Fun times! Stopped by on a whim after dinner in the area. Unfortunately, I didn't plan on bowling so I didn't have any socks! The clerk said they were out of socks. I mean the place was empty, how can you be out of socks??? So I had to bite the bullet and wear the shoes without socks. Yuck! I mean they disinfect them, but who knows if that disinfects for warts??? Yuck. Yelp offers a bogo on games! But after one game, no one wanted to play again! Lol. We are so lazy. None of us scored over 100, so we suck too. There were plenty of bowling balls of various weights. They have electronic scoring. There is seating at each lane. We were not crowded. There was light music. They have food for purchase, which includes the typical stuff- burgers, fried chicken tenders etc. the cocktail menu looks awesome. Heads up: Bring a jacket- this place is freezing. And don't forget socks! Parking is plentiful. They have a loyalty program for those who want to bowl more often. They also let you pay at the end, so you can play all you want and charge your food and drinks to your lane and close out everything all at once. Pretty neat. I had a very disappointing experience at this bowling alley. While my group was bowling, an employee approached us and told us we were being too loud. We were there to have fun like everyone else, and the way the situation was handled felt unnecessary and disrespectful. The employee then tried to move our group to a different area of the bowling alley. When I explained that we wanted to stay where we were, he walked away. About 20 minutes later, he returned and told us we had to move because a bowling league was about to start. What bothered me most was the lack of professionalism and communication. If the lanes were reserved for a league, that should have been explained clearly from the beginning instead of approaching us multiple times and making us feel singled out. The entire interaction left us feeling unwelcome and frustrated. I expect better customer service and more respectful treatment of paying customers. Unfortunately, this experience makes me hesitant to return. And the manager should be available when a paying customer wants to speak to them read more

BOWLERO HATES YOU Have been bowling here for years, and every season we get "new rules" from the house. I can understand banning outside drinks, but now the new corporate overlords have banned pitchers of water on the tables. They also banned water in big glasses, so instead we have to get tiny plastic cups that are about 2 gulps of water, then stop and go back to the snack bar and ask for more. It's stupid, it wastes their time, it wastes my time, and it's petty. If they can be petty, I can be petty too. My team is not coming back after this. On top of the "War on Water" there are constant mechanical issues. I've never seen all 40 lanes operating in the same night. Half the time they don't even have a mechanic and the guy behind the snack counter is saddled with fixing the machines and cooking at the same time. They also insist on stupid black-lights 24/7 for as much as they can get away with. I've even had one of the managers tell me with a straight face he was FORCED to have the ultra-violet fan lights on with the regular lights which creates an uncomfortable glare of mixed lighting. Bowlero doesn't want you unless you are a teenager with $200 to blow on overpriced food paying $9 per game on a lane that isn't oiled with the lights out so you can't see anything. So do everyone a favor and stay away and let this place fail. Bye Bye Bowlero I hope you go bankrupt. Lanes, food and staff are always on point! If there's ever a problem, it's handled instantly! Best bowling alley in the area! There's specials every day/night for food, drinks AND the bowling! Best time you'll have, you won't regret it! :) I've been bowling here for more than 3+ years, on and off as a league member. There have been many changes, but management always makes them easy to understand. Most of the bad reviews seem to be from those who don't want to follow them or respect staff that are just doing their jobs... Staff is so rude, prices are so high now. They allowed a dog inside that was in a stroller with no service/ emotional support tags but I can't bring a water inside. The manger said to bring my water back out to the car so I offered to dump it out and he told me no just to put it away but if I pull it out again that we will have a problem when we just got assigned a lane. He came up to us with no manners at all acting like it was a serious matter then he proceeded to watch us the entire time to make sure it wasn't brought out again very rude and uncomfortable. This place is lots of fun. The food is good. The young lady with the name I can't spell is so pleasant and the other guy, Mike (?) is polite and quick. The lanes work well, the bathroom is relatively clean. We usually have a good time here. The beer pitcher rule should be changed, but I don't blame the staff for that. Corporate greed has turned this place into absolute garbage. I have bowled here regularly for more than 10 years including league. They do not care about their league bowlers except on league night. If you come any other time they don't really want you there. Because you aren't making then money using the free games you earned from being in a league, you are occupying lanes that could be used by people paying the full rates which are twice as much as any other non bowlero owned bowling centers. Do yourself a favor, patronize locally owned bowing centers such as sunshine lanes in Deland or Airport lanes in Sanford, half the price and a superior experience. Bartender and manager literally had the biggest attitudes the entire night. Manager told us our reservation wasn't till 9 which was incorrect the reservation was at 8. Nothing was ready by the time the party arrived everyone sat around the table until 8:30-9:00 since nothing was ready for us yet. Manager also decided to make a bunch of random rules and lay it on our party and our party only. The bartender at first said they don't sell liquor when you can 100 percent see the liquor bottles behind him. He also told us that the bar drinks were not included in the package we purchased and told us we do not do that which in fact they do. He also was using the glasses to scoop the ice out of the ice box which is a major health violation. Also my partner got extremely sick from the food which wouldn't suprise me since health violations seem normal here. Do better or stop working customer service. read more

Pretty standard bowling alley. The staff is attentive and helpful and the place is very clean. They have Sam Adams (regular and seasonal) on tap, which I like, and a lot of different drinks on the menu so I'm guessing it's a full bar. There are bumpers and ramps for kids, which many people were utilizing. We had a Groupon to save on cost but they also have a special where you get 2 games and unlimited pizza for like 2 hours for about $14.99 or something similar. Had a great time. We rented lane for 2 hours. We had 4 in our party played 3 games. They had every other lane empty and tables were also spread apart for social distancing. We ordered waters but ended up getting chicken fingers fries and drinks which were all tasty and didn't break the bank. Our waitress was very nice and we made sure to tip her well. The only thing I didn't like was the bowling balls were not being turned in with shoes so they could be sanitized. We wiped our balls down before using them but were hand sanitizing like crazy. Do not waste your time or your Money on this place. I will NEVER go back there again. The music was so loud and the speaker right above our lane blaring right at us. I had to put a pair of earplugs in and still got a headache from the overly loud music. When I said something the clerk did move us to another lane on the other side bowling alley. Then, proceeded to put one couple immediately on our right and another couple immediately on our left. There were at least 15 open spots where there people could have been and then we would not have had to wait for others to bowl. That was not even my biggest complaint. The whole lane was black as it could be and I rely on the arrows to guide me. I couldn't do that. Then, my husband and I both are pretty good bowlers and it would consistently leave one pin up, because its set up strangely there. We had a horrible time. Again, we said something about not wanting to stay and it was a "so what kind of attitude from the staff" after paying about $77.00 for 4 games of bowling each from my husband and myself. I have been bowling at Deltona for a number years and have watched the place go down hill. Recently new management has taken over and only made things worse. The lane conditions are simply terrible. Ball travel has become unpredictable. The league I bowl in has seen most of the best bowlers drop up to 20 pins off their average. Management seems to be quite indifferent about it. I have been an avid bowler for over 50 years. Never have I seen an alley become so useless and seemingly helpless to do anything about it. Regretfully, its time move on. read more

Cannot express enough the great service I have received at this bowling ally time and time again! We hosted our daughters birthday party here this year and the staff blew us away! The manager checked on us numerous times and made sure everything was perfect, they kept our drinks full the entire time and helped us navigate through adding kids to each lane! The outside doesn't really seem that inviting but once inside it's all nice and clean. With over 35 lanes to bowl, an event room, arcade area, lockers. In general it's enjoyable, for those with small children if you're lucky you'd be able to use one of the two assisting slide and/or ask them to put up the side rails in your designated lane. It's a nice typical bowling alley with friendly staff. There's a food counter where you can get snacks ranging from pizza, nachos, burgers as well as an arcade with racing games and classic games such as Pac-Man. There weren't any pucks for the air hockey table, we told the staff and they reimbursed us for another game. The bowling shoes were better than average and there were people there of all ages. Girl at front register is EXTREMELY rude, and don't even think about going on a Thrusday night (league night) they can't even spare a few lanes for families trying to entertain their children after a hurricane while they have no power. I would give no stars if possible. read more
