to bowl and someone from our party asked when the cosmic bowling would start at about 10:45pm. He was told "once the leagues are done." He then went up to the desk at 11:15pm asking again and was told there was one league left doing a bowl off. The league continued to bowl until closing time at midnight. Of course right at midnight, music turned on to the "closing time" song and then started to close down all the lanes. We specifically came here with our friend from England who never experienced cosmic bowling thinking there would be music and fun lights but I guess one league is more important than all the people coming in for cosmic bowling at 10pm. I am giving them 2 stars since the facility was clean and understand they were understaffed for the wait time. If we would have known we weren't getting cosmic bowling, we would have gone to another bowling alley offering it. read more

went for all you can bowl on Friday from 9pm-midnight for $20. it was 935 and we asked to get a lane. we were told 6 lanes were needed between lanes and asked why the site said it was starting at 9. owner stated "well it is wrong" and was extremely rude. at the place it said 10-12 and $26. this is my first time here and I won't come back. oh and the bathrooms smelled like an outhouse on a 95 degree summer day. read more

I use to come here all the time, I was a part of a Thursday night mixed couples league. The place has changed somewhat, which is expected. They get some kudos from me, being that they were the only alley we could find that had open bowling early on a holiday week on a Thursday, during league hours. Brought the kids out so we could get rid of our cabin fever. Staff was super friendly. Helped us find bowling balls for our children that were light enough to throw down the lanes. When going to the snack bar I was super disappointed. They were out of large pizza crust , but refused to cut me a deal on the 4 personals that I had to order. I needed a kids cheeseburger and was told they could only give me a regular. They were out of nachos, pretzels and French fries. How does one run out of so much? Don't they do an inventory? Would recommend hitting McDonald's across the street before going bowling. 30 minutes and half way through our game, food still hasn't shown up 40 minutes in, we have finally rec'd our food. However, the drinks were forgotten. Marcus the manager paid us a visit and attempted to make it right. I appreciate that he came and sat down and offered to help us out. I have been bowling at this location since I was a kid and the place looks nothing like the place I remember. Modern, clean, bright and inviting. This is the complete antithesis of the bowling alleys of years past. If you are old enough like me to remember the old school bowling alleys; filled with the scent of cheap beer, cigarettes, and lane grease, where the snack bar consisted of drinks served in plastic cups and bags of chips kept behind the bar. There was no scoring system that automatically did the work for you, which means you or someone in your group had to possess some level of math to actually figure out the scoring on your own and jot it down on scoresheets with your pencil, hoping you knew what the hell you were doing. I was lucky enough to have one of these old school, neighborhood joints at the top of my street, which I would walk to every Saturday for some afternoon open bowling with friends and my sisters. (Shout out to the old Tuxedo Lanes on State Road...you are missed, but the memories remain). read more

Great place to bowl and it was a lot of fun. Our lane was slick and almost fell a few times, but the front desk people were nice enough to change our lanes. We had some food (pretzels and the chili fries were deeeelicious). The bowling balls are all either very new or well taken care of. Overall, it was a fun experience, and I can see myself going back there. The prices are fair and every once in a while, you can bowl for $1.25 a game. I have bowled at many of the lanes around NE Ohio and this one is one of the best. It is a large bowling alley with 48 lanes, so there is plenty of space for people to come and bowl even if busy. The Pro Shop is stocked with balls, bags, and accessories. I was gifted a bowling ball and needed to get it drilled. I took it here and Joe got it measured and drilled right. read more

Found this place because of their excellent pro shop. Lot further than Nautical, Bay, Buckeye and Fairview Lanes but the ride on 480 and 71 goes fast and the trip is worth it! Place is now my favorite place to bowl, even though their rates for open bowling and shoes are usually highest. Bowl here a lot (3-4 times per month, 5-7 games each time) with family or friends, so you have to sign up for specials or you go broke. Lanes are consistent each time, and ball returns almost always work without fixing. Nothing is more irritating than slow/broken ball return when you are trying to bowl that many frames. Food and bar service are best on west side (amongst the bowling alleys on west side). Servers always appreciate (and deserve) a nice tip! Only complaint? Wish they had a simple, accurate way to check on availability of open bowling. read more

Most bowling alleys look the exact same. This one was no exception. However the more time I spent there I began to relize that this bowling alley was different. For one the workers seemed exceptionally nice and helpful. The whole place seemed to be much cleaner than any other bowling alley. There was not that distinct smell you get from years of sweaty men smoking while playing that you smell in most bowling alleys. Even after all of these things it just kept getting better! The balls were well organized from smallest to biggest, the score was kept rather perfectly, the cost was kept low at less than $2 per game including shoe rentals. I thought to myself "wow this is a pretty nice bowling alley". And then I walked into the bathroom and thought "wait is this a bowling alley or a FIVE STAR RESTAURANT???" Those bathrooms were amazing!! They were very clean and had very nice décor and my favorite part is that they had automatic paperless hand dryers AND a decorative basket full of paper towels. Most places have only one or the other but this place had both!! I was able to contribute to saving the environment while I dried my hands but I was also able to wash my face and dry it with a paper towel and then blow my nose without having to go into the stall and use toilet paper.
