I stopped in here with some colleagues after our convention was over. It was well worth it! You do not need to be a guest of the Hilton to go to Bar 32. You can access it from the lobby elevator with no problems. Once you arrive, there are a significant amount of bar seating. we had a larger group and were able to pull up seats to our table as needed. Because our group was a bit larger in numbers, we ordered directly from the bar. The line at the bar took a while, but they were inundated with a lot of guests during the hour we were there. Happy Hour runs Tuesday-Thursday from 6-8pm and you get $2 off food and certain drinks. The specialty cocktails looked fun, but I stuck with my tried and true vodka and soda. You definitely should go here for the view! It is beautiful up there.

I visited two times within the same week and loved how each event really personalized the space and made it their own. This is perfect for corporate or creative events. It's a beautiful canvas for people to be able to add their own branding and flair. They have a bar and lots of different seating options. The bartenders at Market Garden are always on point and friendly. The space is also super easy to get to. There a huge parking lot behind Market Garden and an elevator to get upstairs if needed.

The views are immaculate - the Westside Market and W 25th. The rooftop has a bar area, tables, and benches. There are various tropical vibes - aquamarine hues, white vacay looking furniture, tropical plants, and gorgeous blue canopy/overhang. The decor has gorgeous juxtaposition with brick walls of the building. It's just gorgeous. You have to visit and take a million pictures. I felt like I was on the mini vacation. While this destination is on the rooftop, it also offers considerable amount of privacy. For instance, while walking up to the building, I wasn't able to see or hear the event I was attending. It's a big plus to have this privacy yet view the surrounding landmarks. As far as getting up there, find the door directly across from the entrance. Go up a few flights of stairs and arrive at the Canopy. The rooftop bar and event venue is only available for private events. I visited this location for a yoga class with Bottoms Up Yoga & Brew. There will be another class here in July (find it on Eventbrite). I really enjoyed the yoga class here. It accommodated our small group very well and we went for brews downstairs to the Market Garden Brewery right after. All of us were very impressed with this rooftop. They were on the sweeter side but YUMMY! Of course we had to try the tendies and snack wraps. Both very good! The snack wraps are big so definitely shareable. Tendies are also big! I also love that the tendies come with sides and sauce! The pink ranch was good. Buffalo sauce tasted identical to Frank's Red Hot. I was not a fan of the coleslaw, I think it is the type of mayo they used that caused a strange taste, but probably just a preference issue! Service was on point and attentive. Yelp did NOT eat first because we were all hungry so I missed out on pics BUT will be back for a fun night out and snackies here! We arrived to be greeted by an exemplary young man serving as the valet. He was exceedingly pleasant and personable. I appreciated his marvelous attitude toward his job and our service. The young women who greeted us upon entry were very kind and efficient. We were seated immediately at a very comfortable table. Shortly thereafter, a pleasant gentleman by the name of Ihab introduced himself as our server for the evening. He immediately filled our water, identified the various menus at the table, and took our drink orders. A while later our beverages arrived, he answered several questions and explained the evenings specials. I ordered the Grilled Avocado followed by Broiled Oysters "Rocco". My wife ordered the Potato Gnocchi with crab & lobster. We followed our meal with excellent coffee and a good Pot de Creme. In conclusion... the noise problem that so plagued us the first visit seemed to have been addressed. It was now more reasonable. Our server was a pleasant enough young man but he appeared spread thin. He was continually distracted by his many other tables. It was a bit inconvenient. Finally, the menu was respectable but predictable. There was nothing extraordinary about it.

Since the Metropolitan is home to an apartment complex, an upscale hotel, a rooftop bar, a dog park, a Pilates studio, a theater, a basement vault bar, and a "high-end" eatery, there's a whole lot of people constantly coming and going. Sitting at the four (five?) two-person tables situated right at the balcony railing means you can easily lean over and watch people come and go while sipping your drinks. Unlike the rest of the bars in the hotel, I was told there was no drink menu at the Ledger, and the bartender (who waited my table!) simply asked what flavor profile I was desiring tonight. The resulting drink he made was honestly good, and I really enjoyed it. Zero idea what was in it to ever order it again (and he was really overworked to ask!), but it was a neat experience of a "craft your own experience". There were a few beers on tap. I'm unsure about wine. Centro's food menu (restaurant downstairs) appears to be available here. There's a single unisex bathroom within steps of the bar, and the regular hotel lobby bathrooms are down a floor. As conference rooms are nearby this bar, I'd also probably guess there's a large conference room bathroom block too, but I didn't find that one. The rest of the bars and restaurants in the Metropolitan tend to take most of the attention here, and the Ledger has a much more laid-back, chill vibe. A lot of people were watching a sports game (baseball, I think?) on the TV behind me. With the smaller space and wide "open" area of the full lobby, the Ledger feels like your calmest, quietest bar option out of the available places at the Metropolitan.

The wait for the food order (which was delicious) was reasonable given there was a private event happening, although it did seem the bartender was stretched a little thin, taking care of the 6-7 people at the bar, making drinks for another area, and putting glasses away from a previous shift. I had the meatballs and an Italian chopped salad, both very good. Overall, it was a nice experience.

Returned after several years ago because we remember liking it, went for a business dinner of 4 Our waitress was so grumpy not very pleasant she started to warm up about tip time. The ambiance was nice wish the rest was good they do not offer black napkins only white careful in dark clothes. They do have black cocktail napkins. Bread was not good Salad was so basic and thrown on the plate The food was cold "steak" Steaks were so underwhelming not a good cut Chicken parm so bad chicken felt like fake chicken Green beans not flavored, pancetta was not cooked raw We will never go back.
