Kids area with 4 different slides. Parents can ride too and there is a lot of seating here.

We had a great time spending the day at Daytona Lagoon on the way to our Florida family vacation. It's not very fancy but the slides were all really fun! It was semi crowded on a Monday but hardly any lines so I'd hate to be there on a Saturday. There do seem to be lots of seating options to accommodate crowds. The kids area and lazy river were our favorites but we tried every slide and the wave pool. The food from was pretty good but $$$. Our only complaint was the bathrooms being rather outdated and the men's room did not have working showers or changing rooms.

Had a great time. We showed up about noon and enjoyed several hours at the water park. Both the adults and children enjoyed the slides and wave pool. The park wasn't packed so that was nice. The staff were helpful and kind. We didn't purchase any food or drinks on site so I can't speak on any of that. But they did provide a free water cooler which is all we needed. Lockers were available but we didn't use one. Plenty of seating and there's also shaded seating that can be rented if you choose. Also available were "cabanas" to rent which had tables and chair and a cooler you can use if you had a large party or something. We left, cleaned up and went to dinner then came back that evening to do the go carts and laser tag. The go cart staff was cool and everything went smoothly. The carts and maintained and ran well. The laser tag was fun also. We met several friends there and had a good time. Overall would recommend Daytona lagoon. Some prices seemed high but hey, welcome to Daytona beach in 2024 ‍. We'd go back.

We went mid July. My daughter was 5 weeks from delivering her baby and wanted to relax in the lazy river. She and her husband drove in from StAugustine whilst her sister and I drove to Daytona from Viera. Prices are reasonable, parking is convenient and if you want there is an arcade and other attractions. We very much enjoyed the day- it was her 28th birthday. The lifeguards were impressive. They kept a close eye on everyone. In fact a man in his 20's seemed to be having difficulty in the fast moving lazy river. He was out of his tube and was having problems standing upright due to the fast flow plus we think he did not know how to swim. The lifeguard immediately jumped right in and helped upright him. Kudos to the team there. You are great. Only reason I am not giving a 5 is because the restrooms by the pool have a mildew like smell and could be cleaner.

Horrible service at the food spot. I have waited 2 hours for my food. I pay good money and even rented a cabana but their customer service is horrible

I purchased all access wristbands for two of my grandkids and myself and we went yesterday, 9/4. I was really worried because of all of the recent negative reviews but honestly, we had a great time! Yes, there is some rust and paint needed in places. Yes, the wave pool was down for maintenance and one of the big slides was closed. However everything else was operating and was lots of fun. The park was clean, not dirty at all. The lazy River was relaxing and the kiddie section was great. The staff was very helpful and polite. The go carts are super fun and the arcade is awesome. I would definitely recommend this place. The only thing I would do different is to only pay for the water park and pay separately for the go karts. It cost $177 for three wristbands and the only part of the dry park we used was the go carts. I could have paid $66 and done the same things.

Very ran down and unsanitary. Place has a lot of leaks and just totally out of date just like the rest of Daytona. Did not expect this.

This aquatic center is amazing because they have a section with beach entry great for kids. There are mushroom fountains and other fun features for all ages. Beyond the waterpark, they do such a great job hosting special events -- there's always something new and exciting happening. A 45 minute session was definitely not enough for them. Next time, we will opt for two sessions I guess...It would be great if they had a summer pass, but from what I can tell, season passes are all sold out. There, I encountered a peculiar spirit who led me directly to the wave pool. A tremendous wave crashed over me, releasing the spirit from my body--and, in a touching gesture of supernatural gratitude, he purchased me a cup of Dippin' Dots. In all seriousness, Typhoon Lagoon is one of my favorite water parks. The wave pool is fantastic, and Castaway Creek--the lazy river--is wonderfully relaxing. There are plenty of rides for thrill-seekers, while the entire park is beautifully themed around the aftermath of a tropical storm. Even the walking paths are thoughtfully designed, with little water sprayers keeping the pavement damp so your feet don't feel as though they're marching across the surface of the sun. There are plenty of dining and drinking options throughout the park, and the atmosphere is cheerful, immersive, and unmistakably Disney. The after-hours event is also a tremendous amount of fun, especially with the park illuminated at night. Seeing the slides, palm trees, wave pool, and storm-tossed scenery glowing after sunset gives the place an entirely different personality--almost as if the typhoon itself has returned from beyond the grave. Whether you want to relax, ride some excellent attractions, float along the lazy river, or be spiritually cleansed by a six-foot wave before receiving complimentary Dippin' Dots from a benevolent ghost, Typhoon Lagoon is well worth visiting.

Pro tip: get there right at opening if you want to snag a lounge chair. They go quickly, especially on busy days. Another perk? Disney provides as many towels as you need, which was a nice touch and one less thing to worry about packing. Overall, Typhoon Lagoon is a great way to cool off, relax, and have some Disney fun.
